After checking in my vehicle, my wife and I went into the waiting area which was very reminiscent of restaurant style seating with multiple tables and chairs around. Unfortunately there was no complimentary coffee or snacks. The did have a cafe where you could by food that looked sub-par. I was slightly annoyed because after 10 minutes of waiting, one of the salesman came up and tried to buy my car and get me to do a trade in option...I'm just here for service. Typical dealer behavior but I was disappointed by it. They told me it would be 1-1.5 hours but it ended up taking just over 3 hours, which I was OK with because they offered a complimentary shuttle to a nearby shopping center but it was still frustrating that their estimate was so far off. When it came time to pay, the charged an additional hidden $40 "dealer fee". Once again frustrating, I thought that's what I pay for when I pay for the labor hourly rate? They also added another small credit card fee. Things add up and it's frustrating that they aren't up front about their costs. They also tried to tell me my 10 month old battery was bad and needed replacing for over $300. Naturally I declined because my battery is working 100% fine. They definitely were trying to take advantage of me. Overall, I hoped for a better experience and won't be back. I usually always do my own maintenance for this very reason but was short on time. I will use another private shop next time.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lexus of Orlando, especially Service…read moreManager James Allen. I brought in my Lexus NX because one of the seatbelts had completely snapped and another was beginning to rip apart. It's possible the wear came from the tension of having two car seats installed over the years. My Lexus is approaching 10 years old and is clearly outside of its warranty, so I didn't walk into the dealership expecting them to simply replace everything for free. I really just wanted to know what could be done, especially because I believe something as important as a seatbelt should last longer than 10 years. From the moment James Allen became involved, he took the situation incredibly seriously. His first concern wasn't the warranty or who was going to pay for the repair--it was the safety of my family. He refused to let me drive away in the vehicle with compromised seatbelts and immediately put me into a loaner so my family would be safe. What impressed me most was what happened next. Since the vehicle was technically out of warranty and the seatbelts were no longer covered, James could have easily said, "Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do." Instead, he went above and beyond. He helped me get in contact with Lexus corporate to see if there was anything they could do to assist. Lexus corporate came back and essentially said, "We value you as a Lexus customer, and we want to take care of you." They agreed to cover the replacement seatbelts AND the labor in full. That is customer service. Anyone can take care of a customer when something is under warranty. What shows the character of a company is how they treat you when they technically don't have to do anything--and Lexus stepped up. This experience reminded me why I bought a Lexus in the first place. Lexus of Orlando took my family's safety seriously, James Allen went above and beyond to advocate for me, and Lexus stood behind their product even as my vehicle approaches its 10th birthday. I highly recommend Lexus, and specifically Lexus of Orlando. You can trust that this team genuinely cares about its customers. As my NX gets closer to its 10-year birthday, I know the time is coming to trade it in for something new. After this experience, there's no question where I'll be going. I'll definitely be back at Lexus of Orlando. This is what you get when you buy a Lexus.

I sent this to the gm VSousa@penskeautomotive.com with no response…read more Good evening, My name is Emily Reynolds, and I hope this email finds you well. As a long-time Lexus enthusiast who has owned several vehicles, I am quite disappointed with my recent service experience, which is the reason for this email. On June 19th, I purchased a brand new 2026 Lexus IS 350, which included an interior and exterior ceramic coating, a sun strip, and all-around tints as part of the "We Owe You" package. However, when I dropped off my vehicle on July 3rd, I was informed just two hours later that the tint technician no longer worked there. I had to wait and eventually reschedule. Tyler, who has always been fantastic, arranged for a valet service, and on July 24th, my vehicle was picked up. I was told I would have it back on Monday, which I was fine with. On Friday evening, Anthony Jones informed me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I mentioned I might pick it up on Saturday, but he was supposed to call back to confirm and never did. On Monday, I called over three times seeking confirmation regarding when my vehicle would be returned, only to be told it might be Wednesday, along with a reminder that a loaner was provided for such delays. Deciding around 5 PM to retrieve my vehicle, I drove over an hour to the dealership. Unfortunately, I was not attended to by Anthony, who was supposed to be my contact while Tyler was out. Instead, the receptionist had me sign off on the vehicle, which was waiting outside, and I left. While driving, I noticed that the windshield appeared oily. I attempted to clean it the next day using water, soap, and ammonia-free glass cleaner, but nothing worked, leaving me with a cloudy windshield. Upon further inspection of the tints, I was shocked to find scratches and numerous bubbles on the side and back windows. I am truly disappointed with my Lexus experience and the significant inconvenience this entire situation has caused. Please reach out to me so we can resolve this situation.

I dealt directly with the owner Eric, on purchasing a Porsche 911 GT2 from this dealer and agreed to the asking price immediately. I submitted a credit application, and after they ran my credit, they tried to push me toward Westlake Financial with a very high interest rate. Wanting to avoid a predatory loan, I secured my own financing through a reputable bank. The moment I informed the dealer I had my own approval, the owner told me I should have taken their loan and suddenly increased the price by $80,000, despite us already having agreed on a deal. This all happened within the span of a day and a half from when the deal was agreed upon. This was by far one of the most unethical car buying experiences I've encountered. It appears the dealership was more interested in profiting from predatory loan kickbacks than honoring their word. If you value transparency, integrity, and fair dealing, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The fact that the owner directly acts this way can only reflect on how this dealer conducts their business.

When I got there the guy Mickey was at his desk and told me I had to wait for the other salesman to finish with his customers while he did nothing. Half an hour later the other salesman got with me and let me drive a Prius. I asked why the average MPG was only 33 mpg and was told it was because the cars sit running at the lot and it drags the mpg down. So I figured out how to reset the trip odometer to zero and the average mpg to zero and I went on a drive. I drove about 3 miles in city traffic and it came out to 32 mpg. So I went back and told Mickey the results and he scolded me, telling me I'm not allowed to drive more than one mile "for insurance reasons" and started explaining that you have to drive the car for over an hour to get 50 mpg. Didn't make sense, it all sounded like lies. I drove 2 more cars and both of them also didn't get over 34 mpg. So I left and went home. Next day I see an alert on my credit report that said they pulled my experian credit file. I never authorized them to pull my credit. I called him and asked why they did this and mickey told me they never did. He denied it over and over and said it is impossible to pull my credit without my social security number. I googled it and found out it is possible for them to pull it without my social and I told him what google said. He argued and denied it more and more. I asked if I should not believe my lying eyes because I'm looking at my credit report right now. He is a liar and when confronted with it he will gaslight you and deny the facts. I also told him that I've worked for dealers and gone on test drives at other dealers and I know that the insurance companies have no policy about only letting customers drive one mile. He continued his denials. DON'T buy from these dishonest dealers.
