Was there for 4 new tires. Noel straight out lied that the only tire that had replacement coverage would cost me over $800.00! Fact - Went home and found multiple tires at their location for less with replacement coverage. I ordered, paid and booked an appointment. Fact - They put the wrong tires on, Noel claimed I had not paid, thank god I had my online receipt printed out. Fact - They put the wrong tires on, and when I reported it Noel stated it was all my fault. Nobody likes going to get their oil changed and tires rotated to be told their springs are broken and the replacement is going to cost $1,100. It's easy to put that frustration onto the messenger, but let's be real, those things happen. Was a lifetime customer. Tired of the up sales . Oil changes are almost 30 dollars cheaper, wait time is terrible. Bought tires that were rated for 65,000 miles. They told me there was no tread left after 30,000 miles and they were rotated 3 times. Then they told me I had a bad shock and my bushings needed to be replaced, estimate was over 900 dollars. Took the car to a different shop. Shock was in great shape and bushings were fine. Hold on to your wallet. read more

I made an appointment to get my breaks looked at and I told the service tech that I believe it needs breaks and rotors. I asked if they would have all the parts and the desk clerk said yes, absolutely and set the appointment for the next day early as possible 8am. I showed up at 8am and told them I would be waiting, it's two front breaks and two front rotors. It's now 12:30pm 4.5 hours I have been sitting here because low and behold, they don't have all the parts which the day before they stated no worries, we have all the parts. This is not the first time this has happened to me and my entire company uses Belletire which I will now be searching for a new company to take care of our fleet. I really should blame myself as I should know by now if belle tire tells you a couple hours your better be prepared for 6 to 8 hours no matter what the job your having done. If you would like to know if they were busy the answer is NO, it was a very lite day and I have been the only idiot sitting I. Their waiting room which right now seems like an eternity. These employees do nothing but giggle, joke and loaf around like children on a playground while real people that are trying to get to work cannot because of this very inconsistent business that already is suffering from bad reviews and bad customer service. I got tires at this place and everything was fine with that. However, there have been a couple occasions where they told me I needed thousands of dollars in suspension work. From here, I decided to take it to a trusted mechanic, where the work ended up being less than half of the price. Some examples of problems include them saying both sides were bad, when one was completely fine. They also told me they couldn't do alignment on my truck, but I got it done at a friends shop (where I watched them do it) and there were no hiccups. This place will find any excuse to charge you for work you don't need. Steer clear of this place!!! read more

Last summer I ran over a nail and had a slow leak in my tire. The team at Belle Tire in Fenton took care of it quickly and at no charge. Last night I noticed one of my tires had very low tire pressure and it would not hold air when I tried to fill it. When my husband told me where to take it, I told him I was going back to Belle Tire because they were so nice last summer. So I took it there this morning and even with a full waiting area, they said they would look at it and have it ready by the end of the day. They had it done be early afternoon, and again at no cost to me. I am up for new tires in the next year. I will definitely be getting them here. Would honestly give this place negative stars if possible. Worst shop I have ever been to, worst customer service, poor work, bad all around. Went today to pick up a car for my sister in college after she was told they broke parts on the car and they would be replaced for free, but that is only the start. When receiving the final amount they charged for these parts and the original work. After going to the location to talk about it the assistant manager Jason and general manager mike berated me calling the car a "fucking piece" as per Jason, and tried to hassle me in every way possible. As someone who has been around cars for a very long time I could tell the part that they broke was also only broken due to them improperly repairing it. Horrible people here. When trying to communicate with both managers Jason especially had a knack for laughing to my face and looking to his fellow coworkers for approval as it seemed to boost his ego. I truly can't believe people like that are put into a position of management. It's pathetic to say the very least that these two would treat a customer like this. AWFUL LOCATION!! They put new tires on my car... Incorrectly I might add. Then when the tire monitor system freaked out on top if my car jerking all over the road and a extreme wheel shake the next day they blamed me and said the car was most likely messed up when I brought it in. Which was totally incorrect when the car had been serviced before bringing it in and was completely fine. Now all my sensors in my car are going off and they had to reset them and they're still going off. They tried to charge me to fix the work that they had to do because of they're fault. They have inexperienced people working here and that's why the car was in complete shambles. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service. They treat you like idiots. Was going to rate 1 star but the manager is good at damage control. I Have used then in the past for tires and a lot needed service with out any problems. Actually i was very satisfied. This time there was an issue with the car after installing 4 new high quality and high $$ tires. They did an alignment at the same time because they said it needed one. Ok i guess, Prior to the new tires the car was driving straight as an arrow. Tire wear was even on all four tires. They still had safe tread but near the end and winter was coming so i decided to change them. Brought it back because it was now steering to the left after new tires and their alignment. I was now told I needed brakes, the left wheel brake was sticking. I came unglued and told them the brakes were new and i was taking it next door to discount tire and have them look at it. Gee... . What ever they did to make it steer to the left they undid real quick. They better have some real good deals on tires for any future business read more

