I called to schedule the…read moreappointment, and when I showed up, they told me there had been an error and I wasn't on the schedule. They rescheduled my appointment. The second time, I showed up, and they told me they didn't have a technician available to do the oil change. The third time, they couldn't remove the oil drain plug because it was stripped. I informed them that the last oil change was done at the same location by them. They told me they had to order a new drain plug. The fourth time, they did the oil change and didn't charge me for it. The next day, we noticed a leak under the car, so we had to take it back for the fifth time. After inspecting it, they said they hadn't fully tightened the oil drain plug, which caused the leak. They said it should be fine now. Later that day, we noticed more leakage under the car and thought it was still leaking. I called the branch, and the employee, Scott, first told me it wasn't their fault and that it shouldn't leak because it hadn't been leaking before. That statement made me very upset because the car was leaking, and they had confirmed it that same day. I requested immediate assistance and told them I would bring the car in the next day for another inspection. The next day, when I went there, the store manager asked me to walk over to the shop to see the car. It appeared that they had cleaned the drain plug area and the surrounding area. The store manager, speaking in an aggressive tone, told me there wasn't any leakage. I showed him a picture I had taken that morning in my garage, which clearly showed the leak. He replied, "I DON'T CARE, THERE ISN'T ANY LEAK HERE, I AM SICK OF THIS CAR." The way he spoke to me was accusatory, disrespectful, aggressive, and unprofessional, which is absolutely unacceptable. I would have been fine if he had said, "We inspected it and couldn't find any leak, but keep an eye on it. Hopefully, or I'm sure, you won't see any more leaks." It's very disappointing that they don't train their staff on how to talk to customers.

Was called to discuss repairs before anything was done and given upfront prices, no pressure to accept/decline services and things were explained in a way I could understand. Completed oil change, front and rear brakes/rotors with brake flush. Prices seemed fair and competitive or better than a dealership that tries to tag on every little thing. Costco discount program was honored and service was quick for pickup/dropoff. Given an oil change discount keycard and car was pulled up for me by them at pickup. I'll be back!

They pulled my car up near the front door when finished, held the building door open for me and opened my car door!! Not sure if they do that for everyone or all the time. It was snowy out, so it was a very nice gesture regardless. Plus, there was a thank you note and free bottle of water waiting for me in my vehicle for me when I got in!!! What service!!! I called and got a wonderful reception and offer to get a diagnosis and if the repairs are done in shop, the diagnostic fee is included in repairs. They were very friendly very communicative, seemed very honest and interested in making sure that you had a great experience. I was able to hang out in the shop office while they looked at my car and tried to figure out what was going on. It was a very nice experience, a lot different than a lot of other mechanics that I've visited in my lifetime. I would definitely recommend you visit their shop or at least give them a call and see what they might be able to help you with. Very happy and will come back again soon.
