    Audi is a huge car dealership right by I4, on Vineland Rd. Audi has very nice used cars and the staff is respectful and helpful.

    I have a 2023 Audi Q8 - which should be fully covered under warranty. This morning, the vehicle gave me an engine warning and capped the engine at 1200 rpm - about 3mph. It was in the middle of an intersection and had a line of cars behind me until I could pull off into a parking lot. After a few minutes, restarting the car appeared to restore full function. A quick googling shows that this is potentially dangerous - imagine this happening on the highway! I called Audi South Orlando, asking them, "is this even safe to drive?" They indicated I should bring it in, but they don't have any loaners. It will be 3-4 days to fix it, but I'm responsible for my own transportation, as well as arranging and paying for my own rental car. What kind of service is that? Who needs a luxury car when the dealer leaves you in the lurch? Go to Audio North Orlando, it certainly seems like they're more likely to actually provide assistance.

    Leased a brand new S3 last week. The car had been sitting on the lot for almost 2 months under an oak tree. It was filthy with dirt and pollen grime. The entire car was coated in it. The geniuses at Audi South Orlando sent it right into their swirly spindly brush car wash and now the whole thing is covered in scratches. It needs a level 2 paint correction, which is between 750-1000 dollars. The car I traded in they had certified and sold within 3 days. Made 7 thousand profit. In a fourth round of communication with the dealership they are still insisting that they can fix it. But why would I trust the dealership not to bring in a semi competent person who's going to do the absolute bare minimum on the paint correction? How do I know it won't come back worse? They couldn't even handle washing a dirty car without damaging the entire paint job. I'll also be getting all of my servicing done at Audi North Orlando, and lease turn in/residual financing done at North Orlando. Strongly recommend taking your business to Audi North Orlando. It's worth the drive.

    Just moved from Audi of Pembroke Pines (South Florida) here with my Q7. Awesome friendly greeting from Sammy Cruz for Service. Grateful to Kory Dell'Aquila for a timely, very knowledgeable Service Advise. A true Pro!! Got me a timely Loaner with Mark and all got done very efficiently.     This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealer! 10/10 Moises helped me through every step of the way from test driving the car to purchasing the car and made the entire process smooth and exciting. Everyone from him to the manager to the finance representative who helped me with the whole car buying process went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer which I don't believe would happen at many dealers at all. I will be coming back here to purchase me next vehicle and I'm very happy that I was assured by the staff that this will be a long term relationship while I have my new car and more to come in the future and not just a turn and burn customer like other dealers would of done. Love this dealer!!

    I loathe car shopping. It is not fun, it takes forever, and slimy car salespeople are the worst. These were (mostly) not the case at Audi of South Orlando! 1 - they are an Autonation company so they are not comped via commissions. This means honesty from sales people. (Well, as honest as you can get...) 2 - the price is what the price is. No price gauging here! Other dealerships are charging $3000-10000 ABOVE MSRP right now - because they can get it - but Autonation does not do that. 3 - The two gents I worked with, Shane and D'mani, were both so lovely! Knowledgeable, fun, and hard working young men. You cannot go wrong asking for either one of them. And because they both helped me, they split the 'credit' of my sale. 4 - iDK what the heck goes on at dealerships, bit it is literally an ALL DAY THING and it is the effing worst. THE WORST!!! I came with my own financing, thinking that would be faster, but it still took FOUR HOURS for them to get their ish together. I honestly have no idea what was done the first 3 hours but the last one was spent singing papers and having the car detailed (didn't need it, it only had 12 miles on it). They (all dealerships, not just this one) habe GOT to make this better. It's 2022 - streamline, reduce redundancies, and speed it up! Overall though, I had a great experience and would go back here for another purchase.

    Went in for a simple oil change Got my car back with a bolt in the tire and cracked windshield Been trying to rectify this for 2 weeks and they make it worse or send the valet driver to the wrong address. DO NOT GO HERE!

    I got sold a coverage. I tried to use that coverage when I had a road hazard incident. They would not honor this coverage.

Although the first offer was not something I would consider, Edwin mentioned that he would call around to see how close he could get to what I wanted and that he would keep me apprised of the progress. Frankly speaking and having lived in South Florida most of my life to understand service levels are typically poor at best, experience told me that this would be the last call I received from AutoBuy. I was therefore pleasantly surprised to see that Edwin was really working the price, and a day or so later, we had an agreement. As much as I probably could have sold the car for $10,000 more or even greater to a retail buyer, I didn't want to be bothered with finding that one retail buyer who would pay the freight, so I proceeded forward, albeit cautiously. Edwin was tenacious, diligent, professional, and friendly, all characteristics that are again, unfortunately uncommon to those of us that live in Miami and interact with people in service businesses. Yesterday, I delivered the car to AutoBuy's Miami Gardens location and even though it was exactly as I said it was, I still expected last minute negotiations, or at least an attempt for the same. To my surprise yet again, and after a quick, but thorough inspection, I received the documents by email for signature and a check for the amount we agreed on. I would be remiss if I didn't say that I appreciated the efficiency of those at the location, all of whom were equally as professional and friendly. To all involved, I will also add that the honesty throughout was greatly appreciated, especially in the car business. The entire experience was perfect and I could not have asked for better service, honesty or professionalism. Well done, AutoBuy!

Autobuy called to speak with him and said the most they could pay was $500 for it due to age, miles, etc. CarMax website quoted $1200. We took it to CarMax and, after inspection, he still walked away with twice what Autobuy was willing to pay.

After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.