Usually when you step into a tire repair place, the lobby feels like an extension of the garage area. The lobby/customer waiting area at Belle Tire was first class. Very clean and spacious, it didn't feel like an auto repair place at all. When I first pulled in, someone came and greeted me at my car, asked if I needed anything carried in (which I did because I was getting a wheel replaced) - I didn't have an appointment so there was no way of them knowing that. I was checked into the front area pretty quickly, and was told it would be 45 minutes. There is free wifi, so the time went by quickly as I worked. The manager came out with an estimate for new ball joints that I needed. There was no pressure though. He said to think about it, he understands how expensive my wheel was etc. it was so refreshing. Usually auto arive places try to scare you into getting the repairs. Then when I went to leave, there was no charge! I guess it was a complimentary service. What awesome customer service, friendly and quick repair, and a clean, modern waiting area. We will be back! read more

I went here needing a new tire and a Schrader valve replacement in the valve stem. I was told that the entire TPMS unit would have to be replaced at the cost of around 70 dollars because they didn't "rebuild" them. I wouldn't classify snapping a new valve stem into the pressure monitoring unit to be "rebuilding", but apparently this Belle tire location does. Thankfully the Discount Tire location that is literally right next to this Belle Tire (within 50 feet) actually values their customers. They replaced the valve stem on the TPMS sensor, mounted the tire, and disposed of the old one all for FREE simply because I purchased a singe tire from them. Best of luck with that ridiculous up-selling routine Belle Tire. That's going to be a tough one to pull off with an honest competitor sharing the same parking lot. read more

My husband was out of town and my tire kept losing air. I was almost afraid to take my car in, because it's a beater and I was afraid they'd try to sell me a bunch of stuff I can't afford. I was totally wrong. Not only did they fix my tire, they checked the other three and did not charge me anything. I went there because I had used this store many times before and they got me in the same day I called which was great. I needed the tires rotated, oil change and front alignment as we were going on a trip. When he called back he said my tire belt had shifted and that was causing the vibration. Told me I needed new tires,breaks and ROTORS... at 40k+ miles! This would have cost around $1200 to $1300 total. I did agree to replace the tires. Then he called to tell me I needed the alignment. So the "belt" thing was total B.S. I don't blame the salesman so much because he was most likely new and trained to up-sell. But he went over the top. For me, an older male who knows about wear and tear on vehicles, it was very unpleasant SUGGESTING a repair is one thing but trying to sell repairs that aren't needed is flat out dishonest. I tend to get my vehicle repaired by honest businesses. If these guys want to stay in business in today's climate with on line reviews I suggest they clean up their act! read more

Had new tires on vehicle today. Care drove perfectly, old tires not worn unevenly...they offer free alignment check. Not worried. Pick up car, and guess what, car was "out of alignment" and a 70.00 charge to align it was added. Now, car drove perfectly so I know was not out to begin with. And really how would I know if they did an alignment to begin with, because car drove perfectly prior to "alignment". Total SCAM...and an extra 70.00 out of my pocket. Never again. Beware. read more

I had just bought a pre-owned 2011 Honda CR-V. As I was driving it home from the dealer I noticed a knocking/clanging in the engine area. After a sleepless night worrying about buying a lemon my husband took it to Belle Tire to have them look at it. He was able to get the car to make the noise by pushing on the side of the front fenders. He demonstrated it for the mechanic, Will. Will took it for a brief test drive, put it on the hoist, took the right front tire off and after about a half hour lowered it down, took it for another test drive and handed back the keys. Turned out there was something loose that needed tightening. So grateful he found it; so irritated that the dealer who sold it to me didn't after supposedly having certified mechanics go over the car before selling it. Peace of mind and no charge. Will was great and the overall experience was great. These guys have done work for us on other cars, will continue to come back. read more
