(2)second time I carried it back and told the office that it was dying on me when I would turn a corner. The mechanic said there was no problem because I just didn't hsve the key inserted properly. (3) third time I carried it back I told them that when I like stopped at a stop sign then start to go forward, it would hesitate then this BIG SURGE forward would happen. It would scare me. The mechanic said "well, the engine light does not come on so maybe you need to use a higher grade of gasoline." So, I go to Polk's and fill up on their most expensive grade the had and spent close to $50 filling up because I was going to Mobile to my sons for the 4th of July. (4th issue) When I got to Mobile, and got out of the car, my grandson was at the door to greet me and he said "NANNY, there 's smoke billowing out from under the hood of your car." It scared the heck out of us both and when I let it cool off, it would not crank. My grandson had to bring me back to Long Beach because I had appointments the next day. Because the car wouldn't start, Chuck Ryan had to go get the car in Mobile and bring it back to Long Beach. I didn't hear from them yesterday after they got the car and so far today (June 7th) I haven't heard from them as to what they are going to do about the car By the way, I told them I didn't want the car and could I have a refund. I paid $2000 down and made one $450 payment. One of the managers named Kelly said they didn't give refunds, but they own the company, so I would think they could if they wanted to. I'm waiting for them to make a decision and call me back

I saw on the classifieds website that it had been for sale for over 30 days, but when I called to get photos they guy told me they had just gotten it and it was at the detailing shop offsite, but he'd send me photos the next day. I heard nothing the next day. I called back and got told "oh, it'll be tomorrow." Still haven't heard anything a week later, now. I have a feeling the guy is just full of crap and I will be buying elsewhere.

I brought my truck in because the radio kept cutting out. Nissan diagnosed it as a faulty unit that…read moreneeded to be replaced, but said my extended warranty company needed to send an adjuster to verify the issue first. When the adjuster arrived, Nissan claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem. So I take the truck home -- and surprise -- it immediately does it again on the drive back. I call and they tell me to bring it back in and they won't charge another diagnostic fee. I also explained exactly how to duplicate the issue so they'd be ready when the adjuster came again. I check in the next day and they tell me they were able to duplicate the problem, and they're just waiting to show the adjuster. But when the adjuster actually shows up the following day, suddenly the issue "can't be duplicated" again -- and now the service rep tells me it's probably just my phone. Well, it's not. It does the same thing with my wife's phone too -- and again, they previously told me they saw the issue themselves. Total waste of time and zero accountability. I'll gladly drive farther to another Nissan dealership before I bring my vehicle back to this one. Absolutely unacceptable service.

It's hard to believe that I've been coming here for almost 25 years! Lisa and Chris are like my…read morebrother and sister and Jessica is one of my former students and just top notch! It's incredible to think of the number of cars they've serviced and just the amount of life shared and experienced among these incredible people, their family and with their mechanics as well! I initially brought my car to them on a Friday leading into a holiday weekend, as they were all excited about the upcoming holiday and anxiously looking forward to their respective plans! Later on, I brought a printout of a 75,000 mile service that I had gotten from Toyota, which according to the dealership was a $750 service. I wanted to ask them about it and see what they would charge. When I got my vehicle back, it was a little over $200. After I inquired about such a difference in price, they told me that my car didn't need all of that service done, and they only did what was needed. A place that didn't do unnecessary work, that didn't try to sell you additional services, and where the work was done reasonably, yes indeed! And I've never looked back! I love this place! They tried to charge me over $400 for a battery with no warranty. I ended up buying a battery elsewhere and contacted Cadillac directly, who confirmed that my battery should have been covered under warranty. Only after Cadillac reached out to the dealership did Turan call me back to say, "Your battery was actually covered." They clearly knew this all along and tried to take advantage of me. This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and willing to mislead customers for profit. BEWARE.
