They said they didn't damage my vehicle and clearly I have pictures. They taped my windshield all the way up told my wife if we have any molding issues around my windshield please come back. We have a lifetime warranty, but failed to tell us that they damage our trim and our molding They scratch my paint and they said they did not do it. That wasn't the outcome I was expecting after the technician mentioned, he been doing glass installation for over 35 years. I asked for a district manager number. They said they're not allowed to give the number out which I know he has an office number to be reached on very, very, very very unprofessional. I called customer service very unprofessional. I went there because they did one of my vehicles over 10 years ago and I never had an issue so that's what drove me to go back but will I referred them to anyone right now no Will I go back hell no....... if I can give zero stars based on customer service, I would. just simple conversation would've fix the whole thing when it happened during installation always let the customer know what's going on.
