How can you beat a free rental car, $500 toward deductible (my deductible was $500) & a lifetime warranty? So for me, zero out of pocket. To top it all off when I picked up my my car it was completely detailed, inside & out. It looked better than it has in years! After the punishing hail storm in late May my car was severely damaged, it was pummeled with baseball size dents! I searched online for a quality repair shop & found Hail Professionals - they didn't disappoint. They've been in business for 23 years & are very customer service focused with first-rate workmanship. Someone ALWAYS answered the phone when I called. I dealt with Vlad, VP & Master PDR Technician who was great - very friendly & knowledgeable. He kept me informed of progress every step of the way. Their website outlines steps on what to do after a hail storm. I didn't read that initially & did everything somewhat backwards. Hail Professionals by far exceeded my expectations, I would highly recommend them for any hail damage work. I recently had hail damage in May 2023 to my Tesla and found this place online. They handled everything for me and even covered my deductible which saved me $500. My car was ready early and when I picked it up they had cleaned the whole car inside and out and there was zero trace of damage. I have had 3 different vehicles repaired by Vas and his superstar team with stunning results! Hail Professionals (VSGC) found me years ago when my neighborhood got hit hard by major hail! I am not typically a fan of door-to-door marketing, but I needed hail repair and did not want to deal with finding a shop, after reading and hearing about all the horror stories about how busy shops can get after a major hail event. My insurance company (State Farm) gave me the run around about how to make the initial claim, stating I had to drive over to the local Home Depot (wtf?) to start the process after a major hail event. Vas and his team were ready to start the estimate and help with the claims process, which all 3 times(!) State Farm has given me the run around and provided false information and bad direction on how to work through the claims process. Vas and his team understand the claims process and always provide excellent customer service and follow up, along with always completing the vehicle repairs when promised. Hail Professionals (VSGC) also can help with a loaner vehicle that they can run through insurance, meaning you can drop off your vehicle and jump right into the loaner! My experience with Hail Professionals and Vlad was great. Had poorly repaired previous damage to fender of my Acura RDX, they fixed to like new condition. Talked with Vlad about broken rear trim piece and he found and ordered piece. The communication was alway excellent and work was completed very quickly and car was returned in amazing condition, cleaned and detailed. I had hail damage to my Subaru Outback in May 2019. I checked out a few hail damage shops personally to look at their operations. I visited and chatted with Volodymyr and inspected the cars being repaired at his shop. I was very impressed with the work. The hail damage on parts of the vehicles that were recently repaired...looked so good I could not tell if they were damaged in the first place. After countless good reviews online, I was sold. I scheduled an appointment VSGC Inc. Volodymyr was wonderful and very professional. Any questions and concerns, he gave me good information. They gave me a loaner vehicle to drive around while my vehicle was being repaired. This was invaluable, because I still needed to get around. Upon completion and I inspected my vehicle up and down at every angle to see if I could spot any hail damage. I ran my hand up and down the hood, the roof, the doors. Not a single trace of denting!!! The work on my Subaru Outback is like a masterpiece. Volodymyr and his team also cleaned the entire vehicle on the outside and inside. The seats and tires were polished. I felt like I was driving a new vehicle off a car showroom. They also saved me $500 on my insurance deductible. I was humbled by the excellent work, value and great customer service that is rarely found at other businesses. When I got home, I did another inspection inside the vehicle with a flash light. VSGC repaired 2 of my vehicles that had hail damage. They did a fantastic job on the repairs and even repaired some interior items for free. Both vehicles were detailed (cleaned & buffed) and they looked like new when returned! In addition, my claim was over a year old & the owner did a lot of extra work following up with my insurance company to make sure all repairs were covered. I strongly recommend VSCG for anyone needing auto dent or hail repair. I found that not only thier work is excellent but thier customer service is truly second to none. In today's world you and I both know that Customer Service is a thing of the past. Not at VSCG! My 2019 Ford F250 truck got hammered with hail and they brought me a loaner vehicle and took my truck the same day. Originally needed new hood but Ford backordered for 3-4 weeks and they decided to fix my existing hood so I could have my truck back. The hood and entire truck looks brand new. Loved this place. They found me by walking through my neighborhood looking for hail damaged cars. I made arrangements with them, and the next day a guy from the shop showed up and took my car and left me a nice all wheel drive loaner. When they found out the insurance company had not given me enough to cover the hail damage, they made arrangements with my insurance company to get me another $4400. A week later they delivered my car to my house and drove away the loaner. My car was perfect. They even fixed a few scratches that were not due to hail. They "detailed" the car inside and out--gave it a thorough vacuuming, got all the grime off the windshield, and cleaned the wheels.
