I'm only providing one star because that is the only way I can provide a review. **Do not buy here. Extremely unprofessional business practices.** I contacted this dealership today about an Alfa Romeo SUV and spoke with a salesman named David Williams. My friend and I spent the entire morning discussing numbers with him. I sent photos of my trade-in, the VIN, and pictures of the vehicle. He sent me a 360 video of the Alfa Romeo, gave me final numbers, and I completed the finance application. I also provided the information they requested to hold the vehicle, which David agreed to. The plan was for me to come in Friday morning to pick up the car. Later this afternoon, around 3 or 4 p.m., I called to confirm everything was still good. No one had contacted me beforehand. When I finally got someone on the phone, I spoke with a person who claimed to be a coordinator but seemed to know absolutely nothing about the situation and who seemed like he would flourish flipping burgers instead of working in a dealership. I also spoke with another gentleman named Corey, who said he was going to "investigate." No one contacted me about any issue holding the vehicle or to inform me of any changes with the agreed upon deal. Then they claimed the vehicle had already been sold because the purchase "happened so fast." How does a dealership sell a car that a customer already provided information to hold, completed an application for, and planned to pick up the next morning? This was a complete waste of my time and very poor customer service. I would not recommend doing business here. If they cannot honor a simple hold or communicate properly with a serious buyer, that says a lot about how they operate. Then they had the nerve to say we have another one that's cheaper...if I wanted that car you speak of I would have come to get it BUT you sold the car that was supposed to be put on hold. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the level of incompetence, neglect, and outright disregard I have received from Auto Gallery Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram throughout my VSC cancellation process. I initiated my cancellation on August 14th -- it is now nearly three MONTHS later, and this dealership has done nothing but drag their feet, dodge communication, and force me to chase their responsibilities. I emailed and called repeatedly. I contacted: Rob Nielson, Finance Manager (who initially told me he submitted the cancellation -- he did NOT) Mwood@agcdjr.net , General Manager (who REFUSED to respond to a single email) Kelly in Accounting, who confirmed Rob submitted multiple incorrect requests that delayed the process every step of the way I also had to independently contact AUL/Protective to confirm what was actually happening -- something the dealership should have handled from day one. After months of back-and-forth, AUL finally sent me the cancellation form directly because the dealership could not manage to submit a simple request correctly. I forwarded the confirmation to the dealership and asked -- very reasonably -- for them to issue the refund to me directly, since the funds will be sent to THEM, not me. I also provided the documented refund amount. Yet again, silence. No response. No accountability. Let me emphasize this: I am currently a cancer patient undergoing weekly chemo treatments, and I made this known to the dealership. Despite that, I have spent MONTHS chasing basic honesty and competence from their staff. I physically cannot just drive up there and deal with this in person, and this dealership has shown ZERO empathy, urgency, or professionalism. The general manager never replied. The finance manager was dishonest and negligent. The accounting department was left to clean up his mistakes, and still, no one could provide a resolution or even the courtesy of communication. I have had to file complaints with the state due to their failure to handle a simple cancellation and refund request. For a process that should take days, I've spent almost 90 days being ignored and misled. Thank goodness I have recorded every call and saved every email, because at this point, documentation has been the only way to protect myself from their lack of transparency and accountability. This dealership has shown me nothing but indifference and incompetence. I would never recommend Auto Gallery Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone. If this is how they treat a customer trying to get a legitimate refund -- especially one dealing with a serious medical condition -- then imagine how they will treat you once they already have your money. Negative stars. I was lucky. I caught on to the game they were playing because lying and cheating is their game. I shouldn't have let it go the first time. I was picking up a 2024 Jeep Gladiator gave a check and my trade in walked out and there was a place without paint at the wheel well. They acted like they didn't know what happened. I think they knew and they thought I wouldn't see it it and take it home.Had pictures from before and it wasn't there. Got my check and left. Well then I was called and told we will get you in a 26 for this much more , because we have to put a hard top on it. It had a soft top. Well even though they changed their word a couple times I went to pick it up. Get there there's a place at the window missing paint. Then we climb up and the top was a mess. I am pretty sure what they did was put the top of the 24 Jeep top on it. The guy even stood there and said well the top was in Florida and hadn't been used much. I'm sorry didn't know it was like this. I can get it buffed out... I may be a woman but I'm not stupid. Buff it out... a new 2026. So if you're reading this run as fast as you can... Customers Beware!! Was shopping for a 2025 Jeep and had written offers and agreements with this dealership for a specific vehicle via the internet, email and per phone conversations. When I showed up to the dealership to close the deal the agreement and terms totally changed. And the excuse I was given was the sales management miscalculated the numbers. Totally unacceptable and unbelievable!! The fantastic part of the story is that they expected me to still buy the new vehicle. After I was told this and after a discussion I walked out and purchased a 2025 Jeep at another dealership the same day. My advice is don't waste your time with this dealership like they wasted mine! read more

