Having worked in the automotive business myself, I'll also admit I can be a little more particular than the average customer. I tend to notice the little things that most people probably wouldn't, which is both a blessing and a curse. That's why I put off tinting the RAV4 for so long. Turns out I was worried for nothing. Pedro's work was extremely clean, his attention to detail was excellent, and the entire experience was easy and professional from start to finish. My only complaint is that I didn't find him sooner. I paid for the $80 detail package, not the "we waved a rag at it and called it a day" package…read more When I got my car back, there was still dirt packed into the cup holders, dust all over the dashboard, dog hair covering the rear seats and cargo area, grime in the door handles, fingerprints and streaks all over the windshield, and dust still sitting on the turn signal stalk. I could've gotten the same result by driving through a rainstorm and having my cousin Vinny yell "looks clean enough" from the sidewalk. The manager refused a refund and offered a gift card instead. Respectfully, if the first $80 cleaning left this much behind, I'm not exactly excited to come back and try for round two. I don't expect perfection. I drive a dog-mobile, not a museum piece. But when you advertise an interior detail and charge premium prices, I expect someone to at least declare war on the dirt before surrendering.
