I took my car in to get a chip repaired. 45 minutes later they called and told me my windshield was now cracked and needs to be replaced. They never mentioned to me that could happen or I would have weighed my options then. Long story short what started out to be less than a 91 dollar bill turned into a 1500 dollar bill. They did a great job on my replacement Price: 5/5 really competitive compared to others Customer service: 5/5 The 2 ladies, Marilyn and Cathy, working the front desk were very nice, courteous, and patient with all the customers. The man that did the replacement was also very nice. They took their time answering questions despite being very very busy. Wait time: 3/5 I was told on the phone it would take 1.5-2 hours when I made an appt. They told me 3-3.5 hours when I dropped it off. It actually took over 4 hours with an appt. Auto Glass Now First thing Monday morning July 18, 2022 I arrived to have my windshield replaced. When I called the lady said get here about 7:15 or so we open at 8. I think I was second in line. The office staff and the guy that did the replacement were friendly and courteous. I guess I was there an hour or so. After paying for my windshield replacement, I headed home. A short distance away I noticed my Bluetooth was not connecting my radio and iPhone. When I got home I tried pair them. I also tried to add my wife's phone to the radio. Neither will connect although both show the code to connect. I called to let them know there was a problem. I went back down there the next afternoon. Auto Glass now said that I will just have to take it to the dealer and get it reprogrammed. Of course this was after they tried to use the aftermarket excuse. I told them the only thing after market on my truck was the windshield they installed. I asked if they would reimburse me if the dealer charged me to re-calibrate the Bluetooth. No was the answer I got. At the end of the day I believe it's worth paying the extra money and going with Safelite, who I should've went with in the first place. To Auto Glass Now, Like I told the manager, the ONLY thing on my truck that's aftermarket is the windshield they installed. The radio / Bluetooth system is factory. I guess you've been living under a rock, you are aware that automobiles come with factory " upgrades ". Your employee didn't do something right and your company is irresponsible not to take responsibility for it. In my previous truck I did have aftermarket radio with Bluetooth. SafeLight replaced that windshield and everything worked after they were done just like before they started. I highly recommend people drive right past your business and go to SafeLight or have SafeLight come to their home it's well worth the extra money. read more

Please beware if you are planning on using this company. I had a front windshield installed yesterday and it was a horrible experience. There was a scratch on my dashboard and black stuff everywhere which I'm assuming was some type of glue. It was on dashboard, doors on inside and outside of car, and inside on the arms of the car. The guy had one excuse after another, and I went to go into the establishment to voice my complaint, but they had locked the door and turned the lights off and it was only 4:42 and the sign stated they closed at 5:00. He did remove some of the black glue however, there is still glue in my car. I owned my car for 13 years and within that time the window has been replaced twice before this replacement and I have never had an issue. This young man has no business installing windows in any car. I did use my credit card in case I had to do a charge back however, I just decided to never use this company and make sure people I know don't use them. You will use them at your own risk. If you decide to use this company, please take a picture of your dashboard which is what I should have done before the work was started. As a result, I have to find somebody to fix this mess. My biggest fear is it will fall on me while I'm driving. My review is 0 stars. read more

So I came outside from the gym one night and my driver side window was smashed, this happened at 8 pm on a Wednesday. I called my insurance and they recommended someone else who couldn't get me till 3 weeks later. I called around and every other place in town was at least a week booked out. LET ME TELL YOU, these wonderful people got me in literally first thing the next morning. They got it fixed while I was at work and had it ready for me by end of day and they did an amazing job. I left my car here at 8am took them all day to finish only to hear air coming through my windshield. I returned the next day two Hours later leave with the same problem after the fix. Never go to this place! The manager Katrina is horrible! They put my window in without putting the molding back on! They threw it away! It was raining and leaking when i got there! I asked them to fix it and they said they could not! They never called me to let me know. They just did a horrible job! Then they put a small trash bag from an office trash can that was still loose and blowing in the wind as it was still parked! The staff was rude and did not care! I normally don't write reviews but save your time and go somewhere else!! They caused multiple issues -including a leak in my windshield, my car was FILTHY inside when returned and one part of the windshield never installed. Their district manager "Grant" said he would take care of the issue and call me back, he never did. After being on the phone with them for 3weeks trying to get an answer and for a half hour+ each time I'm done trying to fix my truck. I'll be going to another auto glass shop and cutting my losses. I will never recommend this shop to anyone seeing as it was such a headache alone that's not even mentioning the customer service. read more

