Extremely personable when first called, helped with insurance, got me in right away, working around my work schedule, and got my car in as soon as I came. He explained before I came in what was exactly needed and what my windshield had as far as the camera, defroster, and sensors. Spent time to be sure glass was put in correctly and did not rush. Explained what to do and not do for the next few days and even gave some swag! I know why this is an insurance-preferred place - they are AMAZING! It's been a rough winter for my car, this time I got a crack in my windshield. I asked friends and read reviews on Yelp for the best glass company to use. Well it was non brainer after reading all the wonderful 5 star reviews on here for X-Treme Auto Glass and they lived up to them! When I first called in and spoke to Rick, he walked me through the entire process. All I had to do was answer a few questions about the model car I drove and provide my auto insurance policy number. He did all the rest! I scheduled them to come to my work on a Friday afternoon but we weren't sure about the weather as they were calling for rain showers on and off so we set Monday as a back up. The guy called me Friday late morning and said he was on the way and then about 20 minutes later it started raining so I called Rick and we changed the appointment to Monday. Monday morning I got a call that Jim would be here at my work within 10 minutes. I went out and waited for him by my car. He had me sign a form, advised me that I couldn't wash the car for a few days and gave me a $25 Noco gift card! You can't beat that service! I called at about 5pm on a weekday and had tons of questions about a standard windshield replacement on my '97 Honda. They were at least $40 cheaper than all of the other quotes I had gotten from places around the Buffalo area. I called to have my windshield replaced and they were able to schedule an appointment the next day! Unfortunately, I missed the appointment due to work, but they were very understanding and came out the very next morning and did the work for me at my work site. The gentleman who replaced my windshield was extremely nice. He took time to explain to me how they replace the glass, when to remove the tape and when I could get the car washed again. I called and made an appointment, on the day of the scheduled repair, the glass they ordered for me actually came in cracked I was in a panic because my lease was up and I had to turn my car in. Rachelle is one of the associates that took care of me, and she is absolutely fantastic. We had spoke several times because she was doing everything she could to order the new glass and get it in quickly. She even worked with the my dealer so I could turn it in car and get a new one. She sent someone to the dealership to fix the window, and waved the moblie fee as a convenience. Customer service at its finest! Gave me a price for $335 cash installed for my '09 bmw rear windshield. I work downtown buffalo but live an hour away, he says drive it to work and I'll have it done in the morning. Shows up and says he needs another $120 for a gasket from the dealer, going to be 2 days before he can get it. I say this is bs, no thanks, I need it done before then and we already agreed upon a installed price.It downpours and hails all morning today and I have a piece of plastic over my broken window and an hour drive home .Thanks a lot, for a professional they should know which parts are required before giving me a installed price. They scheduled an appointment to come out to my office the following day and had the window replaced in about 15 minutes! It was a good experience until a couple hours after getting my windshield replaced I was grabbing something off the floor of my car and sliced my finger open on glass. Then I realized there was glass all over my passengers side floor as well as some on my dashboard. The windshield is great, sloppy job though. Just glad I didn't sit on any of the glass. read more

I recently went to a weekend festival near downtown Buffalo. Some loser broke my driver side window. I called X-treme Auto Glass and spoke with Rick the owner.
