While the body work that was done on my car was good, the car was returned to me with bird crap on it and coated in pollen, but the inside was vacuumed . IMO, the customer service /communication was awful. What should have taken a week (10 days ...tops) to repair the rear quarter panel, took 17 days! To be fair the insurance company shares in some of the blame here too. But Victor's never bothered to call me with an update, I always had to call them and ask for one. I didn't feel as if my business was valued or respected. I'll never return! read more

This was my third time there. Easy to schedule a recent oil change and tire rotation. When they didn't have one of my windshield wipers in stock, they made a call and it was delivered while I waited. Only spent an hour there and got work done while I waited. Will be using them again in the future for oil changes. My other trips included a fix on a break job another garage did and for tires. Unusually great quality and service. I have used Victors several times over the years and have always been impressed with how well they treat customers AND what a high-quality job they do. They also do mechanical services, and got AAA approved ratings for both Body Shop and Repairs, which is unusual. Tyler, Dan, and Patty were truly excellent on the body shop side. After my car was totaled, Dan even helped drill off the bolts on my "frozen-on" license plate. Kyle on the Mechanical Repairs side has been really helpful. Like the other reviews here, I would recommend them highly. After a crash, you have the right to decide which body shop you get towed to. I asked for Victor's, and I am really glad I did. read more

Poor service. Over charges. Not worth my time. Tried to get a diagnosis on my vehicle last week and wanted to charge me and was not easy to deal with. I think Tyler Rook doesn't provide good customer service based on my poor experience. If your looking to get a white glove service in all aspects of customer service, this is not the place to go. I have had my car hit while parked in front of the house, or had people run lights, etc. This is THE ONLY place I will go to have my car fixed. They ask how the damage happened, so they can do a thorough inspection & find all external & internal damage & sometimes even follow up on a call or 2. The car's always fixed right. They look after you every step of the way. Customer service couldn't be better! This last time Patty called me several times with updates & hurried the adjuster along. Tyler was going to help me out with a loaner when Enterprise screwed me over, but my car got finished. Not to mention it was cleaner than when I dropped it off! lol Other places may be cheaper, but many use after market parts that can sometime void warranties, so you get what you pay for. We called for an estimate, but we were told we needed to make an appointment for the car to be evaluated. The diagnostic fee would then be applied to our repair. I should have known at the start something was wrong. The dealership gave me an estimate over the phone. So, we take the car in and, shockingly, we are told the problem is exactly what we thought it was, but the repair could not be done that day. I would need to make another appointment for the repair. The cost was also higher than the dealer. Thanks, if you had told me over the phone, it would have saved everyone's time and money. Well, no, you got paid for providing an estimate. I still don't understand why we had to pay for shop supplies to get the estimate. No work was done on the car. So, we left and won't be going back. The letter we sent describing our disappointment went unanswered. read more

Pros: they fix your car quickly and do it right Cons: they are the most expensive repair place in the area and will charge you for things others wouldn't (e.g. the parking space your car was in while being fixed) If you have a nice car you should go here. Once again Victor Auto Body comes to my rescue! Several years ago my mother's Lexus was damaged in a parking lot by a hit and run driver. Victor's repaired the damage flawlessly! So when my 2015 Mustang GT Premium 50th Anniversary Edition was the victim of a hit and run in a parking lot last month, I took it to them. My rear quarter panel was scratched down to the metal and one of the wheels was dinged up. Tyler was so helpful with the insurance details which included getting a new wheel instead of a refurbished one and a new stripe kit. He even fixed a small boo-boo on the nose of the car from a stone which had nothing to do with the hit and run at no charge! My Baby is once again perfect. Even though the insurance company recommended Victor's, I could have taken my car anywhere - even to a Ford dealer; but having had such a good experience with my mother's car I felt confident that the damage would be taken care of properly. I can't say enough about my positive experience with Victor Auto Body. I was rear-ended by someone texting (of course). My husband had had a good experience with Victor's when he was in an accident over a year ago (he found them because they are a certified Nissan repair shop) so I decided to trust his recommendation. I'm so glad I did. From the minute Tyler picked up my first phone call, I knew I was in good hands. Tyler explained the process to me in a way I could understand without making me feel stupid. When I dropped off my car, Rob looked at the damage, told me what to expect in terms of next steps, and kept me posted the whole time - more so than the insurance company. The insurance company only wanted to pay for aftermarket parts - even though the accident was 100% not my fault. Tyler and his team negotiated price-matching with the supplier to put OEM parts (Subaru) on my car. I picked the car up today and it looks amazing!! Not only were the repairs clearly done by experts in their craft, but my interior was fully cleaned and detailed. In addition, I had to deal with some hassle from my insurance-provided rental and Tyler called them personally to arrange for them to pick up my car from him - saving me time and additional aggravation. Run, don't walk away from Victor's Auto Body. In April 2014, Victor's charged me and my insurance company $5,627 to repair my daughter's 1998 Jeep Wrangler after a collision. I picked it up, car looked great, and they assured me that the car was SAFE TO DRIVE. Four months later, I asked Victor's to help me get a new soft top for the same Jeep. I brought it in, they took one look, and told me the car was NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. It needed a new frame at a cost of $5,000 - $6,000! The same frame they assured me was safe when they wanted over $5,000 to fix the smashed-in front end in April, needed to be replaced in August. Really? Shame on you.
