They are wonderful when they want to sell you a car -- after that you can forget about any level of service at the dealer. They have gone straight downhill the last couple of years as I have been a LOYAL Audi customer for the past 10 years. However, I digress. My Audi SQ8 (3rd car leased from Audi Orlando) has been an absolute nightmare of a car for 15b months. The electronics are a disaster and I have a friend with the same car and she has the exact same issues. This car has ALWAYS had electronics issues, door lock malfunctions, the alarm goes off when simply open a door and the hatch opens on its own when I sit down in the car!. Fast forward to now the 4th time the car has been presented for the SAME issues and my assistant calls today to see if the car is ready as NO ONE has bothered to give me status update from 5 days ago -- my assistant has to wait on hold for an hour just to speak with a service rep and they said yes the car is ready!. Then she gets a text telling her the car IS NOT ready and we have no time to waste in the first place to chase down these people and a very expensive car to boot!. Having leased my 3rd Audi from this dealership and I have to wonder how they stay in business with their utter lack of regard for a dissatisfied client. My latest car is the Audi SQ8. What a horrible car. The electronics in this car are so screwed up and after many visits, remain this way. My sales associate tells me it is the IPhone's fault!. Have you ever?. After close to two years and numerous times to get the car fixed... it still is not and the team at Audi truly does not care... even after 9 years of doing business. They have a lot to learn about customer service. In the meantime, I'll just wait to get this lease ended. The worst auto experience in my 50 years of driving. I have a 2023 Audi Q8 - which should be fully covered under warranty. This morning, the vehicle gave me an engine warning and capped the engine at 1200 rpm - about 3mph. It was in the middle of an intersection and had a line of cars behind me until I could pull off into a parking lot. After a few minutes, restarting the car appeared to restore full function. A quick googling shows that this is potentially dangerous - imagine this happening on the highway! I called Audi South Orlando, asking them, "is this even safe to drive?" They indicated I should bring it in, but they don't have any loaners. It will be 3-4 days to fix it, but I'm responsible for my own transportation, as well as arranging and paying for my own rental car. What kind of service is that? Who needs a luxury car when the dealer leaves you in the lurch? Go to Audio North Orlando, it certainly seems like they're more likely to actually provide assistance. read more

In the beginning, my experience with Audi Orlando was relatively positive. I brought my car in for service because of coolant issues. They inspected the vehicle and came back with a few additional problems totaling $5,700. My service rep, Angelo, was awesome, very responsive and helpful, and the loaner vehicle was great. The problems started when I picked up my car. When I dropped it off, the gas was low. When I picked it up, the low fuel light was on. No big deal, so I went to the 7/11 across the street to fill up. That's when I noticed the rubber connector between the vehicle and the gas cap was snapped. I called Angelo, who told me his manager approved a free replacement and a discount, leaving me with a $75 cost (after I had just spent over $5,500 there). I asked to speak with the manager because I didn't feel I should have to pay anything. That's when I spoke with Jeff, the manager, who was easily the worst example of customer service I've ever experienced. He was belittling, rude, and denied any wrongdoing. I understand if they couldn't cover it since there wasn't concrete proof it happened in their care, but instead of handling the situation professionally, he chose to lecture me on how rubber works, got defensive, and kept saying it wasn't his fault. I never blamed him personally, I was questioning the service center's accountability. He refused to even acknowledge that possibility and came across as a terrible representation of this dealership. I contacted Audi corporate, but I wanted to post this review in hopes that management listens to the call between Jeff and me. In my opinion, he is not someone who should be representing your company, and is more akin to representing customer service in a Waffle House at 3 am. He lacks the professionalism and emotional intelligence to manage customer concerns. Everyone else I dealt with was fantastic. But it only takes one instance of poor treatment to lose a customer for life, and this was a perfect example. At this point, I'd be willing to drive to Miami just to avoid ever giving this dealership more business. And if anyone in management is reading this, special thank you to Angelo, he has done his best to remedy the situation and has been nothing but wonderful kind and accommodating. Audi of Orland has a lot to learn how to treat customers. Recently a deal was negotiatied with their salesman, Rapael. We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for delivery. A certified bank check was issued and a flight to Orlando was booked. After all the arrangements were made, the vehicle was sold out from under me. Expenses and many inconveniences were incurred by myself and my family. Avoid this dealership like the plaque. It appears that "buyer beware" is appropriate in this case. Leased a brand new S3 last week. The car had been sitting on the lot for almost 2 months under an oak tree. It was filthy with dirt and pollen grime. The entire car was coated in it. The geniuses at Audi South Orlando sent it right into their swirly spindly brush car wash and now the whole thing is covered in scratches. It needs a level 2 paint correction, which is between 750-1000 dollars. The car I traded in they had certified and sold within 3 days. Made 7 thousand profit. In a fourth round of communication with the dealership they are still insisting that they can fix it. But why would I trust the dealership not to bring in a semi competent person who's going to do the absolute bare minimum on the paint correction? How do I know it won't come back worse? They couldn't even handle washing a dirty car without damaging the entire paint job. I'll also be getting all of my servicing done at Audi North Orlando, and lease turn in/residual financing done at North Orlando. Strongly recommend taking your business to Audi North Orlando. buyer beware I called the service manager and wait 2 weeks before leaving this review. I pre paid 4 services 10k,20k, 30k and 40k, to have peace of mind. When I took my car for the 10k at this location I made sure they do the 10k. The technician said no problem and they skipped to the 20k mile without my authorization apparently the reimbursement for skipping this service is much higher than the 10k mile one. No on called me as of yet but I feel ripped off, I now will get 3 services although I paid for 4. Audi North has Panera and loaners with great service stay away from here. read more

