Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!

Somehow they had my car for an hour and a half just to show me a tiny tack-sized nail. During that entire time the car was lifted and the tire was completely removed. This was by far the slowest process I've ever experienced for something as basic as checking a tire. To make it worse, there were only three cars in the garage at the time, so there's really no excuse for the delay. What should have been a quick 15-30 minute check turned into a long, close to 2 hour wait. Overall, the service felt extremely slow and unorganized. I would not recommend coming here if you need something done efficiently. It took them roughly two hours to patch 1 tire.

Already I planned on returning the next morning for a refund or some sort of compensation. At this point it was too late to go to the concert (also due to the fact that the appointment took over 2hrs) so we decide to go get dinner in east aurora. Hesitantly, I get on the 400 and after about 30 seconds of driving on the thruway, second flat tire, this time it was my rear passenger tire. Called roadside assistance and waited 2hrs on the side of the 400 at night in December. When roadside arrived, I realized my front passenger tire was also flat. Roadside took us back to the Union rd Dunn Tire location. Thank god the first tire went on a 30mph road and the second and third tires went while speeding up, not when I was at full speed. If I had been well on the thruway doing 70 and both tires went at once? Myself and my mother could have been seriously hurt or worse. The tires, upon closer inspection, were not attached to the wheels properly so when I turned my vehicle they started to slip off. Unbelievable negligence. I went in there the next morning and had the manager look at my car. He took it in and redid all of the tires as well as replaced the two rear tires. His explanation was that the valve stems were not replaced properly, which frankly I think is bullshit and I guess a better sounding excuse than "yeah my employee didn't properly install tires at a shop called dunn TIRE". He was apologetic and offered a full refund. I don't remember his name but he was good. Whoever worked on my vehicle should never touch one again, and after escalating this with a DM via email, I eventually stopped hearing back. I can't stress enough how much worse this could have been. Maybe this place shouldn't hire a bunch of 20 something year olds that skipped steps in their job bc they wanted to leave on time on a Friday night. Do not go to this location. It was my first time after only going to the McKinley pkwy location prior. Absolutely do not let those people do anything to your car.
