Turns out my battery was near death so when they needed to pull it into the stall to start the work it barely started. There's an auto parts store a few blocks away but no way I'd be able to carry a heavy battery there and back in the heat. I called them to see if they'd deliver it for me since it was less than a 5min drive but they refused since I wasn't a commercial account. Well, LPAG to the rescue! They called their contact over there, had the battery delivered, installed it for me, wrapped the cost into my overall bill, and even did a beautiful job on my car's windshield. The best! And to top it off they got the battery at commercial price, saving me over $50, and took care of the core return! Unreal.
