The technicians found that my brake pads were wearing thin and recommended replacing them before the trip. They also performed a coolant flush and completed a thorough vehicle checkup to make sure everything was road-ready. The work was completed quickly, and I felt much more confident knowing the truck had been inspected by experienced professionals. The customer service was excellent, and the pricing was straightforward with no surprises.

Yes the brakes were fixed, only the pads and the rotors re surfaced, when multiple other shops stated they had to all be replaced, but at this point I'm exhausted with this whole ordeal so won't be going back and forth, then of co asked to change my reviews and with the BBB just for new brake pad, yea no. and the "car loaners" that was given to the me the first one was extremely small and had a boat load of issues in itself, after I made a fuss then I got a better one. but when my car was sent to ford I received nothing because I was told since it's at ford I won't get one, even though I was sent there by your company. and as for possible a trade in, I would not do that because one I don't want to end up in the same situation I'm in now, two I do not trust ANYONE at you establishment, and three with how I was treated and spoke to especially by the service department was absolutely disgusting and horrible. So no I would not do a trade in or ever give you any business nor would I ever recommend any to do business with your business.

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Juke from this lot while waiting on insurance to settle my Kia being totaled. A day after purchasing this car my check engine light came on. I called and texted the dealership about this and received a call back a day later. I was instructed to "clear the codes" and it'll go away. That did not fix the problem. A week after having the car I was experiencing issues with it not shifting properly especially at lower speeds or accelerating to go up hills. I reached out to the manager at this company and received no response. My car has been in the shop for over two weeks now. I was told by the manager today to call the warranty company to have the repairs paid for. I called them the first day I was experiencing problems and my mechanic also called them while my car has been in his shop. They will not cover any issues that are considered external parts. This information was relayed back to the manager at New Era Motors. His exact response is "this is your problem. It's up to you to pay for the repairs or have the loan company repossess it". Despite their somewhat decent Google reviews this company bandaids vehicles and sells them with known issues. If you confront them about codes being continuously cleared they will deny any acknowledgment of it. I am now stuck with a bill from the mechanic because they are refusing to pay for anything. Make sure you check Facebook and Yelp reviews before buying from a used car lot. Google reviews are not always accurate. Also bring a code reader.
