When we purchased our Mach-E from a local dealer, we had trouble finding a Ford Connected Charger…read more As a retired IT person, I learned that when it comes to electronics, it is best to only have one vendor to deal with, in this case, FORD. We located a charger at Auto Park Ford and their parts department agreed to sell the only one they had to us, even though we were not their regular customer, and the Ford chargers were hard to find. Recently the car showed a fault, and the charger would stop charging shortly after being plugged in. Research revealed that Ford had stopped shipping their chargers right after we received ours due to the fact that they showed a fault and stop charging, the same problem we were now experiencing near the end of our warranty period. I contacted Auto Park Ford Parts. They quickly found the record of the original purchase and then sent us a replacement charger under the warranty. They also reimbursed us for the electrician's charges to install it. If we lived closer to Bremen, IN, Auto Park Ford would be our choice in car dealers.

This, of course, happened over a holiday weekend. Husband called them the Friday before the long weekend. They told him to come early Tuesday morning, when they were open again, and they would help him. Husband went in and they ordered the wheels we needed and said they would be there the next day, and they were! We took the car in and they installed the new wheels. When I had said that we would wait for the new wheels to be put on, the service manager said no, that they were going to take their time with the installation to ensure the car was safe. When they called us to pick up the car, they asked if we wanted to take pictures of the cracks, which we did. When we got there, they took us out to the service area and pulled the wheels out of the boxes (that the new wheels had been in) and let us take pictures so we could send them on the the manufacturer. The cracks were in the same spots on both wheels, so it wasn't a matter of hitting potholes. McCormick Motors will treat you as if you are their only customer. They are amazing!!!!

He helped me purchase my 2016 Ford Escape over a year ago, even with a fixed and tight budget. We bought our second vehicle from him last week, a 2015 Chrysler 200. The Chrysler we purchased off the budget lot, yet they still did an inspection on it, detailed it and replaced all 4 tires for us. I truly believe Branden wouldn't sell you a "bad" vehicle and that all the employees take pride in what they do.

It's sitting in a parking lot and still won't run because R&B wanted to tow it back so they could work on it yet again. When they mentioned a lemon law, R&B said they would do what they could to fix the truck, but they didn't know if they could get them out of the loan even though R&B has had it at their establishment more than they've had it at their own . Then they offered to trade but they couldn't guarantee they would get out of the truck what they had to pay for it when they sold them this lemon. These people are dishonest and you should never buy a vehicle from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have attached pictures as proof of lack of response and for when I first reached out. Edit for a reply to their Google reply as I could not reply to it via Google: The owner's response makes this look like a "miscommunication," which is not accurate. Over the course of approximately two weeks, I checked in multiple times and was repeatedly told the vehicle was still in the shop and that I would be contacted when it was available. At no point during that time was I informed that there was a line of interested customers or that others had priority. I chose to end the conversation because trust had already been broken. This dealership had multiple opportunities over two weeks to be transparent and chose not to be. I was not proactively contacted with an apology or clarification; instead, I had to reach out yet again to learn that the vehicle was effectively unavailable. Under those circumstances, it was reasonable to disengage rather than continue working with a dealership that had withheld material information. Also, I am not located in California, I am from Indiana so apologies for that not being reflected accurately.
