Day 6 I check in after not hearing from them, get end of day call back that car had much more damage than anticipated and more parts had to be ordered. Again no communication about this until I called them. After a few weeks and more lack of communication I went by the shop only to have been gaslit by Tamara the woman handling my vehicle she then threatened to call the police on me for pushing back on her absurd timelines and delays. At that stage the owner Bobby stepped in to help facilitate a smoother process. Parts were ordered and job continued and took roughly 3 weeks. I had to press them every step of way to pick up after 3 weeks. Upon driving I noticed car had a pull to the right so I checked in to ensure an alignment was done. Sure enough no alignment, so they schedule and alignment along with some other clear protectant stickers that were left off the work that was completed. During the alignment they noticed several other parts that needed to be replaced suspension related. Keep in mind I was driving over the pass twice daily in a car not fit for driving. Upon replacing those parts I had come to town from Victor to pick up my car (Friday at 5pm) but lo and behold a few other parts were discovered to be faulty and needed replacement. Forcing me to get a last minute rental car memorial weekend. In total 30 days to complete the work. All this time paying for rental cars as max is $40 a day reimbursed but that's impossible to find in Jackson so I was covering anywhere from $30-60 a day. Overall I'm out over $500 on rental cars and they had me driving around in a dangerous car for a week with no remorse, no consideration for the delays and continued run around. AVOID AT ALL COSTS WHICH I KNOW IS HARD SINCE NOT MANY OPTIONS

They told me my rotors were worn out and needed replacing -- even though my husband had just installed brand-new rotors two months ago. When I called my husband (who is a mechanic) and told him what they said, he immediately knew something was off. When confronted, the guy backpedaled and said his job was "just to give an estimate." That's not the point -- I trusted them to give me an honest assessment of my car, and they flat-out lied about work that didn't need to be done. Do not trust these people. They will make things up, replace parts and filters that don't need replacing, and take advantage of customers who don't know better. Thankfully, I had someone who could verify their dishonesty, but not everyone will. Stay far away.

After evaluation I was told that the tire needed replace because of a puncture in the sidewalk. And, since they didn't have the tire in the right size it would have to be ordered and would take two days. Alternatively they could replace all 4 tires with a different brand right now for "a little over $1,300. The rental company was contacted and they said "no way we're replacing the tires, they only have 16k on them and you're responsible for repairing the leaking tire". Big O said they would not attempt to repair a sidewall leak, and the would not replace only one tire; they needed to replace all 4 tires due to the wear differential between a new tire and the "old worn tires". Additionally they did not want to be responsible for the serious steering and handling issues that would occur, as well as problems with the digital dashboard that would light up with suspension problems that would register with the car's computer!! I declined their proposed solution and asked to have the tire remounted. I drove next door to Shirvens Tire Repair, they determined that it was a previous plug in the tread that was leaking and repaired the tire with a new plug and patch in 20 minutes for $34. There was no hole in the sidewall!!! We drove through Yellowstone, over Beartooth Pass, and back to Jackson via Livingston, and returned the car to Salt Lake City with no problems. After reporting it to the owner, the owner told them to fix my air conditioning. The service department told me in a text, whining like a child, that they did me wrong and want to make this right. My original bill was near $1700.00. I spoke with them and they told me it would basically cost me nothing to fix the issue. They spent three days until they finally got to my vehicle. I walked in and my suv was finally in the service bay. The service manager called back on the phone to the mechanic while on speaker phone. He asked the mechanic how the suv was doing and the mechanic replied, "What, this piece of shit!" The service manager promptly took the call of speaker and smiled at me. This guy said to me a week earlier that I should have gone with a Ford because Chevy's suck. This is a Chevy dealer saying this to me. I just then thought the man was an idiot. Anyway, my vehicle was a Chevy Yukon and only three years old at that time. What a pleasure having someone work on my vehicle after saying Chevy's suck and the mechanic calling my suv a piece of shit. I feel so confident having people like this work on my car.....NOT!!!! Anyway, the guy calls me up while I am working and tells me my SUV is ready. I said "Great' how much?" He said $1000 plus dollars. Can't remember exactly the number but it was over $1000. I thought they were going to basically do this for free. I just wanted my vehicle and wanted to get away from these thieves as fast as I could. I paid for it via credit card over the phone and picked up the vehicle after hours. Upon pickup, the bill was on the seat of the SUV. I looked at it and the guy charged me a second time for the coolant (almost $500.00 of the bill) after I paid for the coolant the first time when they misdiagnosed that the coolant lines where leaking. DAH!!!!!!!! I shall never return to this p[lace again. Not forgetting to mention, I don't think the two service managers like each other, because the bald one had the other one find a vehicle in the lot and was swearing the worst after asked to do so. I did just that. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 AM and I was waiting in the customer waiting area at 7:40 AM at 2 PM. My truck has still not been taken and back. I went and asked them and they said oh I don't even know if we have the part. I told him I was here three days ago and you have the part and you told me to be there at 7:30 AM and why is my truck not back there yet? It's after 2 PM? they said they'd have to check and let me know if they could even do it that day. This is the most ridiculous situation of a repair shop I've ever run into. Then they took my truck back there at about 230 and at 3:15 came driving back out, and charged me around $600 in labor to install the part. The tech told me would take about a half an hour. Mind you the part was $170. these guys never said I'm sorry or anything, they were total jerks. I called and manager a couple weeks later and they told me that they don't charge by the hour. They charge by whatever some book says should take to make the Which they never told me ahead of time. these guys will pray on you and take you for everything I guarantee it. The sealant was just gobbed on with no attempt to make it visually appealing. Grey caulking on a white surface. I was charged $162 for the original mess and then charged and additional $150 for them to come back and redo their mess on only one jack. I still had to go back and replace their #6 trim screws with the proper size. I would strongly recommend NOT using this firm as their work is TERRIBLE.
