I am a 72 year old senior that just used this company. I have had a fair amount of service by glass companies in North Texas and while on vacation. This company is a mom and pop company! They are not like any of the others I have ever dealt with, in recent years. They have integrity and honesty, plus very good workmanship. I have not seen this strong a service a since the 1960's. From the call in, I was treated courteously and I told them about the windshield and vehicle and they, told me how much it would cost, and when they could be there. I set it up and they came and did a great job in half the time I have ever seen this done by other companies, at the (quoted price.) I strongly recommend this company. If you have windshield problems, give them a call, have a good experience for a change. And by the way, Taylor, my service man, gave me a good referral on another mom and pop company to use, for some other repairs I need. read more

Requested a quote online, heard back within 30 minutes, called and had a visit scheduled for a few days later on my time schedule. Very fast, easy and friendly. Needed new windshield put in on 8-year-old Suburban . Long cracks in the OEM windshield. Cracks were getting longer . Talked with Michael the Friday before the 16th of August 2022. Arrived there on time for appointment and everything was great. Exceeded my expectations have replaced many windshields car glass etc etc on different vehicles these guys were great did a very professional job drove in heavy rain most of day August 22nd 2022 very heavy downpours in Dallas-Fort Worth area. These guys were great to work with! A good old fashioned business. I called and was given a fair price on my windshield, scheduled an appointment for next day service at my work, they came out on time and have everything done within an hour! Doesn't get much easier than that! I especially like that the price I was quoted was a flat bottom figure. No service charge, or mobile fee like I've been charged in the past! When my daughter needed a new windshield, I relied on recommendations from neighbors when deciding who to call. I emailed A & M over the Memorial Day weekend, hoping to have a quote first thing Tuesday morning, and I did. However, due to a question I had about the quote, I emailed Tori back, only to receive an email from Alan with a $200 higher quote. I then had to call for clarification. The replacement was scheduled for the following Tuesday. We were pleasantly surprised when A & M showed up on time as promised, however, they were equiped with the incorrect windshield. Justin told my daughter he would be able to come back the next day and would call first thing the next morning to schedule a time. Morning came and went with no call from Justin or anyone else from A & M . My daughter attempted to reach them. Finally, around 2:00pm, after she had waited around all day for the second day in a row, Justin called to say he would be there in an hour. He did show up, changed out the windshield and we thought all was good. On Friday afternoon, she went to use the wipers, and they collided in mid air, not even touching the windshield. Apparently Justin had put them back on backwards. How does a "trained professional" do that? Why would he not test them before leaving? By the time this was discovered, it was too late for A & M to send Justin back out and we were told it would be Monday. What if it rains???????? This was unacceptable. We had a mechanic friend take care of them. At this point, we had lost faith in A & M and Justin's ability to correctly install the windshield or the wipers. We have a video of what the wipers were doing after Justin installed them incorrectly, which I am happy to forward. I just can't get it to download onto this page. read more

Wow! Glad I had already used them before I saw the one review posted here! When the hail storm hit Plano in March, the morning after I was desperate to get the windshield replaced in one of my two damaged cars (had a road trip planned for the next day and no car drivable!). With a representative at my insurance company on the line, we went down a long list trying to find someone who could do it that day. A&M Glass was the last company on the list and we hit the jackpot! Alan took the call and made it happen! He went way above what I expected, having to work with the insurance company to get the order entered correctly, and getting my windshield replaced before they stopped working that day! Now, this past weekend a rock hit my windshield and chipped it. I immediately thought of A&M Glass. Sure enough, I received the same great service as in March. Alan arranged for a great guy to come to my house and make the repair! He did an awesome job! Definitely consider using them and I believe you will have the same great service I had from Alan and the guys who came out to my house to do the work. read more
