It was very easy booking Kellen, our appointment was only 3 days out from our booking date. Kellen arrived right on time and after a quick vehicle inspection, he was off and running. Our Cadillac's paint is black and had some swirl marks and scratches. Our interior had some minor scuffs on the plastic and leather seats. Kellen did the most amazing job removing all of the swirl and scuff marks. 99% of any minor scratches were buffed out. The black paint looks like a mirror now. It's absolutely beautiful. The employees in the wash tunnel did a great job washing the sides and getting any excess dirt off. The people drying off the cars are some of the hardest working people!
