Don't recommend this place under new ownership. They were expensive before, but I sort of trusted them. They tried to tell me I needed a new catalytic converter that would be cost 2400 to install. I didn't. There was a very small leak in the pipe only (and around 300 for a new pipe, but it wasn't an urgent job). These people scare me. I hate it when men target women in this fashion... My advice, if it's expensive, always get a second opinion... Also, on newer cars, a catalytic converter will often appear as a code... Ask for proof. read more

One of the best I've been to. I drive an older German car from 2007 and they take good care of it. Last time I went in my low beams were out, was an electrical problem they couldn't solve, they gave me a good recommendation and gave me a complimentary 33 point check. New owners messed up a good shoot! Left this place Appalled at the rudeness and an absolute unprofessionalism took a car in for a check up that we bought they rolled down a power window that could not roll back up then ask them to fix it just get the window back up when I arrived they have three strips of tape holding up the window with a 3 inch opening at the top the tape was lengthwise from the top of the window down obstructing the view to even be able to drive the car legally then when I walked in to question about it asking it to be done correct and first service man actually began to yell at me WOW! in my opinion never ever use their service. During the COVID 19 our normal repair shop was closed. Auto Lab was open for brake replacement. Received a call from a woman with Auto Lab stated the repairs will be $820.00. The true total was $962, over $140 more then the quoted estimate. Michigan Law allows only a 10% increase over estimated amount, so I guess I will have to file a report with the State Of Michigan. I have no idea who this woman was, but you will know her when she keeps talking non-stop. While my car needs repairs, I will wait, and pray it last until the Outbreak is over so I don't get burned again. read more

do NOT go here- these guys are complete scammers. brought my vehicle in to get it fixed after my brakes went out while driving in town. figured it was just a brake line that needed to be fixed, which should cost around ~$200 to be fixed with the cost of one brake line and the cost of one hour of labor. waited over a day for an estimate, which was $836 after a 20% off discount. they added on unnecessary parts/repairs and fees to upsell my repair as much as possible, and completely took advantage of my inexperienced knowledge of working on cars. went to see what work they did and they only did half of the work they said they did and even made sure to leave the old brake line in my vehicle after saying all four of them were replaced. they also took 6 days to repair my vehicle, leaving me stranded at home and having to pay people for rides to work. and, they kept telling me it'd be done on a certain day and then never called me to tell me it was done, like they said they would. to conclude - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. these guys scam and do half-assed repairs! read more

Service was excellent, Dave is an honest man. If you ever feel like you're being treated unfairly he's always willing to see where you're coming from. At first I felt like the struts he used were poor quality, he disagrees but for no price he swapped them for some Black Monroes & re-did the alignment, all within a few days. They always did the best for me, and never did I feel taken advantage of. I am now on to a new car, but my van is still running and working great for my son and family! I won't visit this service company again. I had used on the past and forgot how I didn't like them, so tried it again. Big mistake. The final price was way higher that they quoted, they padded the bill with extra parts and services that I had not authorized, and they did a half-ass job which resulted in having to take it back again. Most of all is their condescending attitude when you try discuss anything with them. They want to tout their good reputation but I absolutely won't ever use them again.
