It's an ok car wash. Took an hour to get through on a Friday afternoon. Seems like you have to be on top of what they are doing. Inspect the vacuuming. Make sure they take out the floor mats, etc. but it is just a car wash and not a detail place so I give it 4 stars for that. It is a hand wash but the 2 running it need to keep up with machine. Not an easy job I'm sure. The truck is a lot cleaner than it was, but far from perfect. But as far as car washes go it's a bit better than average and a lot easier than doing it myself. lol read more

Monday (11/5/22) couldn't wait to wash my truck so I stopped here knowing they will get the best cleaning job, he'll NO. I paid $36 didn't have a freshener etc for the package. My windshields was so badly badly poorer messy it was better leave it don't wash it. During the rain the next day Tuesday, I can see all the dirt on my windshield that should have been cleaned, I was angry and upset. I paid $36 plus the 10 tip for worst job. Inside the interior looks more dumping more dust and dirt on the floor. It's not the same. People here do a lousy job and not worth the tip or paying high packages for a wash. I know a hard worker from their actions and this place takes 0 star. read more

Just left this car wash and the wash is total crap. They try to rush through as many cars as they can and leave the simplest things forgot like the rear view mirrors, tail lights, hood of the car, and MORE. Not to mention, when I drove up to the vacuum area the guy slams my door open hitting the rail and left a mark on my door. The man just looks at me and acted like nothing happened. I usually frequent the San Carlos location and have a monthly pass, but today was my first time at the Burlingame location and I must say I was quite pleased and happy with the service there. Although the one con was that the line wrapped around the street and the wait to actually get into the car wash was a little longer than anticipated. BUT it was well worth the wait. Everyone was friendly and had smiles on their faces, and when I say everyone I mean everyone. They did such a great job cleaning my car inside and out and I will now frequent the Burlingame location on a regular basis. Just need to find the right timing when it isn't that busy :) read more

I paid $31.99 (and that's with a $5.00 coupon) for a really bad car wash. The first part of the wash was fine. where you drive through and 2 people hand wash the exterior of the car while it slowly rolls through the wash. But once out of that and the detail and inside of the car team takes over is where it fell apart. I know this is not an easy job but the 2 women doing the inside of my car looked like all they were interested in was talking with one another and not paying attention to the "detail" part of the wash. They did a horrible job on the dashboard leaving a big mark there that was there when I pulled in . I later wiped this mark away pretty easily with a damp cloth. And they never wiped down the leather seats and did not clean the inside of the rear window at all. All of this I did not notice until after I tipped them nicely and had already pulled away. Do not go here if you want your car cleaned decently. I have been going here for over 20 years and it has gone downhill as of late. I guess it's time to try Ducky's. read more

I usually get my car washed in the city. I was in the area and researched this place. Reviews were decent, so I pulled in and paid around $35 for a car wash. In about 10 minutes my car was done. I could see why. The cleaning job was such a disappointment. I didn't want to be one of those people pointing things out but I spotted several areas on my car that were still dirty. The inside was wiped real sloppy; the entire cleaning job was terrible and a waste of my time. One guy told me to pull up and he was going to redo some cleaning on my car but this should have already been done the first time. One of the only hand wash spots I know of so I've come back five times hoping the last was a fluke but this will be my last time. I've paid $46.99 each time for their platinum silver service. It takes at least 45 minutes to get your car washed, and you need to keep an eye on the cleaning to make sure everything is being cleaned. I've had to ask the employees to redo windows, tires, interior vacuuming, to dry wet spots, wipe away dried water spots and clean the edges of the rear view mirror and window seals. You'll spend the same amount of time washing your own car as you will getting it done here With how long you have to wait for the service to be completed and the amount of attention to detail you have to pay. read more

