Again, they continue to disappoint…read more We are a one car family. My husband has spent 9 hours so far between 2 visits and the problem persists. Today the " next part" is in. They are demanding that we leave our only vehicle with no loaner. If not we wait all day this time. I'm sorry ... what is the problem. Do not buy your vehicle here is you like good service. From purchase until now I am disappointed in this company.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUSPICION OF FRAUD. My business, Corrected Mobility LLC, used this…read moredealership's services, and it was hands down the absolute WORST experience I have ever had. I had a van repaired there, which then broke down less than a week later. I towed the van back there on May 22, only AFTER which I was informed that it needed a part replaced that was out of stock, and they had no idea when it would be restocked. The van had been in that shop until June 8, when I noticed fraudulent charges on one of my business debit cards from DoorDash amounting to hundreds of dollars. I had already planned on stopping by the dealership to grab some tools I had left in the van, upon which I noticed that the van's gas card was still in the van sitting in plain sight. This was the same card that was being fraudulently charged. I immediately informed the service manager and one of their technicians about this, in addition to inquiring about the part the van needed (still no ETA). I had my warehouse manager call the next day and explain that we planned to tow my van to another shop, and I was told that it would be okay. Then, AS THE TOW TRUCK SHOWED UP, the service manager suddenly informed me that I could not tow MY van because I had to pay for the part they ordered, which MIRACULOUSLY was available as soon as we attempted to sever our business relationship with them. After the back and forth with everybody, I was finally allowed to move my van, and since then have not received any word from the dealership or GM, who I was told would contact me.(Which is absolutely unnecessary at this point, because I will NEVER be back or recommend this company to anyone.) Update - Van has been fixed by Mandel's in D'Iberville, and cost me about $600 less.

I can say in the past I had horrible experiences with Matt Bowers Hyundai service department. I…read morecaught them in flat out super inflaction of simple or moderate repair prices and reported them to corporate. That was in 2024In 2025 I tested them again with a repair on My Sonata and to my delight the service team gave me a quote in line with the apprpriate labor, parts, and materials. Glad they fixed that crappy, sleeezy, scammy, service departmwent. In 2026, May, my Sonata finally died. The vehicle I wanted, Palisade 2026 Hybrid Calligraphy, was only available from them within a 100 mile radius. I called the dealer, explained what I wanted, had a coupon code from corporate ($500) plus military ($500) and they offered dealer incentive of $1200. My Sonata was a $2500 trade in (that hurt but I checked it on various sites and it was accurate to the dollar.) At first his prices were higher than my simple math came to, but after he sent me the quote in email with a breakdown, he agreed my calculatoins were near spot on, plus the VIN etching ($299). I paid about $1500 over MSRP to include all of the tax/title/license and dealer fees included. This was what I expected and was on par for what others have reported from around the country. They had the paperwork ready when I got there, my credit score (830) printed out, financing all done (6.99% nothing down), and they even went to the other dealer to get my Sonata for me so I could remove all of the stuff from the vehicel. There is an upsell guy that comes in just before you sign the papers. He tries to sell GAP insurance, electronic system and screen warranty. Started at ~$3500 then moved down to ~$2500 when I said military. Didn't care, turned it all down. I recognize good looking smiley, upsell, guys a mile away. This dealer has gotten better, in my experiences. The service team seems to be legit now and the sales was no pressure. I knew what I wanted, they got it ready, and I walked out the door same day.

Terrible service department experience they tried to sell me a needless repair on the vehicle I…read morejust purchased from them. Their service writer wanted me to spend over $415 dollars for a supposed pan gasket leak. I told them to hold off on the repair. I then took it to another dealership the next morning to have it checked their service writer told me that if there was an issue it would be covered under the 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. They then took my car into the service bay, inspected the supposed issue. The service writer came to me and informed me there was no oil pan gasket leak. Question; why didn't Matt Bower service writer and the service people do the same thing or did they think I'd approve this needless repair. Another question would be why didn't the service writer bring me to the service bay so I could see first hand the issue with my vehicle. Upper management need's to look closely into these service department tactics. (Rule of 100 when you give bad service that person tells others and they then tell others). Competition is hard enough without having these tactics chasing off business and customers allegiance. FYI I have all the paperwork from both dealerships to substantiate my complaint.