These were (mostly) not the case at Audi of South Orlando! 1 - they are an Autonation company so they are not comped via commissions. This means honesty from sales people. (Well, as honest as you can get...) 2 - the price is what the price is. No price gauging here! Other dealerships are charging $3000-10000 ABOVE MSRP right now - because they can get it - but Autonation does not do that. 3 - The two gents I worked with, Shane and D'mani, were both so lovely! Knowledgeable, fun, and hard working young men. You cannot go wrong asking for either one of them. And because they both helped me, they split the 'credit' of my sale. 4 - iDK what the heck goes on at dealerships, bit it is literally an ALL DAY THING and it is the effing worst. THE WORST!!! I came with my own financing, thinking that would be faster, but it still took FOUR HOURS for them to get their ish together. I honestly have no idea what was done the first 3 hours but the last one was spent singing papers and having the car detailed (didn't need it, it only had 12 miles on it). They (all dealerships, not just this one) habe GOT to make this better. It's 2022 - streamline, reduce redundancies, and speed it up! I declined and when I went to pick up my car they hadn't charged it nor cleaned it as promised. What?! Then I Asked for the dealership to verify me as the owner of the car so I could use the Myaudi app. They wanted $250 to verify me and said only they could do. Car was just in for maintenance requirement. Full diagnostic was ran at the time. When I go to purchase the warranty about 30 days later I'm told needs to be done again.... The diagnostic. Explained it was just done. Was told we do a deeper dive on this one for the new extended warranty. Charge 400 dollars. Get the sheet back and it's no different than the old be about a month earlier. Stay away from this dealership, Ryan Gonzalez (Service Tech), and "Chris" (Service Manager). Unscrupulous and dishonest staff. Pressured my near 80 year old parents into an $899 "wheel alignment service". They said no but this dealership pressured them and said that it was required. Shame on you for taking advantage of senior citizens. I contacted Audi corporate since I'm sure this is something that Audi would certainly not want their brand to be associated with. I also called the dealership to try and resolve this issue before posting this review and was basically stonewalled. You men should know that no means no especially in this day and age. For reference, $899 for a wheel alignment because their vehicle has adaptive cruise control? They came in for an Audi Care routine service with a tire rotation for a car that has only 10k miles on it. I have a Q7 with adaptive and predictive cruise control, all wheel steering, adaptive air suspension, lane keep assist, traffic jam assist... and my dealer up north charges me a third of that. Shameful. Our family is loyal to the Audi brand and this certainly tarnishes that. To those reading this review, note that this dealership is part of the AutoNation dealership group. read more

