Great customer service, communication, and attention to detail. Took my car in for hail damage and was very please with the end result & turn around time. Unfortunately for me, I went to trade in my car and was made aware of the hail damage. I filed an insurance claim and googled Hail Damage Repair. I called/place inquires at 6 different places in total. I only received follow up from two places, of course, Tip Top was one of them. I tried calling the other places several times and would consistently be met with voicemails. Once I spoke to Tip Top, I explained the situation and ask if it all possible for a quick turnaround. After setting a time, same day, to bring my car by so they could give it a quick look over before committing to the turnaround I needed. I'm sure it's annoying having a majority, if not all, customers wanting quick turnarounds. I felt bad making this their problem, given I should have caught this sooner. They were able to accommodate. I actually left my car with them so they could start repairs. Kyle gave me a ride home as it was too late to get a rental and they didn't have any notice. Which was no problem at all. He offered to come get me once my car was ready. They covered my deductible and were actually able to give me some money back, due to my low deductible. They worked with my Insurance company to have the estimate done there, were able to have the adjustor cut them a check vs them issuing it to me (which is what I asked for), approvals on the additional damage exceeding the estimate. We either texted or talked on the phone throughout the repairs. I received picture updates along the way. They exceed my expectations with their customer service, turnaround time, and the discretionary effort put forth. I field my initial insurance claim through my insurance company's app and then I only talk to them one time to approve the check being cut directly to the shop. Otherwise TipTop coordinated with the adjuster for the estimate and everything else. Highly recommend. I unfortunately got hail damage on my new vehicle and it was a no brainer where to go. I put in my initial claim this would be the shop and even declined going to another shop when the insurance company called to sway me to use it. I took my truck in for hail damage. They made it look like it never happened. I was expecting results, but they went beyond that to perfection. My new truck looks new again, as opposed to a shiny golf ball! I had a dent somehow occur on the top of my newer 2020 RAV4 and Kyle got me in that same weekend and removed the dent flawlessly in less than 2 hours! All of the other places I called were difficult to communicate with, took days to get back to me with a quote, had limited availability that didn't align with my work schedule etc., whereas Kyle picked up the phone each time and also communicated very quickly with updates via text. This was the best auto repair and customer experience I've ever had. The right side of my front bumper was torn apart and hanging off my car when I came to them the day it happened. I had gone to 2 other auto shops informing me they couldn't get me in for at least 3 days for an appointment just for an estimate, and Tip Top Auto let me know they'd be able to work on it the next day (this was on Thursday). By Sunday before noon, I was able to pick my car up, completely intact with previous dents disappeared and some scratches they were able to repaint and they even cleaned/vacuumed/detailed the inside and outside of my car. What floored me the most was they did NOT charge me for the work they provided, as it wasn't "completely perfect" which is their utmost policy for customers. This was incredible, as there's no way it could have been perfect without a completely new bumper which easily could have cost a grand+ out if pocket when finished. They fixed me up without the hassle and financial undertaking of a new part. Thank you so much Tip Top! What a life-saver! Fast, friendly, efficient, took time out of his day to accommodate me on a Sunday at 5pm! A little background story... we were in Denver for the long weekend, using a rental while in town, and accidentally skimmed one of those concrete yellow poles in the parking garage of our hotel. Thinking our trip was ruined, the rental car company is going to call a claim into my insurance company, causing not only my rate to increase, but my $500 deductible would have to come out of pocket and then... My vehicle had chips that were not hail damage related but I called to see if Tip Top could help based on the good reviews. I cannot overly emphasize how amazing they are. The chips were fairly minor so I secured the auto paint and Tip Top fixed my car for free. Not one penny. Not only that but I have three children and my car is constantly a mess of Cheerios and plenty of other things. I didn't have time to vacuum it before I dropped it off and when I picked it up it was steam cleaned to perfection. And again, he would not accept even one dime. It was such a remarkable experience that when I told my family, they couldn't believe how far above and beyond Tip Top went for us. I do not customarily leave reviews, either good or bad. Wow!!!! That's all I can say. Tara and Kyle are absolutely fantastic. I took our Yukon Denali in to get some door dings taken out, when they were done it looked brand new. Scheduling was super easy, fast turn around even with them being absolutely swamped with the hail damage in May. They did not make me feel like my few dents were any less important than the large projects they were working on.
