From quote to in-office appointment, this was a fantastic experience. Getting a quote and making an appt were all handled via text while I was in a meeting. Super convenient. The quote was about $300 cheaper that Safelite. I was able to get an appt within a couple of days. I arrived for my appt and was greeted warmly by Nate. He made me comfortable during my stay. The waiting area is very nice and conducive work plugging up my laptop at their workstation. I had about a 3 hour wait time, so this was very handy. Free wifi access with good stable internet. I was able to remain efficient while working. I was able to listen to Nate handle calls over the phone while I was waiting. So kind and professional. He listened patiently and answered questions with care. He's the right person to have at the front desk for sure. He talked to me about my window repair and assured me that they service Tesla's frequently, which gave me instant confidence. I'd highly recommend this location. You'll be in good hands. My car isn't finished yet but I have zero worries. Updated review: As I'm sitting there, the manager comes out. I verified that he was the manager and asked Nate if I could speak to him. Of course, he had no idea why I wanted the manager. Brent, the manager comes out and he sits down to talk with me like we're two friends in a coffee shop. He further solidified my experience there as he was also very personable. He already has an appreciation for Nate and that was very evident in our discussion. My car is finished about 45 minutes ahead of schedule, which is also great!!! As I'm paying to leave, the owner comes out, who is also very nice (it must fun be a common thread at that place). I also tell him about how great my experience was. I can't say enough about this place. My car looks good as new and I'm very pleased. Did I mention they were cheaper than competitors??? We had a horrible storm earlier this month and a limb was thrown into my back window. I live 40 minutes from Auto Glass. However, they were the only business that would email me back instead of calling due to my mother being in the hospital during this circumstance. Zuzu showcased exemplary customer assistance by throughly explaining when emailing back about the quote offered for my glass clearly in detail. He made sure I knew how they would care for my car and responded quickly to fit me in for an appointment that next day. When I arrived I came in the wrong door but they kindly walked me to the lobby and moved my car for me anyway. My two children came with me. They accommodated us with water and coffee. The kids played with the games in the lobby while Auto Glass updated me as we waited. It was such a good interruption from the stress of their grandma being sick. It has been 2 weeks now and my glass looks great. No leaks. I'm so glad I found Auto Glass!! I will easily always make the drive out to them and will pass on their name to everyone I know!! Problem: leak in trunk. A local mechanic told me we needed the rear window replaced, but they could not do it. They referred us to Auto Glass Experts. The technician I spoke with told us there was a large amount of dirt and debris blocking the drain. He cleaned it out and told me this should resolve my issues, but if the leak remained to bring her back and they could fix it. In response to your comment on below review: 1) Autoglass experts never provided video evidence to sunroof express. When we asked for it autoglass experts refused. 2) You sent your invoice to Sunroof express and after it was paid is when you decided to send a falsified intake form and a picture with no time stamp most likely taken after your employees damaged our vehicle. You noted on the intake form that "customer refused to sign". How would we have refused to sign it when the form was never presented to us and it wasn't completed at intake. If the intake paperwork was done with us at drop off the vehicle would have had a clean slate. Instead of following the procedures it was all falsified after the fact. We provided sunroof express our x ray images taken an hour prior to dropping the vehicle off at your shop. We also walked around the vehicle with your employee at drop off and it was free of damage. Sunroof express is not using Autoglass experts as an insurance repair shop based off this occurrence. 3) When we found the glass all over the vehicle you talked down to us and made it seem like no big deal. Meanwhile there were pieces all over with scratches. How would glass pieces that size travel all over the shop? 4) As hardworking business owners ourselves we pride our selves and business on customer service and accepting fault for accidents. This is what Autoglass experts should have done in this instance instead of trying to cover up a mistake and lie and make us look like the bad ones. It's strange how the 3 dents and the door is pushed in right next to where you worked? Have you thought that employees when they were kneeling on my car ended up causing the dents and door damage. When we brought the car to an adjuster and auto body the first thing they said without seeing the car is that the damage was from someone kneeling on the roof rails. Any honest business would have accepted fault for it and fixed it. But instead play it off as if we are the bad ones. read more

Reached out to get a quote and got a very quick response from the company. Once I received the quote I called the company and the gentleman who answered the phone went over in details what would happen and how soon it could be done. I started the process on a Tuesday afternoon and the earliest they could do the replacement of my windshield was Thursday. So the next day i got a phone call from the company saying they had a cancellation and the technician could come out in Wednesday if I wanted. He showed up in the time frame he said he would be there and was able to get the job done in about 45 mins. I had a new windshield and at a good price. read more

He called ahead of time to give me a time frame of when he'll show. I received a text message that he's on the way and would arrive approximately 12:35PM. HE ACTUALLY DID ARRIVE AT 12:35PM. When we met, he introduced himself and proceeded to let me know exactly what he'll be doing and how long it will take. He performed the job very well and left the area tidy.