Stay away from this dealership, I repeat! as a owner of not one but two Audi; one A6, and another A8. I will never ever buy another Audi. I took my A6 for service because the radio was not working; after the tech diagnosed it, he recommends that I replace the radio which was roughly $2700.00 two months after having the radio replaced; the radio stop working again which was supposed to be covered under the warranty. Ryan Gonzalez (Service Tech), and "Robert Gross" (Service Manager). Unscrupulous and dishonest staff stated that they would not honor the warranty because they said that my car has moisture in the radio compartment, which also caused the previous radio to be malfunctioned. I asked them if you guys knew there were moisture why didn't you made me aware of that so I know not to spend that money. Why made me pay to put a new radio in the car that's cover under manufacturer warranty and when the radio malfunctioned less than 3 months you guys refused to do the repair to fix the problem. I even took my car to two different body shops to check if the car has a leak/moisture like Audi stated. Neither shop could confirm it; no leak detected. So Shameful. It sucks I must update my review for Audi South Orlando. I have used them now for 3 (when it arrives) vehicles and this will be my last time. I leased a new 2021 Q5 from them 8 months ago. Great service at time of sale...and as always Austin was amazing...this review is more about the experience from 8 months ago until now...My NEW Q5 has had many electrical issues since I got it. Multiple phone calls, emails, and visits to the dealership both service department and now sales. In order to have a better understanding before reviewing each department at Audi South Orlando this is what happened...The electrical problems over the last 8 months have progressed to the point of needing roadside assistance and a huge repair that would take over 3 weeks for parts...I choose not to take the vehicle back and purchase a used Tesla that I still have not received (more to come) Service department (2/5 stars): Audi's service department has always been mediocre. In the years that I have been going there it has always been very hard to get an appointment or they are booked weeks out. If you decide to drop off your only option really is to wait hours for service to be complete because they never have any loaners...I dropped off the Q5 a week ago and they were unable to provide me with any type of transportation even though the issues with the Q5 are manufacturing problems and covered under warranty. I also purchased additional warranties to prevent any out of pocket in the event something went wrong.... Well they did not offer any type of help with transportation. Requiring me to pay for a rental car. The warranty information states I can get reimbursed for the rental however, nobody at the dealership knows how that process works and has referred me to Audi cooperate. Still awaiting a response from them after 5 days. The reason for 2 stars and not 1 is simply because they are nice people...not helpful at all...but nice. Sales (2.5/5) stars): Since I am not taking the Q5 back after repair I had to work with sales in finding me another vehicle. I decided to purchase a Tesla that was to come from a partnering dealership in Georgia. Neil, the used car manager did a great job finding me the car I wanted and has done ok with communication both good and bad. The downfall...at first, I was told the car was already sold after inquiring about having it shipped to FL...That was a mistake on the dealer in GA and the car was in stock. 5 days ago the order was placed with an expected delivery of 2-3 days...I am still waiting. Every day I am contacted with a delay in shipping or something with the driver. Though the sales side did provide me with a used truck from their lot until my Tesla arrives, so I no longer had to pay for a rental after 5 days...I have already completed all the paperwork, insurance, etc. on a car that I am still waiting to receive. Being a 3-time returning loyal customer I struggle with "all I can do is say I'm sorry" reaction from them. I have literally spent $$$ and a ton of time just to have transportation. It is unfortunate that a prestige brand and dealership has really dropped the ball in customer loyalty and service. I cannot wait for this entire process to be over. More to come after I get my Tesla... THE LAST UPDATE: My Tesla came 3 days after the expected delivery date. The sales team did keep me updated with the delays. When I thought, everything was going to work out.......my Tesla was delivered without a charger!!!! OK, I get it...it's a used car and it came from out of state, but wouldn't you insure it came with everything it is supposed to have?!?!?!? I mean it is an electric vehicle! You wouldn't sale a new car without gas! Anyways, 5 days later from taking possession of my Tesla and I am still waiting on the charger from the dealership.... Also, though it not the dealership, but the same company, I am still awaiting a reply from Audi's warranty company. After multiple phone calls and emails sent over a week ago...crickets. I waited over an hour and was finally greeted by two apologetic associates, one being a service manager and the other the MIA person/associate I almost called the police to file a missing person report on. Which the only reason why they confronted me was because I sent an email after an hour. (I truly didn't really feel the need to get up and ask one of the ten associates who have walked by me when my car is going to be done.) So far, it's 8:36 am and I have only received apologies and of course the "we will expedite your service" . I didn't want to ruin my next day off or waste more time to get rid of my "service due" notification. Also, I even asked "How it was possible to miss my car?" "Why did I have to send an email for them to wonder who owned the Black Q5 ?" I was told "it may have been mistaken for Audi's that were towed in last night" ... REALLY. You thought an Audi with the keys in the ignition, engine still hot and in immaculate condition parked in the service drop off area ... was towed in ?!?!? However, the service manager did offer a complimentary car detail (image attached) with two days notice in advance with a car to drive in the meantime. The loaner was not sanitized because while the guy was giving me the keys he had a cloth wiping off the inside running board on the driver side. When I opened the passenger door the running board was dirty. I returned to Audi to pick up my car when it was done. After I checked in the loaner I was told to wait in the lobby for my service representative who was Derek. I was waiting in the lobby to be called to get my keys and signed off for my car. That process took between 20 to 30 minutes sitting there. I had to reach out to a service representative to find out why I am still sitting in the lobby. I was not happy because that was very poor service to a customer. When I received the keys and went to my car the inside was dirty. Took my car on Monday to do a service(oil change) and I notice the car was still making a bit of a noise, as well some lost of acceleration. I have a 2121 audi that has never missed a service! Tuesday the vehicle says that it low on oil. When I check the cars computer it said oil low. I txt Richie a service advisor about the situation and he said that bc I left my car sitting at their dealership for more than an hr that happens. Tuesday night the vehicle acted as if it was going to turn off. I brought her in requesting to check why did I loss acceleration, to check gaskets and seals..... when I go there they topped it off the manager said that they don't see any problem after it being topped off and I can go home! This is Monday- Wednesday March 1-3,2023 Around August 15-19, 2022 I had another service for my vehicle. It was supposed to be a quick service however they didn't have parts; therefore I got a loaner(since the vehicle being service is my only vehicle). On the 17th I got sideswiped(the guy eat a light) by a Hyundai Sonata and it total both cars. It happened at 10 pm. The police showed up to do the report at 2am. The morning of the 18th I went to the hospital and stud there till 9pm. On the 19th I received a txt that my vehicle was ready. I send all the pictures, videos, and reports of what had happened. I arrived at Audi south orlando on the 19th ( I can't barely move). I speak to the service specialist Chris Beracierto( phenomenal service manager) and he asked me what was going on. I explain the situation and he asked if I was okay and to sit down that he's getting my car ready. The photo that I had send was missing information so I called my insurance lady and she was giving me the info all I needed was an email or a fax number so she can send the papers over. The manager that they have there came out (I don't recall his name it could be John or Matt; he's white and fatter than most as soon as you go in the service doors look immediately to the right and you'll see his office). He looked me dead in the eyes while I was on the phone with the insurance lady and says "I don't know how you believe your getting your vehicle today" "why didn't I say anything before about the car". I stood in chock as the lady on the phone did. She asked me a few time if I was okay and to give him the phone so she can calm him down ( mind you this is the service floor and sells room) and he's screaming at the top of his lungs. I finally was able to sit down at his office and he was finally able to calm down and talk to the lady on the phone. Which out any excuse me I'll be right back he stormed out of the office. He gather 3-5 employees while I'm sitting in the office and I hear him say I need this papers. I see one of the employees asking or saying something and he said "I don't give a fuck get me my fucking papers" (again this is the whole service floor and sales floor). He storms into the room again and he was now able to ask me what happened. I explain the situation and he storms out one more time. The final time he came in he came in with Chris. He apologized to me and said "I'm sorry I didn't know what was going on are you okay" I proceeded to say that I appreciate the apology however I'm not the only one that needs apologizing; that his employees are working for him and they should not be treated that way let alone be talked to like that! After being an hr there in pain and being screamed at by the manager I was able ti get my car and go home. read more

