Tried first to use the big company that starts with S, they had the wrong glass the first day and the second day they cancelled at the end of the day after missing they missed the appointment. Called AGN, told them I wanted OEM glass, had an appointment in 3 days. Took it in Monday morning, work was complete in about an hour. Everything looks good, all the gaps are aligned properly, no mess inside the truck. Very happy with the work. read more

I have a small chip on my windshield from a pebble hitting it on the highway and I wanted to get it fixed early before it spreads. I called this place to get an estimate about how much it would cost regarding something so small to get fixed. When I called, a lady picked up the phone and informed me if it was smaller than a quarter it would cost $60. I think that's a good deal since it was the size of a dime! I stopped by a week later. The parking lot was small and I was trying to find a place to park. One of the techs working there ushered me inside the garage and asked what work I needed done and I explained it was just a glass repair. I asked where do I go to pay and he told me I can do that after he's done. I thought it was strange I didn't get checked in first, but I didn't question it since it's my first time here and I thought nothing of it. The guy working on my windshield was efficient and quick. The last step I had to do was park it outside in the sun for a couple minutes and the whole service took 15 minutes. After he was done, he told me I can just finish the paperwork. I was really confused since I didn't do one yet, so I walked inside to properly do the paperwork and pay. When I went inside, I explained the situation about what happened and the older lady working there kept saying I needed to tip the tech that worked on my car over and over again for a 15 minute service. I was confused because I came to pay and now she's demanding I needed to tip. I thought it was strange and since my tech was nice I was going to after I paid. The young lady who checked me out, told me the total was $75 and I told her I was quoted $60 on the phone. Immediately, she started to raise her voice and speak to me in a condescending tone. Rude, to say the very least. Her response was, "It's always been $75 and for future reference, you need to check in first." Even after I explained to her that it was my first time here and I simply did what the tech told me to do, she maintained her stance on the situation and continued to correct me in a rude manner. NOT how you talk to customers, especially if they're new. I will never return here and absolutely do not recommend it. Thankfully, the tech was nice, but the experience inside the office made this a horrible experience. Visit at your own risk. read more

My window had some dinks and one big crack in it, so I took it into auto glass now. I called them to get an estimate beforehand which was super helpful. All of the staff there were super kind, including the people who actually worked on my car. They checked in with me before they put on the new windshield which was super nice. It only took a hour which was great. However once I got it back I realized a couple of things. They had to detach the microphone for my Apple car play (which makes sense since it was stuck to the windshield) but they didn't restick it back on the new windshield. Also they did a really bad job reapplying my car inspection sticker. They also left a mess on the dashboard. It's very much you get what you pay for here. read more

Let's start by saying that I will use them again. For the price, it's tough to beat. In my case, there was an issue with the gasket that should have had rounded corners and instead had square as they installed it the second time. First time it looked like bacon around the edges, so it had to be redone. May be an issue with training staff, may be an issue with parts. Long and short, hundreds cheaper than Safelite. Glass is clear and they did try really hard to make stuff right. read more

I think they did a really good job on the window. My car did get damaged during the process though. They said the reason Was that someone glued my molding together prior. I'm not sure about that. So I can't give 5 stars. Very cheap, but poor service. I made an appointment for 2:00 pm and was told to wait to pull my car into the shop. 2:40 they had me pay and said they were done. Turns out they did the wrong car, which would be a simple if they had any costumer service. They are probably the cheapest you will get, but don't expect much from the shop. read more

First of all, the windshield came in broke and instead of them calling and letting us know, they had us sit around all day until I called them at 2:00 that afternoon. Needless to say, they had to reschedule to the next day. Then, the price on the invoice was $25 higher than the quoted price. Amy said that was because of mobile service however the mobile service is $35. Her math doesn't seem to calculate correctly. After the guy was finished, he just left with no instructions or anything. So far the staff have been super friendly and more than accommodating to rescheduling around my crazy schedule. However, upon the removal of my old windshield, the antenna line for my XM radio was ripped from the unit under my dashboard, and I have to take my car to have it reinstalled. Also, the windshield they installed does not match my vehicle and was poorly installed. We have been using this company for years. We used to get excellent Customer service, but the last few times we have called, the Customer Service was awful. The woman answering the phone made us feel like we were inconveniencing her because we called. She was making huffing sounds and was very rude when asking questions. Also, when using mobile service, they give you a time that Tech will be there and it ends up being 3 hours later. We understand that things can get behind, but a courtesy phone call would be nice. I brought my 2015 Honda to get the windshield replaced, when suddenly the horn went off. It would not stop until the battery cable was removed. They claimed it was caused by the Remote Start that I had installed on my car. I abruptly left because things were not getting resolved. I took the vehicle to the business that installed the Remote Start and they determined the cause was reduced battery power secondary to the ignition being left on an the doors open. While there, they discovered damage on the paint and scratches on the molding on the left side of the windshield that occurred during installation. I visited a body shop and they are going to attempt to buff out the scratches next week. The one office worker and Caucasian shop worker were rude about the situation; The manager was nice, calling everyone trying to resolve the situation, but it just wasn't working. read more

Worst experience ever. I came in for an appointment at 12:30p and was told my appointment had been canceled and windshield had been returned. I was then told they would have to get another glass from their West Broad location and it should be there by 2:30...2whole hours after my appointment time! 2:30 came and went. A truck comes at approximately 3:50pm but does not contain my windshield!!! The ladies at the front desk now advise another truck should be coming with my specific windshield within the hour. Finally a truck comes at approximately 4:20 and I then ask if I can have my installation done immediately to which they replied yes. It takes no more than 30mins to insert. I walk out to my car once they advise it's done only to find that it's the wrong windshield and it's too small!!!! They apologize and tell me they can come to my job next week to replace it yet again! This has been the worst experience ever...almost 5 hours sitting in a hot cramped area with other upset patrons because the same things have gone wrong with their appointments as well. I was told I would be given a discount of approximately $45 off but come to find out that was the original price of the improper windshield they installed!!!!
