    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!…read more My experience with Jefferson Ford has been an absolute nightmare from day one. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and it has been nothing but problems since the moment I drove it off the lot. The car was sold to me with a broken CV axle, warped rotors, multiple sensor issues, and even more problems that were never disclosed. They allowed this car to pass as "certified" and let me put my child in it knowing the condition it was in. I only learned what was wrong after I noticed the car shaking violently and asked about it. While the car was in their shop, the communication was completely nonexistent. Every time I called for an update, I got the same line: "We'll call you back." They never did. I even got the service manager (Chaz) personal number, and he repeatedly ignored my texts and questions. To make things worse, while my car was sitting on THEIR lot, they told me that the lawn crew kicked up a rock and shattered my back glass. This was after they had already kept my car for months, while I was still making payments on it. I have asked multiple times to be put into another vehicle or refunded so I can get something safe and reliable. They refuse. At this point, they have had my car for longer than I have. After keeping my car for three months, the sales manager Jason finally said it was "finished" and this was the "final product" they could offer me. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before more problems started. The sensors were still going off, and the FIRST time we rolled the window down, it wouldn't go back up. This dealership has shown me nothing but negligence, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer safety. I will tell everyone I know: DO NOT buy a car from here. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV dealer board and Attorney General!

The so,so -- While checking out, I asked if they had rotated my tires, a service they supposedly include with their oil changes, but was informed that I hadn't asked for this free service. It didn't take a master mechanic to look at my tires and see that they needed it but I suppose the mechanic was right. I also didn't asked for a new oil filter so I guess I better go see if it looks shiny and new. There was no de-briefing on how my fluid levels checked, whether my brakes/tires looked shot or even if it was time for a new PCV valve. Bottom line -- Communicate your desires better than I did and ask lots of questions. I'll try them again to see if the mediocre service was a one time thing or a standard practice because I really, really want them to succeed! This area needs good businesses.

Now, I'm out a car and I had to purchase a new vehicle and they don't want to work with me at all or give me their insurance information so I can make a claim. My car was towed to a Hyundai dealership and they advised me that the drain plug was not put back on properly. When I called to discuss this with the owner, he told me that it made more sense that somebody came to my house and drained the oil out of my car than them to have made a mistake I'll be taking them to small claims court.
