After replacing my windshield, Reza reminded me that he's been out to fix a crack in our windshield a few years back! He did a great job on that minor fix and another great job on the replacement. We got a chip last week that immediately cracked to over a foot long. With rain in the forecast this past weekend and a busy workweek, we had to wait a few days to get the windshield replacement. The quote was lower then others we'd received and scheduling with Reza was very easy. We made the appointment via Yelp messaging. He called thirty minutes prior to arriving and quickly got to work replacing the windshield. 40ish minutes later and it's all done. Two gentlemen came to my home to replace my windshield. They began work at 10:30, after battling traffic to get to my location. They were thorough making sure to clean every surface and do a complete removal of the old windshield. They took their time to pull off all stickers on my windshield and put them on my new one. They also assured me about timing for driving the car, and special steps I should take while the windshield cures. The entire process took about 40 minutes. They even took a card for my transaction. We had a great experience with Auto Glass. First of all Reza was very responsive and helpful via email and we were able to schedule an appointment fairly soon at a very reasonable price. The two guys who came out to replace our windshield were on time and went right to work. They did a beautiful job, they were done in about 45 minutes and we've had no issues (it's been a bit over 3 weeks since they did the install). One of the two guys gave us very detailed instructions about what we should do over the course of the three weeks following the install, so those were easy to follow. I called for a price for a replacement windshield, the price was considerably lower than 2 other places so I made sure it had the features (heated windshield and rear view camera), the person assured me it did, so we scheduled the service for the next day between 12-1. I called at 12:30 to make sure someone was coming, the owner said the price quoted was wrong and that it would be 100 more, I said ok because I wanted it fixed and it was inline with the other paces I called. The tech called to let me know no one can come because of potential rain and that the price the owner quoted was wrong too! Needless to say, you should find someone else to get your glass service from. This deserves zero stars. read more

These guys are by far the WORST AUTO GLASS REPAIR SERVICE I have ever seen or hired! They destroyed my car and the police cannot find them. No real address. The two addresses on file are fake. Use these bozos and you will find yourself paying big bucks to repair additional damages to your car. I also found that some of the reviews are fakes. I had scrubbed my windshield with a kitchen sponge (the kind with the green textured side) in an effort to remove RainX and scratched the glass...yes, dumb I know...the scratches were slight, and I was on the fence on whether I should replace the windshield or not. I decided to go ahead and do it to be "safe". Ray came out, examined the windshield's damage and recommended NOT replacing it because the scratches were so slight. He could have been dishonest and just took my money because I didn't know any better, but he didn't. He was very upfront with me and said it would be best to leave the original glass in this case. I appreciated his honesty and will always recommend this company if anyone needs a new windshield! And of course, we will always call him first if I actually end up needing a new one in the future ;) read more
