Came to Jack's car wash today around 3 pm. Customer service when first going in was nice and professional. I went on a roadtrip and collected some bugs on the front number and hood. I purchase the $200 package knowing that it was going to take some detail work to clean everything and get all the bugs splatter off. Not the best with attention to detail. I understand that they're busy but I figured the $200 package would buy the right for them to take the time. Customer service said it will be 30-40 mins. It was done in 20. I get home and noticed there was a good amount missed on the front bumper and left and right lights. Also on the inside the dressing used seemed like was done in a rush. The back seats weren't wiped down. There was still spots of crumbs and marks from my kids that could be easily wiped off. There was spot where they treated and spots you can tell that was missing. The back trunk rubber trunk mat wasn't taken out and cleaned. $200 was a mistake to spend here. read more

I had gone to Jack's car wash for several months. After one time, I saw a scratch on my exterior, which they denied happened at their car wash. It's hard to prove either way. I stopped going after that until recently I wanted to give them another chance, but customer service for the interior cleaning was not good. My seat was moved horizontally and vertically, and my steering wheel was moved. As I was trying to adjust these things, the manager, or a worker, started moving my steering wheel against my wishes because there was a car behind me. They are not very responsive to customer concerns. read more

I have to bring the inlaws to the airport Friday, and the only vehicle that is big enough is the "Dog" minivan, an 05 Honda Odyssey. All the other cars are boughy and clean. But the Odysses is the beater, that we never clean, bring to the beach and so on. So I bring it to Jack's to get a baseline, and they refuse their 80.00 service saying it is too dirty (and, yeah, I get it). He gives me the 60.00 service and I drop it off, come back like an hour later (hey, Petsmart is almost across the street!). Wow, the Minivan looked amazing. They did everything I wanted. Vaccumed all the dirt and gravel out, did a nice job cleaning the interior windows and gave the inside a wipedown. Will be coming back. read more

Super friendly customer service but not the most attention to detail. If you need a quick wash, exterior only they'll do a decent job! If you're looking for an exterior cleaning I don't know if I recommend. I asked the first person about getting the inside cleaned so I went with what he recommended and it didn't look great. Also quite a few spots and marks that I wiped away and picked at on my own afterwards. Kinda disappointing. read more

I strongly do not recommend this car wash. I signed up for the monthly membership because the large sign at the entrance clearly advertised it for $34.99 per month. However, when I checked my credit card, I found that I had been charged $39.99 instead. If you become a member here, check your credit card statements carefully. Don't assume you'll be charged the price you see advertised. It was very disappointing to see a different amount on my card than the price displayed. Advertising one monthly membership price and then charging a higher amount without making it clear to customers is unacceptable. Transparency and honesty should be the minimum standard for any business. This experience completely destroyed my trust in this place. I have canceled my membership and will never return. I cannot recommend a business that advertises one price but charges another. There are many other car washes that treat their customers fairly and honor the prices they advertise. read more

Hello, I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the service I received today. I came in for a detailed car wash, and my main concern was getting all the dog hair out of the carpet and cleaning the dirt between the car seats. Removing dog hair from the carpet can be really challenging, but they exceeded my expectations and left my car looking spotless. I really wanted to rate 5 stars because they had good pricing, great service and did a great job on my car (I got the top tier package) but when they washed my mats or wiped my car down it must have been with dirty water because while my car looks very clean it smells like a wet dog or garbage water. I am hoping this is a one time thing and otherwise would totally use again .... But damn I hope this smell goes away soon. Don't let this deter you but I wanted to let management know. read more

I paid for the most expensive full detail package, but the job was very disappointing. The seats and parts of the interior were still dirty after the service. When customers pay for a premium detail, they expect the car to be thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, the quality did not match the price. read more

Fair price and quick service. I got both interior and exterior cleaned. After the initial exterior clean from the drive thru, my window was still dirty. But after the manual cleaning for the interior plus exterior, the windows are cleaned. So I'm not sure if they just leave your windows unclean if you only get the exterior wash. read more

