Next, we set up a time for them to come out to my house to repair the windshield for Friday. On Friday morning, another rock hit the windshield of one of our other cars! Now, it looked like I was going to have to repair two windshields. Godspeed called on Friday morning to give me an eta. They arrived right on time. They looked at my Lexus and let me know they could repair it. When Godspeed looked at the other car, he informed me that the crack was superficial and would not need to be repaired. They could have easily soaked me for an additional repair and didn't. After he repaired my Lexus he informed me that the repair didn't get into all of the cracks. He said there was a 10% chance the crack would spread. Godspeed has a 100% guarantee that the windshield will not crack after their repair. Thus, he WASN'T GOING TO CHARGE ME. I paid him for the work because he came all the way out to the house, did a repair, didn't screw me on the other windshield, and was as nice as could be. We fled the people's republic of CA. That type of customer service would NEVER happen in CA! I give Godspeed Auto Glass five stars!!! I fully recommend them for windshield repair.

He changed the work order window from clear to tinted and didn't bother to tell me before putting the window. After seeing the work, I told him that this is not what I order. Hamo said that everybody likes tinted windows and that he didn't think I would've minded because the window looks better tinted and that I'm overreacting and crazy. He refused to replace the window with the clear window that was expected and agreed upon or give me a refund for his negligence. I don't like the window and am not satisfied with the customer service from the place. Hamo and this establishment refuses to own up to the negligent act that transpired on 11/29/22. They expect me to be out of pocket for a window I have to get removed because it's not what if ordered. If the window I asked for wasn't in stock, they should have sent told me that they cannot assist me with this matter and sent me elsewhere instead of lying and bringing something that wasn't on my work order. Still, he took the time to clean it up and make sure it was completely filled and wouldn't cause any future issues. Then he didn't charge us for coming out because the repair was already done, even though he still did some work.
