Requested a quote for 2/4 lower on a ram with 24's . Had to call back 5 days later and RE request a quote. Only to be called back later in day to be advised that they can't do a lower of 2/4 on 24 x 10's. I was shocked to say the least. You offer lowering and lifts but can't accommodate wheels the same diameter as factory with proper offset. Wow. Needless to say I don't think they even want the work or are to inept. Now before I get some dumb response I know how to lower it and have many people in my life with a similar builds etc. I just figured I could catch a warranty and play it safe.
