Yes they did help me with my title loan and was patient when my payment was late. The problem I…read morehave with them is that they were so persistent at calling references, and myself for payment, but after I paid it off, they wanted to wait 30 days to send me my title back. The reasoning which was never explain and is posted NO WHERE in the business was it's a "policy" written by the owner. I requested a call from owner since his employees didnt explain it. Their response was "you will NEVER get a call back, he's out of the country". They also charge $5 daily when payment is late.....all of that which I PAID!!!!! These people are very unprofessional and there has to be something illegal about the amount of interest being charged. I went to them after my mom passed to help with burial expenses and they took full advantage of that! They're nice in the beginning but just wait!!!!!