Being a young professional looking for her first big girl car - Audi seemed to be the best option to look into. I've been to other Audi locations to car shop and they definitely did not compare to Audi South Orlandos inventory. also, if they don't have what you want they will work with you to find the perfect car for you. Krista was very helpful and knowledgeable. She worked with me and my parents to find the perfect Q3 with the package that I wanted. A lot of the cars have packages that I did not need, prices were way too high. and was not in the color I wanted! I had my eye on the monsoon gray Q3. However, the manager and Krista worked to find the one for me and closer to my price range. When they drove my car into the showroom garage area - I fell in love with it! Definitely recommend her if you stop by! Waleed has also been very helpful throughout my Audi experience. He is very personable, accommodating and available whenever you need him! The Only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars is the fact that I work/live in Tampa and i am Only in Orlando when I am visiting my family. I am not able to visit a Tampa Audi dealership to get the same services (car wash etc), which can be very inconvenient. other luxury dealers allow their customers to come in any location for the same services, based on my friends' experiences (infinity, Mercedes etc). It's not a deal breaker because I love my car and you need to keep in mind every luxury car dealer will have its negatives and positives. However, you need to take that into consideration. This is my Audi Q3...For the past 7 months it's has been in and out of the service department 6 times because it rains inside my car. You can imagine with rainy Florida summers that is everyday. They can never fix the same problem, it's not even 2 years old. Audi South Orlando has been telling us for weeks they are working on an exchange, but still nothing. With a rain storm and a light show in my car it makes driving close to impossible. Does anyone have any suggestions? read more

