I paid a lot, tipped generously, and even donated to the charity of one of the workers yet they didn't even bother to vacuum or wipe down my car. I did NOT get, nor was there anyone around to towel my car, so I left, and later discovered, and cleaned MYSELF, the bird poop on the passenger side of my car. We purchased a top-tier unlimited membership for this car wash and currently service three vehicles here. The highest plan is advertised as a full-service wash with towel drying at the end so the car leaves clean. Unfortunately, the towel-dry service is regularly skipped. As a result, the car often leaves with water spots and visible dirt. This is not an occasional issue -- it happens repeatedly. A recurring pattern we've noticed is that the quality of service is consistently worse when my wife comes alone. For reasons that are unclear, incomplete work and skipped steps seem to happen much more often in those situations. When she arrives with our 3-month-old baby in the car, she cannot get out to inspect the vehicle or insist that unfinished services be completed, and there appears to be little to no internal quality control. Today's visit was especially disappointing. An employee wiped only half of the vehicle and then walked away, saying the job was finished. When my wife attempted to address the issue, she was told to "be more respectful," and the situation was dismissed without resolving the problem. The car was left dirty. Photos will be attached. Another ongoing issue is that the dryer is frequently not working. In winter conditions, a car wash without proper drying causes doors and locks to freeze, which is both inconvenient and potentially damaging. We also had a negative experience with a service sold as "full interior detailing." I personally brought in one of my cars and paid for a complete interior detail. What was done was not detailing -- the interior was lightly wiped with a cloth, with no thorough vacuuming. In areas where cleaning products were used, visible streaks were left on the leather door panels. Overall, the service does not match the price or the promises made with a premium membership. Due to repeated quality issues, we are canceling all of our subscriptions. Very disappointed. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Do not pay for car detailing here. Terrible job. We paid for highest price detail $70. We dropped if off and came back later to make they did not rush the job. We picked the car up at dusk so I'm sure tomorrow will prove the inside is not clean either but we already know the outside has a terrible detail and my car wasn't really dirty to start with. It just needed a good winter dusting of the inside and outside cleaned better then a quick rinse. Went to work 2 miles away, parked, got out and saw 11 places where he literally BLEW THE CLEAR COAT OFF MY HOOD!!! Then they take your car and run it through the carwash, never used a clay bar, never used an electric buffer. They kept the car out of sight on the other side of the building where they did a quick half ass no . It was a crappy hand wax job, long straight wipes not a buffer. I had a horrible experience with my 2015 dodge challenger scat pack being detailed at this establishment. My vehicle needed to be detailed and that's it and it was horribly detailed leaving several hundreds even thousands of dollars worth of damage to my vehicle. Nigel is not admitting what was done to my car. Advise me that I would have to use my own insurance company restore my car to the original condition from its HORRIBLE attempt to complete a full detail in my car. I just went to this Mason location. It was around 530 and even though they told me they close at seven I made sure they had enough time to do this level of cleaning and they said definitely yes...Half of the interior windows were still dirty when they said it was "done" several seats still had stuff that could easily be wiped off or very visible between top part of seat and bottom, and dog hair on them that easily comes off because they're leather seats, and they said that this $70 Super Interior Clean package did not include brushing off OR vacuuming the seats, and that's why there was stuff on them still. The man who seemed in charge said I had to buy the more expensive package to get the seats vacuumed. -- so I have taken a screenshot of that $70 package and the $195 Complete Interior Package....and word for word they BOTH describe "Comprehensive vacuuming, including under and between seats" ........There was little attempt to vacuum it. I've had much better outcomes with their $38 package in the past. I am extremely disappointed that I gave them a $20 tip but that was before I saw how much was left undone. read more

