I didn't understand that, as putting body side molding on is a simple, hour long job for qualified people. If the job is not a big money maker, this shop doesn't seem to want to do it. I have had two cars fixed there before, but I guess that doesn't count for anything. Building a loyal customer base does not matter to this shop. No value here.

The lawsuit alleges that Honda sold vehicles prone to engine overheating, misfires, and premature wear due to a coolant leakage defect. My grandson, who was with us at the time, has Autism and has to ride in this vehicle. Since my daughter drove the car off the lot a couple of weeks ago, she has had nothing but trouble. Of course, Wallace says there is nothing they can do. :( They should take the car back and give us a refund!!! That is what they should do!!! Coolant leaks into engine components, causing overheating, loss of power, and contamination of engine oil. She has experienced all of the above, including continuous jerking. She visited Honda's dealership in Kingsport and was told there wasn't anything wrong. We will go again on Thursday and see what they say. Stay away from Wallace Imports of Johnson City. She is driving a rental car because she is so scared to drive her own. We are out around 18,000 dollars that we did not have! :(

Two minutes into the drive home and the rear caliper on one side was not bolted in place. She drove it home slowly and called them the next morning. They did pick it up the next morning and shuttle her later that day. They said it was a fluke but I wonder. She lost an extra day of work. They also did not listen to the other directions she had given initially so we will be taking it to a local shop to get the other things handled.

I described the problem he actually came out after 5 pm on a Friday and diagnosed the problem . We were worried the engine was toast but that was not it at all. He diagnosed the problem . Quoted a price . Retrieved the parts and had us up and running by 730 pm . I mean wow what great service and very fast . Very knowledgeable and a very likable individual.
