So I brought the car back, they said they would redo the front windshield since the previous tint has been faulty in the past. Now in my opinion, if this was an issue on a past customers car, why would you reuse it? Anyways, they said they "upgraded" the tint, but it looks the exact same. Now my entire car is wrapped in this dogsh*t tint and I regret driving at night. Not only is the tint horrible quality, but the customer service is just as bad. The price is great, but you get what you pay for.

My car had to be towed in for the estimate. This was arranged quickly even though my insurance informed me there were delays with auto body work. Everyone from the phone calls to the reception area were extremely friendly. The tow driver gave me updates so that I didn't have to stay home for most of the day awaiting his arrival. They answered my questions without showing annoyance. Let me tell you, I can speak a bit too much at times so that's not an easy fete. Call center should not be scheduling early appointments for locations that will not have workers at the time they open. I don't mind waiting (I expect to wait) but this is ridiculous!!!! I know they travel but if you need your sensors calibrated, it has to be done in the shop. It took about 90 minutes for mine the last time. They promise it in 2 hours. There's a waiting area or you can drop it off and they'll notify you when it's completed. Theresa, the front desk employee is super friendly. All of the technicians are professional, well qualified and fantastic. My insurance covers the entire cost so value is fantastic. My car comes back clean with no trace of glass. I highly recommend this establishment.

On my last visit they actually cracked the new windshield during installation, so I had to come back another day. The technician clearly felt terrible about it and handled it professionally, so it wasn't a huge deal. They also broke the plastic tabs on the small interior cover that hides the wiring to the rearview mirror, but it was cheap to replace and not worth making another trip back after already coming in twice. The other two replacements were pretty seamless. Not a place anyone wants to need often, but when I have needed them they've generally had plenty of appointments available, have been easy to work, and the turnaround has been quick.
