Being that it was a holiday weekend I figured I wouldn't hear back until sometime Monday or Tuesday morning. To my surprise, within about 15 minutes of my request, I received a reply. As I have never used their services in the past, I had several questions that I needed answered before deciding to move forward with any repairs. I have to say that Chai was very responsive from beginning to end (even at this late hour on a Saturday night) and answered all of my questions within minutes of me sending over my text messages. I think our last conversation ended at 1:50am and at that point all questions I had were answered. Now that's what I call awesome customer service!! During our conversation, Chai informed me that the soonest he could complete repairs would be Monday morning (which again was a holiday), and would confirm part availability with me first thing in the morning. Come Monday when I woke up, I was pleasantly surprised to see a message from him at 8am as promised saying that everything was good to go, that he would provide mobile services and come to my house to complete the window repair on my vehicle at 11am at no extra charge. Chai arrived to my house with his son and they completed the repairs within about 45minutes. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a great team to get the job done in an expeditious and professional manner. They needed the vin#, model, etc. to see if they had the windshield in stock and they did so we arranged a time and they said they could come out and replace the windshield. They came on time and it took about an hour and a half and they were done. It's been about a month and I haven't had an issue. It's a husband and wife team, I think. Also, the inside doorway panel was not installed back appropriately. This leak was causing my car electrical problems because water was getting under the dashboard and getting the fuses and cables. I called the business and a nice lady was understanding and set up an appointment for me to bring in the car to get it checked out. I show up early in the morning and the guy right off the bat was defensive, but agreed to check my windshield since it had been less than a year since the windshield was replaced. This guy took a hose and started spraying the windshield, but didn't install the door seal correctly so a lot of water made its way inside the car. At this point I'm not able to tell where the windshield is leaking because there's water inside everywhere. I leave this place and call a mobile window repair the next day and they're able to find the leak within 5 minutes by just using a water bottle and going around the perimeter of the windshield. Finally the leak was found and repaired within 30 minutes. The price of All Glass is good, but the integrity of the guy running this place unfortunately isn't.
