I had to go back and redo one side and then had the come out and redo the other side. They had no idea of how to repair the problem, replacing the existing fasteners with smaller diameter fasteners. The sealant was just gobbed on with no attempt to make it visually appealing. Grey caulking on a white surface. I was charged $162 for the original mess and then charged and additional $150 for them to come back and redo their mess on only one jack. I still had to go back and replace their #6 trim screws with the proper size. I would strongly recommend NOT using this firm as their work is TERRIBLE.

It was decided that I would stop by there as I passed through on my way to Idaho Falls, about 20 miles south of Rexburg, the next day, July 17th. Before I could even get out of the motorhome, Chase met me, took pictures and measurements of the door and the area around it. I had already made the decision that I would stay in Idaho Falls while Pit Stop tried to locate a replacement door. Casey kept me updated on the lack of success in trying to locate the replacement. I can say that Pit Stop tried all avenues they could before they finally found a business that appears to have one, but the lead time is unknown. Today is August 8th, and because of the lead time to get the door shipped in, etc, I need to leave the area by the 12th. I spoke with Casey about settling my bill. Casey was very quick to point out that the email he sent to me was for whoever I have repair my door when I arrive back home in Nevada as they knew that I was limited on time and that there was NO bill to be paid! These two young brothers went out of their way to locate a door for me and shared the information with me knowing that I may not be around for them to complete the job! I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received by these brothers. The RVer who had recommended them to me told me that while they waited on the axle for his 5th wheel, he was staying at the farm where the business is located in his 5th wheel!

They told me my rotors were worn out and needed replacing -- even though my husband had just installed brand-new rotors two months ago. When I called my husband (who is a mechanic) and told him what they said, he immediately knew something was off. When confronted, the guy backpedaled and said his job was "just to give an estimate." That's not the point -- I trusted them to give me an honest assessment of my car, and they flat-out lied about work that didn't need to be done. Do not trust these people. They will make things up, replace parts and filters that don't need replacing, and take advantage of customers who don't know better. Thankfully, I had someone who could verify their dishonesty, but not everyone will. Stay far away.

Sales manager , Dustin helped us with a car, found us financing, gave us trade in value - told us we could complete paperwork on Monday then ghosted us.. we finally reached him on Wednesday, he said we need 50k down for financing ... seems a bit sketchy..... We obtained financing for the entire vehicle at a different dealership.. what a complete waste of time.