Every time I come here, my car never gets fully cleaned. I do a walk around when they say it's ready, I always have to point out obvious spots of dirt and have them clean it. Then I do another walk around once I'm home and do a touch up myself. I go for its convenience. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I paid for highest car wash service and was expecting to receive a full interior and exterior clean. I saw the employee open the trunk of my car, so I assumed he cleaned it. Safe assumption to make. The employees claimed they were done. I left and when I got home, I noticed the trunk was not touched. They didn't bother to vacuum it and that was the whole point of me going. I called to speak with the manager and didn't hear back and it's been a week. I just called and spoke to the owner and he told me that all he could offer me was a credit to get another wash, no partial refund. I explained that the car wash was 40 minutes from me and I'm sure he wasn't going to pay for my gas to get there. He said he cannot offer any refunds. Then, he said it's like a restaurant, they're not going to refund you for the food. I was going to counter and say a restaurant would NOT charge you for something you didn't receive. I didn't receive a service, hence, pay me back. Simple right? Used to be good but then they got purchased and since they got purchased and service has gone down, Hill continually spent $40 today they didn't wipe down or dry my wheels and it was still dirt on the wheels and I kind of looked at the guy didn't say anything, but that's the nature of declining service on top of that. I had a terrible experience at Jack's Car Wash that left my vehicle damaged and me extremely disappointed. During my visit, my new roof rack was ripped off inside the wash tunnel, which also left scratches on my car. One of the towel attendants even admitted that this shouldn't happen. Shockingly, the manager told me he "didn't see anything out of the ordinary on the footage," even though the towel attendant had to walk back into the active car wash to retrieve my roof rack. There was a clear lack of professionalism and accountability, not just from the manager, but also from the ownership. No sincere effort was made to resolve the situation or take responsibility for the damage. On top of that, the quality of the wash itself was poor--my car was left with water spots and not properly dried. I do not recommend this place. Please take a moment to read other reviews--many customers have reported similar damage and bad experiences. Stay away! Addendum : My response to the owners reply. Thank you for your response Jeff, though I find the tone and approach surprising. At no point did I ask you to replace my roof rack -- my concern was with how the situation was handled and how dismissive your reply came across. Customer service isn't about being "right," it's about listening and treating people with respect. I do appreciate you including the photo, though it would have been even more helpful if you had also provided the footage showing your employee running back into the active wash to retrieve my broken rack -- which didn't look safe for them or anyone else. I personally watched the drying cloths catch underneath the rack and pull it off, which doesn't seem like something that would have been avoided regardless of whether the rack was factory-installed or aftermarket. Finally, your comment about "buy better next time" was uncalled for. All I hoped for was acknowledgment and professionalism, not blame-shifting or sarcasm. My husband took our truck there. First they quoted 700 for exterior and interior detailed cleaning. I am so sorry to tell you that the price is scary to give as an estimate. That's down payment on another car FYI. We opt out for steaming the inside and detailed it. So we took the exterior detailed cleaning that's around 400 bucks! We need the exterior to clean better than we can at home. That's why we are here. Well since it has a truck bed. My husband have the guy explain to me that they will clean the exterior and that is down to the power wash the back. Well...my husband got back and they did everything else kind of ok. But you can still see the pollen in between the windshield and the windows. The windshield wipers under it were never properly clean. They did not even go in to clean the debris that is inside and under the mat of the truck bed. For 400 bucks, you would think they could at least go in the back, lift the mat and spray it down with power wash. They have the tools and a means to do it. We don't and that's why we are willing to take it to them and to pay 400 for that job. I don't understand how ppl think that easy money means to lie to ppl for the job that they are not even doing correctly. Did I mentioned that it took almost 4 hrs! WTF were they doing? My husband took it back to them and Moses(hope it's right) spoke to him. They blamed the guy that checked him in for not understanding what my husband explained to him. Told my husband that they don't clean the truck bed....??? For 400 dollars they don't clean the truck bed? If we would have known. We will never pay that price for shitty clean job. He told my husband to bring back the truck tomorrow and they will try to get it corrected. 05/18 He took the truck back and almost two hrs later. They did good on their words but the time had been wasted twice in one weekend. They did a good job on their words on the truck bed which I am not complaining about. The windshield still has the dirt and stuff in the crevices. My husband gave up and he just rather get the hell out of there. Six hrs total is what we are looking at. It is a nice place if you are doing simple car cleaning. If it's for more. We may have a bit more issues so this one is up to you. Three stars is fair in my opinion but I am however being kind. They're just alright. I am coming back after spending money on a germ buster interior clean and an exterior wash. The exterior was is 2 star. Maybe a 3. They don't really do a good pre wash on before heading into the automatic car wash. Parts of the car wash weren't engaging my wash even though I paid for the de lux wash. Off to get the redo of the germ buster. I pulled in and the guy in the black shirt that was running everyone was pretty aloof and not very accommodating. At other car washes u would tell them to put loose items in a bag for me and they would do. Or they would do that anyways. Not here they get slightly combative over this request and then make you remove your loose items. I went and got a bag from the shop my self to put stuff into and loaded all my small stuff into a bag. I did this this time because last time they just cleaned around my stuff and left the whole back un cleaned. That's why I came in today to get the $150 germ buster redone because they barely cleaned the inside. Anyways, I work in construction and get stuff built up over time. I fit everything in a garbage bag and placed it in the bed of my truck. Also they left a lot of dirty mess. I down graded to one star. After being in my vehicle. I'm finding a lot of mess. They also scratched off the Symbol next to my ignition button. I'll put a photo. There's stuff everywhere I am noticing. It's hard to get good service nowadays. They did an amazing job inside and out! My 7 year old pointed out a few green spots and white spots that were not scrubbed good but overall they made my 2 year old car look brand new again and I don't even notice I have BROWN inside my car: dashboard and door trim! I have been the customer of this car wash for 3 years, but I am very disappointed and angry that I bought the exterior premium service $24 which includes wheel cleaning. And the photo is the cleaning result, they argued that this is the best their machine can do and I need to pay additional service if I want it to be cleaned. If this is the best they're cleaning can do, why list as an including service in their package. If cannot clean well, they should clean it well. Ridiculous. Came back for another spa treatment. Went for kids field trip and somehow my car smelled like feet after . It was right before the holidays and I am so glad I can get the mats shampooed and get the inside deep cleaned. Waited about 20 min this time also. Waiting area has plenty of shades and seats. There is a small coffee shop too but the menu items are very basic. Crew worked very hard. My car smelled refreshed and really clean. One of them left a rag on a car seat. That was okay. My car is now finally refreshed and smell/feel clean... one of the many joys of having children in life.... I hope this place keeps offering these interior clean. Many of these shops no longer offered these interior clean any more (some SSF car wash shut down, the Millbrae/burlingame one turned into the duck kingdom etc). Went to Jack's Car Wash because they seem to always have a lot of customers. I especially needed the inside windows cleaned because both shoulders need surgery. Car looked good until I drove in the sun. The windows were really messed up. Like all over. Never had that happen before. The doors on the passenger side had grease-like marks, which were difficult to remove from the leather. Paying $40 for a service so simple and getting squat was a disappointment. read more
