Asked them what wash I needed to get milk splatter off the car seats. The guy said the interior/exterior $35 wash would do it. They did not do a great job -- if I needed a higher level detail, they should have told me from the beginning. The exterior wasn't great either. I asked about some stuff left on the car and they hurriedly said "sticky, $20 more" and immediately walked away. If I had needed a higher level package, I would have been happy to pay it if the guy hadn't just rudely walked away. The experience felt quite unprofessional. I came here at around 4:30 PM to fill up and get a car wash. I looked at the sign which indicated that the car wash closes at 6 PM. After paying for my wash, I drove around to pull in, but there were cones in front of the car wash and it was closed for the day. Since I don't live in the immediate area, I went inside to ask for a refund and the cashier responded by telling me that my code did not expire. When I explained that I don't live near here and that the car wash was supposed to be open until 6 PM, the cashier was incredibly dismissive and then told me that I could wait 30 minutes for the manager to arrive. She then held my receipt and started helping other customers. Eventually, I took a picture of my receipt and left. I understand if, as an employee, you can't resolve the matter. But you should treat your customers with a basic level of respect and try to be helpful as opposed to being dismissive and hoping that the problem just goes away. Very frustrating. read more

Very irritated. Today got car washed and was not watching, when I opened the trunk after leaving realized they had not vacuumed the trunk. $35 car wash and they did not vacuum the trunk. I spent the effort and time to empty it for them. Also, did not bother wiping off tar behind a wheel. So when I got home I did these things myself rather than drive the 10 extra miles to return and get called a Karen and have to put out that energy. None of this should have happened. read more

I used to take my Dodge Challenger through the car wash of Belmont pro wash.. I thought the guys wiped the car down pretty good at the time. For some reason, a couple of these guys just don't like me. I don't know what the problem is with them, but they've done some shady things when I've asked them to only use water. They've used chemicals the same rags that are covered with wax they will put on the inside of my car...My car was rear ended so the trunk of my car is basically pushed up with plastic on it, and it allows all the pollen to get in it.. today I paid them $80 to wash the car and then just vacuum the interior and only use water to wipe down because chemicals bother me. I also told them not to turn on the air conditioner because tons of dust will come in due to my cabin filter being no good. I started feeling my heart was bothering me. I needed to sit down..They totally disrespect me. My allergies are twice as bad now since they've been in the car to vacuum the car out and a bunch of chemicals my lungs are hurting.. They barely did anything in there other than use rags from what they washed the car with on the inside and they barely vacuumed. They didn't even take the floor mats out and they used chemicals.. I will not use their services again. My clothes now stink of some unusual gross chemical..I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

Got the extreme shine and protect for $35, which I would say is not bad compared to others in the area. Service was fast and friendly, probably only 10-15minutes for everything. I appreciate the hand dry and vacuum. We just finished a road trip and had a bunch of dead bugs on our car, which they were able to get most of them off. I wouldn't say this is top quality but I probably would come back again and recommend to a friend. read more

I was impressed with the drive through wash and hand wax service. I had parked under a tree and had some serious brown spots that I could not remove myself with soap and water. They successfully cleaned the spots and didn't charge me for sap removal. The wax looks incredible, like a new car! The total cost was $75, which felt like a great value for the result. Fine car wash but nothing exceptional... my car was filthy and this was an efficient and thorough job

