I was waiting for my car and the manager and Dan came out and asked me if I was here for a top off or an oil change and I said an oil change and they honestly told me that I had 60% oil life remaining and that I really didn't need an oil change unless I wanted one. Nowadays, they're aren't too many places you can go where they're totally honest with you. They didn't have to tell me that they could've just changed my oil I am very impressed with this location and will continue to go there and Dan is always pleasant and accommodating. Compared to the relentless upselling I've experienced at Jaguar dealer repair shops, Dan's honesty was a breath of fresh air. What really was the straw that broke the camels back was that on my last visit they said my rotors were low and recommended a replacement (that was not cheap). I was actually pretty surprised by this as I had replaced my rotors (with them) earlier and I expected to get more miles out of them. So either: 1. they sold me poor quality rotors 2. I'm tracking my car and being aggressive on the brakes (nope...its a minivan) 3. I don't actually need rotors Turns out it was #3... While he was doing the oil change, he realized they did not have a Purolator for my make and model.
