Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars. I learned so much at this event and was able to ask as many questions as I liked.
