I just bought a rental property in Rossville and it had decent dual pane windows but every window had moisture in between the panes. I called numerous glass places. Some didn't return my call. Glass man answered his phone and we made an appointment for him to come out and give me a quote. He gave me a great quote. I had several other companies give me quotes also. Spoke with this company on June 11th, paid the deposit for someone to come measure window and was assured that someone would be out the next morning to measure. Finally reached out to them at 3:00 and was told that they would come out on Friday, requested 2:00 and was not told any different about the time. Called at 2:45 and asked if someone was on their way, was treated rudely but I was desperate. I could not find anyone else that said they would provide the service I needed for only one window. After a lot of back and forth calls and texts and being told each day that they would be out that day, finally cancelled service on June 19th. I am wondering if this is a real business. read more

When I say I am particular about my truck that's not really fair because if there is another step beyond particular that's me. I had a rock hit my windshield in my 2019 Ram Longhorn and needed a full replacement.'I called 6-7 dealers and decided this was my place based on their honesty, reputation and the nice woman up front. This company is not dependable. If they had simply followed through with what they said they would do, I wouldn't be leaving this one-star review. I first reached out to them about supplying a piece of custom glass and was told they would talk to the 'boss man' and call me back about setting up a visit by the technician. This went on for three weeks before the technician arrived to measure the glass to be repaired. He said he would reach out the next day to set up the install. I heard nothing. It took two more weeks of calls asking for a status update. Each time, they said they would check on it and call me back (they didn't). At the beginning of week five, I wondered whether they really wanted my business. I called them one last time and was told a technician would call me later the same day to advise when he will come out that day to install the glass after completing a big job. We had a great call and were excited to get our curio cabinet mirror replaced. The initial invoice did not include the dimensions of the mirror, and when the representative came to our home to do the work, he said he had to go back and recut it. We then received a service call charge and were told that our dimensions were off enough to cause additional charge. Furthermore, the service person did not wear a mask, and even said he felt like sneezing! Back in December we broke our window pane on our back deck. We contacted The Glass Man, accepted their quote to replace the pane of glass. During installation of the glass pane the employee of the Glass Man cut our strings that control the up and down movement of the blinds, not the pull string. We have custom blinds that raise and lower from the top and bottom. The employee admitted and showed my husband that he did this. I contacted Cliff, the owner who assured me that he would replace them as soon as possible and make it right. Here we are 3 months later, Cliff and his worker came to install the new blind. While this is a very nice blind it is nothing like the former blind. I understood they may not be able to get the exact same pattern in the same color. However this blind is a completely different in both color and pattern. I attempted to speak with Cliff in regard to it not even closely matching. He became very defensive and stated that I could take it back myself and take care of it that they were done with all they were willing to do and I expressed that I shouldn't have to do that and he hung up on me. I then attempted multiple times to call back in which he did not answer. Until on my last attempt his coworker answered and was immediately loud and rude in tone letting me know they would not do anything else with the blind. She then threatened me with a lawyer for harassment when I was just attempting to get the receipt as well as have a professional conversation to remedy this. I have texted them to let them know that I would be reporting this situation to all media outlets as well as the Better Business Bureau as I believe this is my only recourse before having to resort to legal action. read more

Two bad experiences. Had them come fill in a star and chip in my windsheid. The work was awful. Didn't fill in. Still have a star and chip. Had them replace window glass also and they didn't so it properly and left sloppy goo on the edges. read more
