We felt no need to rush in looking at the car, we were feeling forced into anything or pushed to purchase, paperwork and all our questions was a smooth process as well. Justin let us just take our time, he didn't hover, and was so friendly and not pushy. We then discovered the seat won't move up and down so I texted him to ask about it, they said bring it on in, now the part is ordered and it's getting fixed free of cost. They have truly been fantastic in this entire process and I couldn't recommend them more.

He emailed me further information on the SUV and was honest and low pressure. I was then contacted on Koby's off days by Austin who was incredible to deal with as well. Auto Kings has a service department that inspects their cars and performs oil changes, filters, etc. and they prepared my Range Rover for my 800 plus miles home. This Range Rover was a one owner vehicle from Las Vegas, and Auto Kings often finds good, rust-free vehicles from Nevada shipped to Oregon. I wired the funds for the vehicle, priced at a reasonable, "no haggle" price and communication was easy throughout the process. Over the week after purchase, Austin, Derrick, Anna, Roz and Koby were incredibly helpful. Koby offered to arrange shipping but a trip to Oregon sounded like a fun weekend trip. My son and I made a father-son road trip through some of the most beautiful landscapes and forests in the country. Upon arrival, Koby met me with two sets of keys in hand at their new, beautiful facility. Modern, clean and filled with beautiful cars and trucks... On the way home we toasted the Santorini Black Beauty at Coppola Winery. It was especially helpful that he manages all the payment, banking and paperwork details since I was out of the country when my car sold. However, I just received a recall notice telling me it is dangerous to tow because of a software issue that may disconnect the trailer brake. Not good. When I called service today, April 20th, I was told I could make an appointment....in SEPTEMBER. That's right, 5 months from now. I could also drop it off and they would work on it "when they could get to it". I asked if this was weeks or months and I could not get an answer. This is unacceptable for a one year old vehicle that cost north of $100K. Do better Kendall. For this fact alone I could not recommend this dealer. If you sell cars you need to service them within a reasonable time. UPDATE: Kendall folks saw my review and called me. David Citron in Service was friendly, apologetic, and very responsive to my concerns. He told me to come in immediately and have the recall addressed. As problematic as the initial response, this step was above and beyond. And much appreciated. I rate this solution A+ and change my rating.
