Lousy customer service…read more Today (5-10-24) Traveling from out of the area discovered I had a screw in my tire. Quick search came up with this Monro closing at 7. I arrived there at 6 pm thinking I could get my tire patched and back on the road. I had told the guy behind the counter I was from out of town. After him seeming unhappy I was there and being rude to a potential customer on the phone he inspected my tire only to tell me if I wanted to leave it they could get it in the morning. He was unable to lift my vehicle. Why is this place even open until 7 if you are unable to work? He states he did not have anything scheduled to be worked on between 6 and 7pm
