The Buyers Guide listed the car "AS IS". After trailering the car home and two separate inspections later, per both inspections, the car is unsafe to drive. Estimate to repair is $8200 and $11,000. I paid $7988 cash/certified check. BEWARE. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. If you have had problems, please do the same. It's free. They will follow up. I am doing other things as well. I have asked for a refund because the car is unsafe to drive. Per Monica, NO REFUNDS. AS IS. Well don't you think the car should be able to be driven? I trusted them. They lied to me. I have all the proof I need. Please take time to file a complaint if you have had issues. They should not be allowed to do business in this matter. Remember businesses can buy good reviews. If a business has several bad reviews...take the warning. Fast forward to us calling another Ford dealership to order the part, they ask about a diagnostic being performed so warranty will cover AS IT IS UNDER WARRANTY, only to find out a diagnostic was never performed, costing us $800+ to fix out of pocket. Instead of using our warranty where it would have costed $100 as that's our deductible. After meeting with the service manager for 2+ hours yesterday and him avoiding us, he was absolutely zero help at all as well. After this, Jamie also has left threatening messages on my husband's phone, and attacking his appearance. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
