There were a few hiccups in the process but the sales manager made everything right and after owning my truck for a couple of months I still get pumped every time I crank it up. It's just an AWESOME truck. Staff is friendly and capable. Location is spotless inside and out. The free gourmet coffee machine is a pleasant touch. I personally can't think of much that is missing. Sent my parents over for a new Ridgeline but they shop around endlessly for the best deals like I do so if they don't buy it here it's because they found it for a dollar cheaper somewhere else lol. read more

I wanted to purchase a car here and worked well with April salesperson . I had some questions about rebates and loans vs direct all cash payment . After waiting 45 minutes , I spoke with the finance manager . He told me in very certain terms that it wasn't his job to go over particulars like interest rates and then escorted me to showroom to renegotiate w April . I became angry and wanted to leave . The key ring was finally given to me and when I went to my car no key on ring . I went back in , demanded my key and finally was able to leave . I was treated sub-human , lied to , and misinformed . Update on Pat Peck Honda Gulfport Mississippi after posting my experience with Pat Peck Honda on Yelp and calling multiple times and not getting a response back while I finally got one they had me bring my vehicle in and they cleaned it properly this time and even filled up my tank they gave me a loaner while they clean my vehicle so I'm sorry it led to this but they made it right this time from the used car manager to the general manager to the detail manager they made things right and I'm satisfied and let it be known if I had any other issues to get with them and they will make them right so now I have no problem with Pat Peck Honda in Gulfport Mississippi They even reimbursed me the money that I spent on getting the vehicle serviced After dealing with the used car manager and the detail manager there are some good people read more

Although my wife and I did not buy our Honda from Pat Peck we have used them for scheduled maintenance and service recalls. The process for service is very efficient from checking your car in, to the waiting area, and then checking out. The waiting room is not bad with a lot of comfortable chairs, snacks, restrooms, reading material, and a coffee machine. The parts department and cashier are all in the same area which makes it very easy. I recommend using Pat Peck for all your Honda needs. read more

I'm a disabled Marine vet, which is kinda obvious from the USMC hat I wear and the handicap sticker on my Honda Pilot. The check engine lights came on while wintering here in Biloxi from Ohio. Took it to Peck for diagnosis. They charged a $185 diagnostic fee and removed the spark plugs to tell me they are fouled out and need replaced. That and other recommended repairs would have been over $7k, nearly twice the value of the vehicle. I declined. They put the fouled out plugs back in my vehicle and sent me on my way. Had I been the service rep and since plugs were already out, I would have offered a discounted rate to put new plugs back in (which would have been no extra work), thanked the vet for his/her service and made a positive impression. The service rep did neither. While the service delivered was not "bad", they made zero effort to help a military veteran. I'm no worse off having gone there, but I won't go back. read more

Brought my 2021 Honda Accord Sport in for a turbo replacement and 100,000 mile tune up at a cost of 2500$ I lost three hours of work between having to leave the early to drop off and promised it would be ready by the next day at 9 AM I told her I had missed enough work. I was on a trip to Texas from Florida and woke up to a dead battery. AAA could only provide a jump start, so I called Pat Peck Honda to see if they could put a new battery in my CRV quickly so I could get back on the road. They had the battery, so I went on over. Tammy Spears was my service advisor, and she turned out to absolutely be the best! She assured me that she would get me back on the road quickly and I could tell she meant it. My mother in law bought a brand new 2024 Honda CRV here 2 weeks ago. Since then we've had nothing but issues. Last night the passenger door window shattered from the inside. Thank god no one was in the car at that time. When we talked to someone about fixing it, it was confirmed it was a manufacturing defect. We helped her call Honda and they were disrespectful to my mother in law and husband for trying to get this resolved directly with the dealer. We've bought many Lincoln's and anytime there have been issues they have been quick to help us. While driving through Mississippi on the interstate my skid plate partially detached and started dragging. Tried to fix it with duct tape but it detached again. I called this nearby Honda and they made me a service appointment in 30 minutes. After only an hour and a half the employees had bent the plate back into shape and used clips to reattach it, and DID NOT CHARGE ME A CENT!!!! I had a o2 sensor quit on me after 18 ,000 or so miles which I thought was strange considering I always put good gas in my car and not the rot gut stuff. I had to wait a couple days for it to come in which considering the driver shortage isn't too bad. Honda needs to start letting auto parts stores start carrying their parts sooner than 5 years. I have only had one experience with Pat Peck Honda of Gulfport, and it has left me with quite a negative assessment of the integrity of their words and of their customer service. In April I called Pat Peck to ask if they had a plastic shell for my key fob so I could repair that device myself. Their employee told me that they did not carry the part, which is of course fine, but then they proceeded to tell me that even if I bought the shell itself it wouldn't do me any good because the key "would have to programmed by the dealer". I was skeptical because I could tell the device was quite simple, but after making sure the employee knew exactly what my problem was, I was convinced that I needed their services and had a new key made from them because I was told it was the only way to solve my problem. I was still skeptical because I could see that the old key didn't have any visible chips or resisters so I went ahead any ordered the shell online to see if I could repair the old fob. It fixed my problems WITHOUT being programmed which is what Pat Peck Honda clearly told me was NOT possible. After weeks of getting the run-around and getting transferred from department to department with no one bothering to take my name or investigate my complaint in good faith, I left a couple bad reviews on google and facebook. FINALLY, someone took me seriously and called me back. This employee told me that they would rectify the situation IF I removed my negative reviews because if not then Pat Peck Honda would "have no motivation to make things right". (apparently doing the right thing isn't motivation enough). I explained that I would happily edit my review when they fixed the situation. The employee said he would call me back in a few days. This was about a month ago, and I haven't heard from them since. That makes TWICE that Pat Peck Honda has said something to me that isn't true. If you value a commitment to honesty then by all means avoid this dealership of dubious practices. At this point im not as concerned about getting my money back as I am about making sure Pat Peck stops profiting about telling people bad information. read more