Several visits were made to purchase a new car - this dealer was the worst pricing and trade values and when I asked them to beat my offer from another Audi dealer, they didn't try, they handed me my keys. I am definitely willing to drive 2 hours to save $3k and not accept low ball trade offers. It's a shame customers have to fight so hard for a fair deal. Never buy cars in Orlando!!! read more

Just another update. It's now 1 month since I picked up my second Audi and sold my Mercedes. I chose a full E-Tron electric vehicle. I would have bought a Mercedes EQS, but Mercedes ( again) wanted to charge a hefty "pandemic premium" over and above MSRP. These greedy MB dealers are ruining the brands loyalty. read more

Great service department unfortunately one of the Sales managers ruined it for them. If you need service or just want to test drive a car then this is the perfect dealership for you. If you want to buy a car then go some place else. I will never-spend another penny here. Three strikes: 1. I had my car, which I bought used, at Audi South for service. While there I asked the sales manager if they could help me set up the My Audi app. I told him I bought my car used and not from an Audi dealership and his response was to tell me I had to go back to the dealer where I bought the car. The app told me I had to have it set up at a Audi dealership. What???? Service tried to find someone to help but I needed a specific number that I didn't have at that time. 2. I get the needed information and called Audi South to try again and once again I'm told that I have to go back to where I bought the car, even after I told them that I didn't buy it from an Audi dealership. They then tried to tell me service could do it yet service had tried before and told me it was sales. I asked to speak with a manager. 3. After asking to speak to a manager the receptionist puts me on hold. After a moment she comes back to the phone and tells me she is transferring my call. I ask to whom and she says "a manager" I asked their name and she says "James". James said he will take care of me. I drive to the dealership and James was able to take care of what I needed. It turns out I didn't need the app,he just set up CarPlay. It also turns out that James is not a manager. I did finally get to speak to the General sales manager and let him know how one of his sales managers had refused to help me, not once but twice, and the receptionist lied to me when I asked for a manager. I very specifically asked to speak to a manager because at that point I wanted a manager to know how I was being treated. I appreciated the help but I don't appreciate being lied to. I will never knowingly do business with a car dealership that treats customers like this. From now on I will drive the extra 20 miles to go to Audi North for anything I need. If Audi North can't help me then I will drive further. The great service department is the only reason they got two stars. read more

Purchased a 2009 Audi R8. Had it shipped to me in California. Immediately after the car was unloaded from the truck, I knew the R-Tronic transmission was gone. Had it inspected and confirmed at an Audi Dealership. Talked to the general manager of Audi South Orlando Sunil Prakash and Robert Gross who made me get a second opinion from another Audi dealership. Took the car to a second Audi dealership (Fremont) and paid another $220 for an inspection that confirmed the clutch needed to be replaced at around $15,000. Sunil negotiated the price down to $9800 + tax which Alex over at Audi Fremont agreed to. I get sent a check from Audi South Orlando for $9000. Confused, I ask Robert Gross when the remaining amount would be sent to which I received a vague response that didn't answer the question. Repair is finally completed about a month after the car was first delivered to me. Total ends up being around $10,500 after taxes. Contact Robert and Sunil and was told I agreed to a $9000 reimbursement which was not true. When I continued to pursue the remaining amount Robert and Sunil just ignored my emails. Had to pay about $2000 out of pocket after all was said and done for a car that supposedly passed Audi's inspection process. I hope someone over at Audi South Orlando is able to find this review and make things right. read more

I bought my new A4 here a few months ago and truly wish every car buying experience was like the one I had at Audi South Orlando. My sales people, Tony and Bryce, were helpful, honest, and respectful. I never thought about the value of the dealership after the car buying process either. Most places, you buy the car and only go to the dealership a couple times when there's an issue with the car. At Audi South Orlando, I have never felt more valued as a consumer than here. I visit the dealership on a regular basis for my free car wash and everyone in the service department is extremely friendly. This dealership has truly added exceptional value to an already exceptional car. read more
