The Buyers Guide listed the car "AS IS". After trailering the car home and two separate inspections later, per both inspections, the car is unsafe to drive. Estimate to repair is $8200 and $11,000. I paid $7988 cash/certified check. BEWARE. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. If you have had problems, please do the same. It's free. They will follow up. I am doing other things as well. I have asked for a refund because the car is unsafe to drive. Per Monica, NO REFUNDS. AS IS. Well don't you think the car should be able to be driven? I trusted them. They lied to me. I have all the proof I need. Please take time to file a complaint if you have had issues. They should not be allowed to do business in this matter. Remember businesses can buy good reviews. If a business has several bad reviews...take the warning. Too many other dealerships that will stand behind their new and used cars.

Picked up the car and drove it for the first day and it seemed to drive fine. On the second and third day I had issues of loss of power, stalling, idle going up and down sitting at a signal. With the hood up and the vehicle running you could hear a whistling noise. Brought it back for them to check out the next day. Got another call from Clark the owner saying that "when I pulled off the rail the O-rings for fuel injector three and five came off and it was kind of an issue. "I" must have broke/ripped them putting it back. That will be $40." When I went to pick up the vehicle again I asked him "is it normal to NOT replace O-rings on a 13-year-old vehicle with 141,000 miles?" His response was, "I didn't look at them. The new fuel injector had new o-rings." So, two more days of inconvenience and another $40. It's not even the $40. It's the principle of not using "common sense" IMO. Making a phone call for add on work that may be needed and may affect a warranty for work is normal. Was the $40 for labor? O-rings? Both? I have no clue. The "work order" is the most basic undetailed, unprofessional "work order" I have ever seen. No company name, address or phone number. didn't put my name or number on it, no year or make of the vehicle (just the model), not my signature. He wasn't a bad guy. I just think this situation wasn't handled with integrity and could have/should have been. If you want repeat business, you don't tell the customer, "I must have ripped them putting them back." And then charge the customer for your mistake and also for not just replacing something inexpensive that's possibly 13 years old in the first place. It seems like he thought the sound of "It was only $164" was better than doing the job efficiently Lastly, if you run a business that is "cash only" and you call a new customer to tell them their vehicle is ready You might want to tell them that you are Cash Only on the phone instead of when they come to get their car. Thats basic business 101. Again, Clark seemed nice, but the business wasn't all that it should have been.

Told us the loan wouldnt go thought unless we took the paint protection and interior protection and the 299 bs air and the warranty thats the biggest joke. We foudn thinsg wrong with it they tell us wait till you pai t and interior warranty kicks ina nd we will get it done well fast forward a year yeah no pai t coating applied yet had to use the warranty my car still sitting at ford 3 weeks flr some bs approval for repairs and no loaner or rental no call to have paint protection applied or Interior protection its garage and they find everyday to denied claims read all over the net its a stealerships way to rob you of money. I also talked to my bank who gave me loan they never once said I had to have the dealership bs up charge air paint. Interior protection they even said they lied. So my claim after 3 weeks was approved no loaner called and said warranty says loaner or rental whwn claim approved look.at that its the weekend no call back about loaner how convenient.
