I needed a windshield replacement and I was quoted $1100 for the windshield and calibration with Safelite. I just could not afford to pay that much. I received a quote from Auto Glass now got $680 for the windshield and calibration. I was nervous I would get there and there would be lots of add on fees. There were not. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and they got started immediately. There was no one in front of me so that helped I'm sure. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and I was finished in an hour and a half. The facilities are very basic, but clean. Absolutely terrible place. Replace the windshield with cheap glass. That's not HUD compatible. Also left broken glass all over the interior, down in the vents, down in the speaker grills. Got mud all over the floor mats and sideboards. Failed to mention, but the hood didn't work before I drove off. Don't even think they checked it. read more

This won't sound like a start to a 4 star review. Auto Glass Now had 2 major issues with doing my windshield. I came in for the scheduled appointment and they had ordered the wrong one, likely because the person taking the information mis-heard me and ordered a VERY similar sounding car's windshield. When I came in the next week for the same job, when the right item arrived, they had neglected to order the (necessary) new molding for the windshield. I had to wait an extra 2 hours in the waiting area while they ran across town for one. After all that, though, I got a new windshield for a VERY good price, and the installation was top notch! They then proceeded to give me a substantial discount for all the inconvenience. Even without the discount it would have been a bargain. Customer service when things go wrong reflects the most on a business. These people did well by me. read more

Had a broken windshield and called several companies to get the best price. I'm a Veteran living on a fixed income and money is pretty tight. AGN was not my first choice. But after two other companies canceled out on me I gave AGN a call. Not only was the price better but They would come to me instantly of me driving 10-15 miles and having to wait, AGN came to me. My wife took our vehicle here to get a replacement windshield. There were several people there that had been there for several hours. They were told that the parts truck was running late. Later they were being told that there was a flaw in the windshields. Finally they put my wife's windshield in and then magically noticed that it too had a flaw. They offered her a new replacement or a small discount. She chose the replacement. After almost two hours of not touching her car, with an 8am appointment, they told her that the parts trucks were running late. huh? She went down the street for almost two hours and came back, only to be told they didn't have record of her appointment. They finally got her window in, after well over 5 hours. Of course that is not counting all the hours from when she waited for the first window that had flaws. You may have a different experience, but our experience was a disappointment. read more

I had a large crack in my windshield that I needed replacing. My insurance had sent me to Safelight and they had told me it would be about $325 with tax & labor. My coworker recommended I call Auto Glass Now and get an estimate. They were significantly cheaper ($200). The ladies inside were very nice as well as the man who did my windshield. I made an appointment to get my trucks rear windshield replaced today. I came in at noon and waited for an hour and a half for them to tell me they don't have my glass! I thought when I got a quote and made an appointment ahead of time they would have checked to see if they had glass for my truck. Or maybe 10 min.s after my trucks appointment? No an hour and a half later they tell me and don't offer any condolence whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to anybody! Cheap price Bad service. read more

Colerain location repaired by broken windshield (debris in highway broke it), in the process they warp the cowl. After a couple of day the cowl pop out. I took in 7 times to address this, they fix it 3 times: reinstall glass, replace with 2nd glass and then they argue that the cowl was warp from prior installation. As they did not "touch" the cowl. But dealer told the this car requires removing cowl for proper windshield installation. They refused to fix the cowl, then Mike (3x my weight) proceeded to yell at me. Horrible service. This place by far has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The manager himself (Mike) was rude and not helpful at all. I bought a new windshield from them and 15 days later it chipped. I was looking for some sort of support or even maybe a slight discount seeing it happened in such a short time frame. The manager begins to tell me that it is not covered under warranty and that I need to purchase another windshield. He then compared a replacing a chip in the windshield I bought 15 days ago to my car engine exploding after I buy a car. What? That would be covered! They will never again get any of my money and I will tell everyone that is willing to listen not to go there. read more

DO NOT use Auto Glass Now!!! Called to get a quote on a Jeep Wrangler Mopar Willy's Logo windshield. They told me it had to be specially ordered and would be able to install the next week. Dropped off my Jeep to have it installed. My husband picked up the Jeep and noticed an air whistling noise coming in from the windshield. Once he got it home, I noticed the windshield was not the Mopar windshield I ordered and paid for. They used a generic windshield AND the windshield had a chip in the glass at the top of the windshield. I did not get what I paid for!!! Called them, took it back and no one in the entire Company had an explanation but I could talk to the district manager. District Manager told me too bad, buy another windshield and pay them more money for another windshield. No thank you!! Not getting another dime from me. And will let everyone I know not to give this crook of a company any business. They are liars and thieves and will take your money and give you crap of a product. read more

Was lied to about pricing. You will be charged more than they tell you and won't honor what was said on the phone. Was quoted a price over the phone, and I specifically asked if that included EVERYTHING except for sales tax. They answered yes so I booked appointment for two of my vehicles. When I was given the bill it was the quoted price + sales tax + $9 each vehicle for SU. When I asked about this I was first given an explanation of the charge (glass delivery & disposal charge), and then when reminding them about our conversation on the phone ... it quickly turned into the office manager saying "I'm not going to argue about this anymore". Update Wednesday March 28 on Auto Glass Now: I get in my car this afternoon to go to work, it's raining. I haven't driven the car since Monday when I had the windshield replaced. My driver's side windshield wiper flops all the way over to the side of the car. I pull over, turn the wipers off, put the wiper back, and immediately drive home. I call Auto Glass Now and they say bring it up. My daughter came with me - They tell us that they'll look at it but it's not a guarantee they'll fix it, that they don't even touch the windshield wipers in order to replace the windshield. I state that the wiper was not like before the work. The rude manager tells me that how do they know I didn't break it on purpose because of the disagreement on the day of the repair. I most certainly did not want to step foot in this establishment again so I would not have had any intention of doing anything that would have required me to go back. They fixed the driver's side wiper but now the passenger side wiper does not go back down in the slot after turning them off and the wiper blade is coming off. I am now wondering if my wipers will be functional from here on out. I will never do business with this place again. I went to Auto Zone to get a wiper blade for the passenger side. Told the manager about the problem I was having with the windshield wipers. He went in, got a ratchet, and realigned the wipers, and put the new one on. He said the wipers do need to be touched in order to get the windshield replaced. read more