I purchased a used truck from here about a month ago. I haven't even put 500 miles on it and I've had the following issues: dead battery (also happened the day after purchase), tpms sensor fault, advanced trac system issue, and the backup camera isn't working. Went there to look at some used trucks.Told the salesman want options I wanted. Crewcab, V -8 with a tow hitch. Was show a truck with a 6 cylinder, not tow hitch. They tried to force me into buying it. Put a bad review on there site, owner called me and tried to tell me, that didn't happen. He was not involved in anything that day. I worked with Peter Ruby and found him to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle and also spoke about the high engineering that takes place behind the scenes. At first I was very pleased with the team and the service then within a week or week and a half I started Having trouble with the front end and brakes the service department told me that it was supposed to sound that way. ???? I called them back about a month and 1/2 ago and told them once again about the brakes and they also still owed me a key fob for my car they kept blowing me off and telling me they would get with management I've yet to hear back with them despite calling him and calling them numerous times so needless to say I'm very disappointed in them and disgusted now I have to worry about making a car payment as well as replacing the brakes on my new car. read more

Wasted of time. Why show a picture of the car and say we won but come back and say you only going to win the matching numbers. We took our Jeep in for an oil change and were talked into a 90,000 mile tune up. That's ok. But then it turned into bad brakes and a pan leak. Our service went into the thousands really quick. Then they "cleaned" the transmission and the next thing we knew we were looking at needing a new transmission. Somehow, we went from absolutely no problems to a transmission that needed to be replaced. This was a progressive thing. Everything they "fixed" resulted in a new problem that needed to be fixed. In the end we ended up having to tow the car to a different shop. And to top it off the service adviser Britt Askea was totally flip about it stating that at least we would get a new transmission out of it. We also believe they overcharged us on work that was incomplete. I am still without a vehicle over a week later dealing with all of this. I would never recommend going there. Worst experience ever! Took my SUV in for repair and after having it sit for over 1 week I had to contact the service department for updates. There were no calls made to me at all. After paying $971.00 it didn't even make it home without over heating. I took it straight back the next day and was then told (again after calling them for an update) it needed a new engine and it would be an additional $2,000 or more! Went there looking to buy a Dodge Ram it was around 5:30 and myself and my son walked and looked at every truck on the lot without a person on coming out as I got ready to leave a guy comes out and then tries to help me a day late and lots of dollars short went to Atlanta and didn't even get out of the car and got a great salesperson and a much better price and now I'm driving a Dodge Ram 1500 first time I've ever owned one and they lost out on the sale read more

Very unsatisfied with their latest work. According to my local mechanic, who I should have probably dealt with in the first place, said I was ripped off by this dealer. I paid over 1000.00 for a job he could have done for 450.00. Chalk that one up be not doing my homework and being in a hurry. They fixed a leak,supposedly where my tail shaft goes into the transmission. Well, a new seal was put in and still a leak. The service manager said it was problem that could not be fixed,yet I still pad 250.00 that repair. I spoke with my local mecanic once again and he infact said the bushing that Commere said was not a replacemrnt item, he replaces all the time. Chrsler wanted 1750.00 to replace the whole tailshaft systen of the transmission. NOT...They said I should put some transmission stop leak in it to try. Really guys... I was given a price of $3,000 more than what they had it listed for. As I was preparing to leave the manager came out and gave me a load of bull as to why he could not sell me the truck for the advertised price.