First DO NOT GO HERE. we paid $200 for the full detail cleaning. They completely forgot to clean the windows. and did a horrible job at Vacuuming and more. When I reached out to the company requesting a refund because I was not going to waste time for them to "fix" and crappy $200 job and expect for them to do "better" for free..... I received a email from Nigel McCraney that was a generic responds "Sorry we didn't meet your expectations with our service but if you'd like to come back in we can look over the vehicle and fix any of the areas that need addressed." Again they did a horrible job the first time, and they were not busy, they couldn't clean the windows correct while I was there with noticing it was dirty, why would I waste my time expecting them to clean it great for Free when they couldn't do it when they were paid. after receiving no respondes again I called today and spoke to Nigel, who states he is the Manager and that they give NO GUARANTEES, which I said so you can pay to have your car done and you all not do it and be like here, cause there is no guarantee? I asked for the corporate number, he said there is not one. I asked if he was the owner, he said no but from the owners mouth to his ears he allowed to make decisions. He stated he is the general manager, district manager. I asked for the owners name and contact email, he stated he is not telling me. He said there is No corporate office to talk to and that its been long enough any ways all they would do is "fix" the problems. He moreess said he is the one to deal with. I explained i will be sending my lawyer to him, he laughed at me on the phone said "oh okay over $200" and hung up. The fact he acted like $200 is nothing he should be able to refund there horrible job. I just spent $50 for a car wash!!!! I had to produce my receipt to get something other than the wash but I understand that it is hard to keep track of who paid for full service. The "Ceramic Full Service" is $40 and change plus usual tip. The guy who takes your money is the one asleep in the car at the entrance. You the proceed to the guy at the building who just pushes buttons. No bug spray pre treatment just buttons. When you leave the wash area have your receipt ready so they can show you where to get the rest of the car clean. The kids working complain about only making a small amount of tips and I found out why. The young man I had vacuumed the carpet and then sat in the drivers seat to text on his phone. I asked the "boss" to let him know I had things to due and the kid gave me a stare but did finish the inside. I apologized for pushing him but he said it was hot and he needed a rest while cleaning!! He proceeded to tell me all the things he had cleaned but pushed back when I asked him if he cleaned the wheels. My bad but I thought they were part of the car. I thanked him after giving him a $10 tip for his EXTRA effort. After returning home I noticed he only washed down the drivers side of the window and dash. Carpets and exterior looks good but that is my last time at Pro Clean. I should have looked a review before I visited this location. So, went here to get a pickup cleaned. The salesman was all about the best cleaning packages, and up selling to the bumper to bumper. So I bought the bumper to bumper. There was no exclusion to the bumper to bumper. But I found out there was one when I picked up the truck and found the bed was not touched at all. Still dirty. When I brought this to their attention, I was told they could "rinse" it out. When I pointed out that it was between the bumpers, they laughed and said sorry for my confusion, they don't normally wash the bed. This is not a high end detail shop. The drying and tire dressing section is rarely staffed and it's awkward to get them to come over. It would also be nice if the hours were a little extended 30 minutes to an hour on open and close. What a great experience! I've been going here occasionally for car washes. This is one of the few places that will do an interior clean as well as exterior. I am about to turn in my Kia Soul from a lease and I wanted to give it a good scrub before turning it in! The work done was over the top! I did have to wait over an hour but the wait was worth it, I got to watch South Korea beat Germany in the World Cup playoffs. At my request, they did remove three decals that I had put on the rear window at no extra charge. The young lady at the counter noticed that I use supplemental oxygen and walking is a problem for me and without prompting, she went out to my car and arranged to have my car delivered to the entrance so I did not have to walk as far. FIVE STARS FOR HER!! There was a time when this place went downhill when P&G sold it off. Now there's snack bar, novelty shop, and clean washrooms. Much improved! read more

One star for two reasons: They never seem to change their water out so it usually reeks of sewage. The smell is then forced into the interior of your vehicle by the powerful blowers. I called in and spoke with the manager, Mike, and asked if it would be possible to change out the water a little more frequently or do something about the smell. Mike then invited me to use a different car wash. I couldn't believe it! I pay for two fast passes a month. He was clearly not interested in doing anything about the smell or even being polite to a paying customer. How about, "thanks for bringing it to my attention.