Im not gonna lie. I pulled into here by mistake. My car died on me and the repairs outweighed the worth of the car. I thought i was at Hyundai. I was using my aunts work truck which looked like a hot mess. When i parked i was approached by Heather Hope. She was very pleasant and didn't judge me by the truck i pulled in with. I asked about the Elantras. That was when i realized i was at the wrong place. Mrs Hope wasn't pushy and we decided to see what they had. I glad we did. After testing several vehicles we fell in love with a Blue Civic. My wife and i named her Ella and she was our baby. The whole process was easy and the payments were well within our price range. Mrs Hope followed up throughout the years with text asking how we are doing and how the car was doing. Well while going to see the Rolling Stones last year, Ella got flooded out by a torrential rainstorm in NOLA. We were looking to make a deal with the sales manager Jim and Curtis. I totally get the deal I had presented might not have been acceptable but the way they reacted was unprofessional. After Curtis and I parted ways and I was loading my family into the car, Jim steps out and starts making fun of the deal we had offered with all of the other salesmen out front. Let alone he had not once come to speak to us directly to explain to us some more options. I even heard him make fun of the deal and how ridiculous it was from behind the glass where his finance desk was while him and Curtis were running the numbers. Awful service dept. In early Sept, my car was disabled near Gulfport, and I am from Florida. I trusted a Honda dealer. Expecting regular updates, I got none. Each time I called, they're response was mostly "it's being worked on". 9/26 I called and my car was being taken to paint the bumper. 10/2 I called, it was still in paint, and when I asked why so long, I got no response. I tried to contact the service manager but wasn't allowed to. I finally had my insurance co. try to find out. After a few hours, they were told it wasn't taken to paint until 10/1, 5 days after I was told it was. The entire time, I'm renting a car out of my pocket and am 2.5 hours away from my car and Pat Peck. Now 10/8 still no car and no update, and I'm still paying for a rental. Unbelievable. read more

If I could give them a million stars I would! A year ago I had a fuel pump recall done on my Honda Accord at a different Honda location and they botched it and then lied to me stating there was nothing wrong when my car shook and sounded awful transitioning from electric to gas after the new fuel pump was placed. Recently those issues finally came to a boiling point where my car broke down in the middle of the street with the message "Power System Failure - DO NOT DRIVE" and was towed to Pat Peck Honda. My service advisor Alina listened to my concerns about the fuel pump recall being the cause, did her due diligence and discovered that my fuel pump recall was improperly installed and the o-ring was torn in half. She went above and beyond and made sure my recall was redone at no charge to me. Can't thank her and the team at this Honda location enough!! Went to have oil and filter change on my 2013 RDX. The service consultant took too long after my car was serviced. It sat in the ready area for 10 minutes. I finally got attention from another consultant and he checked on it. After I paid my bill and was told the keys were in the car, another customer was getting in and claimed he was pulling it up forward. I think it's a bad practice to leave keys in the car. Anyone can take off with your 30,000 car. In California, I've been to two other dealers and all have you keys at the register so you can receive them upon payment. If I go again I'm hovering to make sure my car is not nearly stolen by someone claiming he's a customer! read more
