I strongly suggest you avoid giving this company any business. Brian has an extremely bad attitude and is very rude. My appointment was at 12:30 pm. He texted me several times about being late. He finally showed up at 1:45 pm. After the job was done, I noticed there was a gap running along the car frame and the windshield in various places (I have pictures to prove it). He claimed it was normal and should settle down in the heat. It hasn't settled down and water can easily leak through. I can't imagine what will happen when ice forms between the glass and frame. I asked for a receipt/copy of the work order before he left. He told me to ask my insurance company for a copy. After the repair, I did not notice my parking pass, which had been on my rearview mirror, was no longer there and received a ticket for not having the parking pass on display the next day I worked. I never thought to check to make sure my parking pass was back on the rearview mirror. In order to appeal the ticket, I called my insurance agent for a copy of the invoice to prove I had my windshield repaired and when. My insurance company arranged for a conference call with Brian. All I wanted was a copy of the invoice/work order (which he should have given me in the first place) to prove my windshield had been repaired. After stating what happened and why I needed a copy of the work order or invoice, Brian proceeded to say I was using him as an excuse for not having a parking pass in the first place and to get out of the ticket. Not true at all. I wasn't trying to blame him for anything. I just needed something to prove the windshield was repaired and when. He called me a liar about being him late (I can prove he was late with screen shots of the text messages he sent keeping me updated) and claimed I said nothing about the shoddy work on my windshield. Oh and BTW, his company is not "recommended and approved by all insurance companies" as his website claims. My insurance company, State Farm, does not recommend or approve this company. But, I wanted to give the job to a smaller business. So add false claims/advertising to poor customer service and shoddy work. I made a HUGE mistake. Never again. read more