I used to like coming to this carwash because it was convenient and wasn't ridiculously priced. I would usually buy the "buy two, get one free" deal and just choose the lowest tier car wash (no vacuum option). I decided to splurge and get the top tier car wash "buy two, get one free" deal. All was well and good and I got the first two washes with vacuum, wax, etc with no issues whatsoever. I went in for the third wash and completed the automated tunnel wash. I continued to the hand dry section and was about to exit my vehicle so they could vacuum and the attendant was perplexed. He said I had the basic wash. I went to ask the manager in the booth because I had the top tier wash. He refused to acknowledge that I handed him the top tier wash card. The only other issue that could've happened was that they gave me two top tier washes and one basic wash when I first bought the "deal" like week months prior. Either way, I felt like I was duped. I had been going to this place pretty consistently since they opened and always tipped the workers decent. I won't be going back though. Other reviewers mentioned the booth guy being kind of rude. There are two guys I have seen manage the booth. The large guy is the rude one. The younger guy that wears a hat is nice. Pros: quick, convenient, decent price (unless you get the bait and switch), and all the workers are nice (besides the large booth/manager guy). Stick with the basic wash for the best bang for your buck. Cons: the one rude manager. I don't expect the best customer experience for a quick car wash place. If the price point is lower for the service provided, I can concede to a lot of customer service expectations. This guys response though was basically "f*ck off!" There's plenty of other car wash places in the area. If you go and you buy the "buy two, get one free" deal, make sure you double check each card when you purchase. I'd also recommend to double check the card prior to redeeming the was at the booth. Maybe the two star isn't warranted because I don't recall double checking each card when bought. That's why I can't give a one star review since I didn't do a thorough check on my end. From the point you check in - to the point you drive away, the staff are just really nice, courteous, friendly and they understand if you say "oh I don't want a scented spray" or you want the floor mat cleaned or things like that ...they are so sweet!! The car wash experience itself is quick and fast and it's thorough. Once they dry it, it's fantastic. They pay attention to all the little details. When you tell them about a missed spot, they actually fix it. They even help me cut up an old seat cover; they're nice people. He charged me the regular rate of $13.99. There was nobody to talk to about it, so I emailed travis76prowash@gmail.com (the contact on the website) and asked for $5 refund. It took a week and a second email to get a reply, which I found unsatisfactory. The reply from Nicole offered an apology and a free car wash, at my chosen day and time. Staff here are rude and act like doing their job is an issue. Customers don't have to tip if staff are rude and don't even clean the car properly. I made the mistake of not inspecting my car before pulling off and discovered bird feces smear across the tail end of my car. I have been here twice: Once for an interior and exterior wash and the other for just the exterior wash. They work so hard and are so nice. I felt like they really cleaned the inside of my.car as well when I had it all done. Haven't had this good of an experience elsewhere. I came in for a full-service wash and clean. I could not get the car interior cleaned because I had kids in the car. The attendant reassured me that I could come in at any time and they would take care of it without any charge. When I did come in next time, not only did the attendants not believe me, they were rude! I tried explaining the situation to three different folks, but to no avail. They started by asking me for full charge, when I explained that I already paid for the service and was assured that it would be taken care of they laughed. Finally, they refused to take care of it and instead pointed me to the vacuum hose as a concession to do it myself. I go out of my way to drive here to get the full service wash! I have a dog that sheds a lot, and it's such a treat to have them clean the inside. They leave it spotless, and even take care to clean the pet car seat cover. The full service is a fair price compared to other full service car washes near by. read more

THE WORST! I took my car there for a standard car wash. I took it in and came out with brush marks all over it! I did not notice the marks until I got home since it was a drive through. (They could of made an effort to tell me during the wipe down after the wash!) I took the car back to the car wash and I explained to the person (who i asked what his name was and he rudely told me "what's your name" was his name. He told me that my car needed a new paint job. That the car washing had nothing to do with all the brush marks. so I left in a storm and bought a car polish and all the brush marks came off. i went back to the "Mr. what's your name" and ask for a phone number to the owner of the car wash. He just went about his business as if I weren't even there! I went home and saw a email address was listed on the site and i proceeded to email the address to let management know how i was treated and that I spend money and time to make my car look the way it should of. I emailed the address three time asking for a response but in the three weeks I had email I received NOTHING! NO REPLY! So i went into the gas station and an employee who was stacking the shelve heard me asking the clerk who was hos boss was and he didn't even know. The guy stocking the shelves walked over and asked if he could help me and I told him of the problem and he told me he had been there but said nothing at the time. The biggest problem was they all sat and watched the problem occur but did NOTHING to rectify the problem at the time of the problem. People skills are NOT available here. in the interim I have taken my car to brush car washes several times and have not had the brush makes or the RUDENESS that i received at 'belmont pro wash". At the time of this review, this place has a 4.5 star rating. That is wayyyy too high. I tried this place today because Jack's Car Wash had a power outage. Sorry to say that I will probably never come back. Why? Poor service. No smiles during payment. During pre-wash, the guy on the right side of the car disappeared as my car started getting pulled in, so no extra scrubs or suds. The automated part was fine. When I came out, the towel dryers were alright, I don't expect much. But, they didn't give me any tire dressing... Smh, sorry, never again. read more

I wish I could give ZERO stars. My father in law took his vehicle through today and paid $34. When he got to the end of the line, the guys working were supposed to dry off his car with towels. My father in law heard one of the workers say to the other worker, "don't take too much time on this car. Just get to the other one." My father in law heard this so he got out of the car to ask about it. The workers were really rude and said "well you didn't pay for the deluxe." My father in law said "I still paid $34 and my car isn't dry and my wheels/rims are still dirty." Then the workers began speaking in Spanish to each other... little did they know that my father in law spoke Spanish. He asked to speak to the manager and the manager came out. The manager was super rude and started working on the car himself but was having an attitude saying "is this clean enough for you?" If someone smokes in the wash, the recycled water gets the ash and chemicals in your vents. I've been through it before when it was relatively fresh, but my last wash left my vents smelling like an ash tray, and feeling like I had smoked a cigarette. This is more a problem with the customers than the establishment itself, but people need to be aware, and I hope they put up some signage (which should be common sense, but that's often lacking these days). I got here at 5:40p.m. I drove all the way from Mountain View to get a car wash here just to be told that they can't vaccum the inside. They told me I can only go through the car wash. I told him I drove from MV for a car wash if they can please make an exception he said no. He mentioned it takes 20 min to vacuum and they have to go home.