Greg and Renardo at the Summer Location were great!! I went to the Lamar location first because my husband had set everything up with them that Friday so when I got there in the following day, everything would be ok. He called two weeks earlier and set up the appointment. Worse mistake ever. The lady, Kathy, was rude and very unprofessional. I stay 1 hour away and I arrived at 7:55 am. She told me that she could not find us in the system. I confirmed my appointment with her 12 times before she told me that I needed another number and get out of the line. I called my husband and was very frustrated. He told me to go back in and talk with her once more. So I did. She told me to hold on cause she was the only one there and the phone was getting on her nerves. So I waited. When she finally got back with me and looked up my husband's number, now we were in the system twice. Then she tell me the the glass was there, then a few seconds later, she tells me the it was not and that I could not be seen til Tuesday. By this time, it's 8:45 am. I was frustrated and left. I called Greg at the Summer location and he was so professional and very apologetic for what happened at the Lamar location. Not recommended this shop!!! I went to the shop replace my windshield glass on last couple week. After that, the windshield was leak a lot when was raining, also the two side plastics were broke too, it's all damage my car. that is first time, first they said they will change the new windshield for me but they didn't. After that, it was leaking again when was raining, I went back again to ask the front desk lady, she said she will change the new glass for me on that time, then I made a appointment on Thursday. I drop down a car in morning around 9 o' clock and I waited to pick my car til 7 o'clock at the night time. They promise me there is no way leak again. And today Sunday is raining, I go check my car, it's leaking again, my driver side rooftop is all get wet. They are not fix well again. Went to the Summer location after I made an appointment to replace my front window. Get there and surprise it is a first come first served. Then I am told that the rubber around the window is dry rotted by Greg. The guy working on it said because it is metal And he cut it out and could not reuse it. So who to believe. Then they wanted to replace it with one that does not have the metal in it. And they wanted me to pay for it. How can it be dry rotted when the vehicle is less than a year old and the mechanic cut it out. During the process of check out Greg had his back to me and was annoyed didn't answer my questions kept saying read the back of receipt. The only reason I gave it one star was because Marilyn inside was nice and when I was leaving told me not to go thru the car wash and things that I needed to know. Asked Greg those questions and he told me to read the back of the receipt. I also asked Greg for a number to call to talk about my experience and he said only if I give him the number then he will have them call me. Like am I that dumb. Marilyn was the only good thing of this experience (Greg had an attitude)they had my truck in the bay from 11:30 am to 1:45 pm. IWill not come back or recommend to anyone. If someone asked I would say run away. *Update now I have an air leak and I didn't drive it all weekend or wash it. I hate that I have to call and see what will happen. *Update: Went to have the air leak inspected. after the installer rode in the vehicle with me and said he heard the leak. Then for him to say that they could not find the air leak. That nothing was wrong. The district manager got ahold of me and helped me with my complaint the same day. They had another installer redo the window (those guys were so nice)Wonderful. Now I don't have an air leak anymore. Thank you Marilyn. You are a wonderful person. Thank you for your help. I would leave a zero star review for Auto Glass Now - Memphis if I could. In sum, do not schedule anything with this company if you actually need your windshield repaired/replaced unless you just enjoy wasting time. I called this location on a Wednesday morning after a small crack grew to cover the entire length of my windshield overnight due to an extreme drop in temperature. I spoke to Kathy at Auto Glass Now who quoted me $169 plus tax to replace the windshield on my 2013 Acura RDX in store or $216 plus tax to do it at my home. I called a couple other places and this was the lowest quote I received (although not by much). She ensured me that any work they did would be warranteed, which was attractive. I called back and set up an appointment with Kathy for mobile service on Friday morning (two days later - what should have been this morning). We went over my address and even discussed driving directions as the street sign for my cove is difficult to see. I said I needed something for as early as possible on Friday morning and she said she would put me on the schedule for first thing and to expect someone "between 9:00 and 10:00." She confirmed my phone number and said to "make sure [I] answer my phone Friday morning" because they would be calling. Well, 10:00 am on Friday rolls around and I have heard nothing from anyone at Auto Glass Now. I call and am transferred to Kathy who says they can't do mobile service at this time. I asked why she told me that they could and why I wasn't informed that this was the case and she had no answer. I told her that I had no missed over two hours of work for no reason and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. About ten minutes later, I received an unsolicited call from an argumentative Kathy who says her manager says I can bring the car into their location and that she never had told me anyone would be helping me this morning. She also said that they don't make appointments or schedule specific times for mobile service (I thought they couldn't do mobile service per our conversation immediately prior to this?). So...I guess I just made this all up and I missed two hours of work just for my own fun? Only bring your business here if you have unlimited time to waste, a lot of patience for being lied to, and don't really care if your windshield gets fixed. read more

Do not go here if you actually want your windshield fixed. Originally I had an appointment for a mobile tech to come out to my parents house on the morning of January 2nd to fix my fiancées windshield. This was scheduled over a week in advance. After a tech didn't show up in the morning, we called in and they informed us he wouldn't be coming out. He had been out of work since Thursday, but they decided it wasn't their responsibility to call and inform their customers he wouldn't be there. So after a lengthy conversation with a not-so-nice receptionist, she guaranteed if we bring the car in, they will start on it right away, and have it done in 30 minutes. Well after waiting for around 2 hours, I went outside and noticed they haven't even started on the car yet. I decided to take my keys and go as I had an appointment 3 hours after I took the car in. It's no wonder their windshields are so cheap, they don't even put them on. UPDATE: The owner of this location has helped me work something out with a different location to compensate for the troubles.
