This was by far the slowest process I've ever experienced for something as basic as checking a tire. To make it worse, there were only three cars in the garage at the time, so there's really no excuse for the delay. What should have been a quick 15-30 minute check turned into a long, close to 2 hour wait. Overall, the service felt extremely slow and unorganized. I would not recommend coming here if you need something done efficiently. It took them roughly two hours to patch 1 tire.

At this point it was too late to go to the concert (also due to the fact that the appointment took over 2hrs) so we decide to go get dinner in east aurora. Hesitantly, I get on the 400 and after about 30 seconds of driving on the thruway, second flat tire, this time it was my rear passenger tire. Called roadside assistance and waited 2hrs on the side of the 400 at night in December. When roadside arrived, I realized my front passenger tire was also flat. Roadside took us back to the Union rd Dunn Tire location. Thank god the first tire went on a 30mph road and the second and third tires went while speeding up, not when I was at full speed. If I had been well on the thruway doing 70 and both tires went at once? Myself and my mother could have been seriously hurt or worse. The tires, upon closer inspection, were not attached to the wheels properly so when I turned my vehicle they started to slip off. Unbelievable negligence. I went in there the next morning and had the manager look at my car. He took it in and redid all of the tires as well as replaced the two rear tires. His explanation was that the valve stems were not replaced properly, which frankly I think is bullshit and I guess a better sounding excuse than "yeah my employee didn't properly install tires at a shop called dunn TIRE". He was apologetic and offered a full refund. I don't remember his name but he was good. Whoever worked on my vehicle should never touch one again, and after escalating this with a DM via email, I eventually stopped hearing back. I can't stress enough how much worse this could have been. Maybe this place shouldn't hire a bunch of 20 something year olds that skipped steps in their job bc they wanted to leave on time on a Friday night. Do not go to this location. It was my first time after only going to the McKinley pkwy location prior. Absolutely do not let those people do anything to your car.

My strategy for finding any new third party is to read the reviews and try and synthesize the truth, speak to a decision maker and assess and finally ask for some quotes for the parts and labor. I spoke to four shops and of course everyone needs to see the job before finally committing and that scope can obviously change. Sam freely and patiently gave me some quotes for both (others couldn't get past - we need to see it), the quotes and the final pricing were both very fair and competitive. Mo communicated freely during the fix and heres the kicker and why we'll trust these guys moving forward. They easily could have turned the minor job into a relatively major fix and they didn't, the problem and solution was less in every sense than what I assumed it would be including their cost - great job the both of you!