BEWARE if you get a monthly pass and you try to cancel it. This company borders on fraudulent. I had a monthly pass that I cancelled IN PERSON in May. I then checked my credit card bill in mid-June and found that they charged me for the month of June. I called the assistant manager Luis and he blamed me for the problem. After 15 minutes of hostile conversation, he only refunded me a small fraction of the amount. He said I should've spoken to a manager to confirm the cancellation . I had no previous reason to believe that his staff were incompetent, but now that I've experienced his behavior, it doesn't shock me. He refused to refund me the entire amount they charged me this month, when it was THEIR MISTAKE in charging me, when I had already cancelled. Luis actually told me to fight it with my credit card company. What type of business and management is this?!? Aside from that, the car washes themselves are pretty mediocre, with very little attention to detail. read more

My family and I have been using this car wash service for several years. I was really disappointed about their cashier. It's not my first time experience with this, every time when the cashier had a new customer who was signing up with the membership, the cashier takes forever(they need to walk forward to call the manager I guess) It really unfair to other customers who was waiting in line. Time is very expensive in the Bay Area, most of people are very busy. It's acceptable if I waited for long line because of busy business. But it's wasting customers' time if only wait for the employee signing up for a new membership. They can always pull the new car in the side and finish all the sign up process. Kept driving by and thinking I really need to clean my car and after a while the car was just too dirty and I decided to go in one Sunday afternoon. The service was prompt and professional and more importantly it was a job well done. It is a touchless car wash and there is a lot of hand washing that happens before and after going through the touchless bit. With results like this no wonder many expensive cars come through here. Also possibly due to the dealership across the road. There was a Porsche in front of me and a Bentley behind me. Either way the costs are not astronomical and for the number of people involved and the quality of the wash and the detail it is mostly worth the price. I brought my brand new Range Rover here just twice after signing up for the monthly car wash. The first time it was a subpar experience the cleaning was ok they missed a few things nothing major. The second time I brought my vehicle in there were several scratches left on both screens in my vehicle. I am waiting to hear back from management about this issue. Came here three times within the past year and I ABSOLUTELY love this place. They always do a great job at getting the insides of my car cleaned. The air freshener at the end smells so wonderful! I always get compliments on how great my car smells like despite how much eating and snacking I do while driving. They also get ALL the crumbs off. Felt a little confused coming here. at other hand car washes I've come from, you usually just hand your keys over and sit in a waiting area for them to come and get you after they clean your car. at this place you drive it through and then it goes into one of those automatic pull drive thingies where you have your car in neutral. Then when they're vacuuming and drying you are able to sit on the side and wait. It's small and the line packs up really quickly. I would suggest going early. Bring a jacket because if it's cold you'll be sitting outside while you wait for them to finish. Overall they did a good job of cleaning the car. You can check in or go on their website and gets $5 coupon off of the silver, gold, and above- basically pay the same thing as a full car wash but get a silver so definitely make use of that coupon. read more

I've taken my car here a few times, and without a doubt, the line spills out into the street both weekdays and weekends. Expect to wait 45 minutes - 1 hour. The staff works hard and as efficiently as possible to wash 10-20 cars in a span of 30 minutes, and I don't think a lot of the reviewers here understand that so they expect that their car be pristine and spotless. In my experience, yes, they've missed some dusting here and there, or forgot to vacuum a spot, but overall, they have done a good job at washing the exterior and interior of my car. It really is a hit or miss depending on how many workers they have for the day. All in all, they haven't done a bad enough job to warrant threatening the job security of its workers. I honestly gave this place a chance but having been here on multiple occasions to have my car wash and clean at their Silver special package, I leave the wash lot feeling unsatisfied. Wash is just okay, and interior vacuuming and wipe downs are always a miss. Just had my car completely detailed at the Auto Pride Hand Car Wash in Burlingame and was blown away by the result. It's like a brand new car! They got stains out of the seat that had been there for years. The windows are so clean I almost forgot they were there. the floor mats and console are so clean you could probably eat off of them. The outside is equally amazing. I didn't even know my car could even be this white again. The attention to detail is unreal. They got deep into the tire wells and now they glisten like I've never seen. They even went so far as to put plastic coverings on the seat and paper floor mats so that the car would be extra clean on the drive home. On top of that, everyone that works there is friendly and personable. They greet you with a smile. As an added level of that personal touch they offer, the manger even came up and introduced himself, walked me around my car and made sure that I was pleased with the result.
