I paid $14 for Chevron on Rowland Way to spray soap twice, water, and blow dry to keep my car dirty. I am upset that they even allowed me to pay for a car wash when there wasn't any wash provided. I signed up for the cheap basic and it came out with still plenty of bugs on the front bumper and some overall spots, but that's on me. The BASIC states it's for general dust and dirt - I should have upgraded. But both points of contact with staff were friendly and most importantly I watched as the "wash woman" made an adjustment on the equipment so the giant roller was deactivated for my aftermarket Thule racks. I'll be returning for a membership. I have a brand new car and I was happy!

While I was cleaning my car an unhinged employee raced over and screamed at me for not going through the car wash first. I told him we had 2 memberships and he continued to scream about how I "must not understand..." Well, I do understand what it feels like to be berated and don't appreciate it. I then went through the car wash and back to the vacuums and he just stared at me the whole time! WTH! Must be some strict rules only he understands. I guess long term reoccurring revenue is not your thing!
