It was a spot decision to go to Aegis instead of a my usual guys and I had met Jason because his shop is close to my work. Etiquette is to call or stop by and schedule a time. I brought my car in on a late Sunday afternoon and Jason took care of it the same day. When he was finished, it looked like a brand new car. This was no easy task. To give you an idea of what he was up against, I " forgot" (read: too lazy) to take a pumpkin out of my car during Halloween. When I finally decided to remove it, the pumpkin had rotted and liquified all over my car. Dried pumpkin mold and juice was caked all over the carpet. So I brought my Hyundai Elantra in today which I recently just bought to get the seats cleaned. After I came back I saw most of the stains were removed but later noticed some were still there. I brought it in again to Marvin and he wasted no time in scrubbing and steaming my seats again and vacuumed my whole car as well. I came here for a full interior detailing and odor removal. Aegis did a fantastic job, the car looked as new as the day I bought it and the tough odor was completely gone. While I was there they noticed the spray paint that was on the back of my car. I knew I wanted to get that fixed but thought it would be too expensive. Jason and crew worked on my 2013 911 a few months ago, and suffice it to say, they did an excellent job. I got in touch with Jason and was introduced to his detailing business simply by searching for detailing shops in the east bay on Yelp. After a quick chat over the phone, he convinced me to bring the car in to see if a ceramic coating would make sense for me. He argued that rather then spending a lot of time and money to constantly detail the car, it would be better to lock in a corrected paint job with a ceramic coating. Jason walked around the car with me both on pick up and prior to scheduling the job, pointed out anything he believed would be fixed by the paint correction, and went over the benefits of getting a ceramic coating. After I decided to go through with it, I brought the car in at the scheduled time, and the rest is history. After application, the car looked spectacular. Jason went went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied after the job - not only did they do the ceramic coating, they also did a full interior detail, on the house. This place is amazing. They went above and beyond on our Porsche Cayenne. They wrapped the full front, tinted the windows perfectly and did ceramic coating on the interior and exterior. We are amazed they got the paint perfect before wrapping (there were some rock chips). I think the owner is more particular than I am and really wanted things perfect as though it was for his own car. I was so impressed I brought my Mercedes to them for chrome deletion and again they did an amazing job. They are definitely the people to go to if you're a perfectionist. read more

I got tree sap on my 2018 Model 3 during a road trip, and I was unable to remove it myself. But I'm so glad I found Marvin and Aegis and Auto Pro Detailing. I have driven by this shop for years, and I have always thought about getting PPF and Ceramic Pro to protect my car, but I got busy and never got around to it. The tree sap was the perfect opportunity to go back and do things the way I should have when I first bought the car. Marvin's team removed the tree sap, touched up a few small paint chips, buffed out the swirls in the top coat, applied PPF to the front of the car and luggage area of trunk, and then applied Ceramic Pro to the whole car. And as a surprise, they completely detailed the inside as well. It has never been cleaner, and it is more beautiful now than the day I picked it up at the factory. The color is now three-dimensional, and the whole car is beautifully smooth to the touch. Feels like it was just waxed all the time. I got some rain on it earlier this week, and it beaded right up and disappeared, almost immediately. My husband was so impressed that he took his car in for the same treatment plus some wheel coating to fix some road rash on the rims. And his car is just as beautiful as mine. Marvin and his team went way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the results. Wow!!! I found a great honest place to take care of your car appearance, my story is I bought a new IS350 back in May from Lexus of Pleasanton, I wanted to protect the investment and they sold me a vehicle paint protection call Autogard, worst mistake, my vehicle got bird droppings on the hood, I clean it immediately and did not come out, I polish it, still did not came out, I took it to the dealer, they did nothing, I had to email a claim to get it repair and send pictures, I did, then they say to get an estimate in writing and submitted, Not many places do that in writing, I found Aegis, took it there, they were so nice and honest, they actually took the stain out at no charge!!! Because if kept waiting to finally get an approval paint might get permanently damage, no one offer that, I wish I had found them earlier, but glad I did now for any future needs since I probably will because my mistake of buying the protection from Lexus of Pleasanton, also the bumper protection they apply was much better than the one I got from Lexus of Pleasanton, very professional business read more
