Highly recommend this business! Months ago a rock hit my windshield from a passing truck. I heard it and when I looked I didn't really see any damage. It was that small. Well then at least. As time went on, it became visible. It was still a tiny chip but I feared it would eventually become a crack and I would need to replace the entire windshield and that would be costly. I know that's possible because that very thing happened to my friend. Ignoring it wasn't going to make it go away. So since I have some down time during this quarantine I figured this was something that I can easily get taken care of so. Initially I did an online quote from Safelite and wasn't feeling it. Why not check Yelp?! Duh!! Initially inquired with Safelite and wasn't feeling that quote. Sure they can come out to me, but not worth it. Due to covid they informed me that their waiting area is closed. That was fine since I knew it won't take long. I was literally in and out of there within 20 minutes. I needed my glass replaced on Christmas eve and they were able to fit me in before closing early for the day. I chose to try Professional Auto Glass on a Sunday morning after finding that my car had been broken into on the previous night. The customer service there is great and they quote quickly. Everyone is nice, my window was replaced in about an hour. The best part about this place is that they are opened on Sundays! It was a rainy day and they saved the day simply by being opened. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the prices are OUT.RAGEOUS. What actually drew me to this place the most is all of the reviews I saw saying that they only paid in the $100's for their window on newer modeled cars.. I have a 2015 Chevy Malibu LT, and I was literally quoted and charged $320 for a passenger side window.. Also, my speaker on the door now has a loud rattle . In sept 2021 i experienced poor service from this company. My front windshield was put in and the top linen strip came off on 495 express way, return back to get it fix properly and now my windshield strip is wavy and crooked. Should i return a third time? I have never experienced such dishonest service from an establishment before encountering Professional Auto Glass. My rear window glass was shattered after a driver threw a glass bottle at me out of road rage. My father ordered a new glass and asked Professional Auto Glass to install it into my car. Their job was lousy and completely unacceptable as the glass was installed crooked and my trunk door was misaligned. The worst part was that they dented the molding on my car (probably as they were improperly trying to pry off the rear windshield wiper) and refused to take responsibility or accountability. I am extremely disappointed and disheartened as I write this post and I hope that no one encounters the same problem. read more
