From the sale to the installation, Ross exceeded my expectations. He provided a detailed proposal that beat competitor quotes, yet the lower price was not offset by a cutback in quality or service. Ross took the care to be on site for the installation to ensure that everything was done as promised. His team worked diligently and professionally despite excruciating summer heat. They were always prompt and left my home neat. There was a delay because of the complexity of the bifold doors, but it was worth the wait. Also, there was a mix-up with the colors, but Holdfast kindly offered a discount, and I was happy with the end result. The quality of the Crimsafe screens is excellent. They are very sturdy, and I am confident in their security. In addition, they reduce solar radiation and block insects, so I look forward to bug-free barbecues and reduced cooling costs. Finally, they complement my architecture, and my neighbors have complimented on how nice they look. I fear that my glowing words and many superlatives will make this review seem fictitious.
