Knowing Lexus is owned by Toyota as the high end brand gives us peace of mind to know that our purchase will last. Now onto the service, which I can't rave over enough!! Austin greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly. He sought answers to the type of vehicle we were considering and showed us several models across price ranges to get a feel of what we were looking for. We test drove two different SUV's, however, the one pictured and purchased, lovingly named "Phoenix" had our hearts from the start. Austin took his time to show us everything that each vehicle was capable of and had to offer as we test drove them to get a feel of what it would be like to own it and get around the digital screen, Apple car play, and so much more! It made the process streamlined and easy to talk as we discovered each area. When it was clear that we desired the RX350, we pulled our trade around and met with Giselle who was also absolutely amazing throughout the process and gave us a fair deal for our trade, far above what I expected to be honest. While we met with Brian, they took our new car to fill it with gas, wash it, and wax it so it was ready to drive when we were done with finance . Brian was fantastic, showed us our options but never pressured. Even though we already were approved and had a loan walking in, we ended up signing with Lexus finance instead to take advantage of the $1,000 military rebate and also because our bank didn't have an available GAP insurance which was unfortunate. We met Austin again at the car and he went through the programmed seating capabilities, lighting, heated seats and downloaded the app with us. Lastly we took pictures and even video driving out!! What a truly fun and phenomenal experience buying our first Lexus! If you're in the market, I recommend Lexus of Orlando, and Austin Lewis as your sales person, he will definitely take care of you without feeling pressured and you'll leave feeling confident in how to use your new car as well as the purchase you made.

My Audi SQ8 (3rd car leased from Audi Orlando) has been an absolute nightmare of a car for 15b months. The electronics are a disaster and I have a friend with the same car and she has the exact same issues. This car has ALWAYS had electronics issues, door lock malfunctions, the alarm goes off when simply open a door and the hatch opens on its own when I sit down in the car!. Fast forward to now the 4th time the car has been presented for the SAME issues and my assistant calls today to see if the car is ready as NO ONE has bothered to give me status update from 5 days ago -- my assistant has to wait on hold for an hour just to speak with a service rep and they said yes the car is ready!. Then she gets a text telling her the car IS NOT ready and we have no time to waste in the first place to chase down these people and a very expensive car to boot!. I have no time to continue this story but I swear ITS ALL TRUE. Take that AUDI of Orlando -- I have only just started,

I dealt directly with the owner Eric, on purchasing a Porsche 911 GT2 from this dealer and agreed to the asking price immediately. I submitted a credit application, and after they ran my credit, they tried to push me toward Westlake Financial with a very high interest rate. Wanting to avoid a predatory loan, I secured my own financing through a reputable bank. The moment I informed the dealer I had my own approval, the owner told me I should have taken their loan and suddenly increased the price by $80,000, despite us already having agreed on a deal. This all happened within the span of a day and a half from when the deal was agreed upon. This was by far one of the most unethical car buying experiences I've encountered. It appears the dealership was more interested in profiting from predatory loan kickbacks than honoring their word. If you value transparency, integrity, and fair dealing, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The fact that the owner directly acts this way can only reflect on how this dealer conducts their business.

This was not something I caused--it was the result of improper reassembly during service. I was later told the work was performed by the service manager, which makes the mistake and lack of accountability even more alarming. After months of being delayed and left without resolution, the issue was escalated to the general manager, Luke, who attempted to shift the blame onto me by stating the vehicle arrived with low coolant and that the damage was therefore my fault. That statement is false. The truck was not critically low on coolant when it was brought in, and I paid for them to run diagnostics. I had it inspected by two independent mechanics, both of whom confirmed the damage was consistent with a coolant cap left loose, not owner negligence. While the dealership offered to tow the vehicle at first, trust had already been completely lost due to their lack of responsiveness and refusal to take responsibility. I ultimately had to take my truck elsewhere to have the issue properly handled. A dealership's leadership should stand behind their work. Orlando Dodge did the opposite. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will be filing complaints everywhere, with anyone who will listen as well as filing in small claims court.

    I drove over an hour from Daytona Beach to find a Prius. Over the phone the guy I talked to for…read moreone minute suddenly had another call and hung up on me. When I got there the guy Mickey was at his desk and told me I had to wait for the other salesman to finish with his customers while he did nothing. Half an hour later the other salesman got with me and let me drive a Prius. I asked why the average MPG was only 33 mpg and was told it was because the cars sit running at the lot and it drags the mpg down. So I figured out how to reset the trip odometer to zero and the average mpg to zero and I went on a drive. I drove about 3 miles in city traffic and it came out to 32 mpg. So I went back and told Mickey the results and he scolded me, telling me I'm not allowed to drive more than one mile "for insurance reasons" and started explaining that you have to drive the car for over an hour to get 50 mpg. Didn't make sense, it all sounded like lies. I drove 2 more cars and both of them also didn't get over 34 mpg. So I left and went home. Next day I see an alert on my credit report that said they pulled my experian credit file. I never authorized them to pull my credit. I called him and asked why they did this and mickey told me they never did. He denied it over and over and said it is impossible to pull my credit without my social security number. I googled it and found out it is possible for them to pull it without my social and I told him what google said. He argued and denied it more and more. I asked if I should not believe my lying eyes because I'm looking at my credit report right now. He is a liar and when confronted with it he will gaslight you and deny the facts. I also told him that I've worked for dealers and gone on test drives at other dealers and I know that the insurance companies have no policy about only letting customers drive one mile. He continued his denials. DON'T buy from these dishonest dealers.

My friend was trading her car in and buying a car from Carvana. The day arrived, insurance was purchased, down payments paid, and the car shows up at the house. They take her car for a test drive. They come back and say, "there's a safety code coming up on our diagnostic, we can't buy your car." Then tried to have her buy their car. Next day we took it to an auto shop we've both used and guess what, no error codes. In fact no issues with the car. I'm trying to sell my car to Carvana. They offer me a decent price "without the hassle". Then slowly the price they offer goes down and down. When the driver came to pick it up he let me know, they'd cut the offer by $800. Now, I get it, but this was out of the blue with little explanation. It was the second price cut that made 0 sense. Not only did Carvana lose 2 cars, but they lost 2 customers. Neither of us will go back because we simply can't trust a company that nickels and dimes its customers.
